19/04/2025: The staff is very friendly and the hotel is well located, however the room is in a terrible state… The mattresses are more than doubtful, back pain guaranteed, no bedside table Above the sink no lighting bulbs missing air conditioning which makes an infernal noise all night and set to 25 degrees...At reception we are told that it is not possible to lower the temperature and we have to open the window..The bathroom mirror pitted deplorable condition and outside the room this was not specified when booking.... The toilet floods the room when you flush the toilet. We asked if it was possible to have a more comfortable room with the bathroom. At reception we were told that there were free rooms but to confirm with a manager we were finally told that this was not possible although we had clarified that we agreed to pay a supplement… Breakfast to avoid…Hotel to avoid

15/02/2025: El camarero era encantador, la comida estaba bien. Sin embargo, cuando fui a pagar la comida a la recepción hubo un problema con su máquina de tarjetas que llevó al hombre a volverse hostil y enojado conmigo. Nunca más asegúrese de tener efectivo (o no vaya)

19/04/2025: Looks to have a good selection of food, but it is all sitting out and doesn’t look very appealing. I ordered a Nutella crepe as a quick snack mid afternoon. It was nice, a reheated pre-made crepe and the chocolate sauce didn’t taste like Nutella as advertised.

23/11/2024: We went to this restaurant to celebrate the Redeemer of Venice, and it was a phenomenal experience for us. We were able to dine in the splendid atmosphere of Venice seen from above and admire the famous fireworks without having to suffer the classic crowd of people. If in our opinion the dishes were not particularly convincing, the service and entertainment certainly were. We were welcomed into the hotel's dining room for an aperitif, with many traditional cicchetti buffets and various drinks to choose from, also as an alternative to the spritz. Then they made us move to the actual restaurant, on the panoramic terrace under the Dome overlooking the canal and the station area, where we were able to have a hearty dinner: two seafood appetizers, two first courses and a second course, finishing with the grand buffet of desserts, by the spoon and by the slice. All the dishes were good, perhaps a touch of extra flavor was missing but the service was truly perfect, the staff were friendly and quick. For the animation, they invited a very good singer, with a repertoire that ranges from the 80s to the 2000s and a very clear voice. A note of merit goes to the DJ, a well-known name from Radio Company, who was able to delight us with the most charged notes during the Redeemer fireworks, which can be seen comfortably from the terrace. All at an honest price: €75 each. Warmly recommended.

30/12/2024: Da non andare,per rintracciarlo non e' stato semplice... insegna che non si vede..e sul menù all'entrata vi è un biglietto ingannevole da visita...con il nome di un altro ristorante....dentro si trova cinese e personale Bangladesh..a Venezia più del 50%sono così.....Non entrate da Evitare assolutamente!!!!!

25/04/2025: Terrible experience in this small restaurant, where they try to fit as many customers as possible even if they are packed, and the dishes they bring are questionable to say the least. Salmon tagliolini stuffed with garlic, frozen bread and pizzas. We had to send back many dishes. Not recommended.

14/09/2024: Anyone who begs for a bad recommendation should get it. Unfortunately, we went to a restaurant without reading. Why, well, because it was 7:30 p.m., no one was queuing and there was space. The map... it's a disgrace how little there is on the map. But the prices are upper class and expensive. The cover at 2.80 is also the highest in 3 weeks in Italy. The glass of house wine, so only 0.125ml at 5.00. The can of cola or lemon soda 4.50. The shop was filling up and people were waiting around us for ages and people who came later had their food earlier. The couple with a small child got it quickly, had a burger and macaroni, left half of it and said you can't eat it. The best thing was a table with 5 people, who ultimately all had pizza and got the food divided into 3 parts by a huge margin. A table behind us that came right after us got upset when we left because they still didn't have anything. And even though the fat boss takes everything on the tray. We had to ask twice to pay until the fat boss told us we had to go over to the cash desk. PLEASE DON'T GO THERE, A CLEAR NO!!! (09/14/2024)

26/04/2025: It is a typical Italian bar with the flair of Venice. Coffee with a croissant costs 3.50 euros. But only those who are at the bar. Tourists who usually sit down pay 2.50 euros in Cuperto, making a total of 6 euros, which would be expensive. The nice Egyptian who works here in the morning should be highlighted.

25/04/2025: Even one star is too little. We were greeted with incredibly sullen attitudes in such a touristic place. While taking a sip of coffee and placing it on our table (it is not a self-service place), OE made a face at us for not paying immediately and talked behind our backs, but OE paid after other people had finished drinking and eating.

30/04/2025: Worst pizza I ever ate! Felt like kindergarden pizza workshop, And to finilize bad service and bad food, they added 6 euro service (for less then 25 euro meal) and 4 euro "seat tax". Stay away from this place.

16/03/2025: I went to this bar for a simple coffee and, as per good habit, I expected a glass of water next to me, as they do everywhere. Instead, nothing. I had to ask for it myself and, to my surprise, I was even made to pay! It's absurd to charge for a glass of water after a drink at the counter. On top of that, the coffee was acidic and not pleasant at all. I definitely won't be back.

29/04/2025: A FUIR. PIEGE A TOURISTES. J'ai pu constater par moi même le manque de compétences de cet établissement. Une fois le pied dans cet établissement, la spirale de mauvaises surprises démarre. Service très expéditif, avec le pain posé d'office sur la table et fait le sourd d'oreille si on veut le signaler. Le plat une petite pizza de qualité très médiocre, mais mangeable. Une assiette, plutôt une poignée de spaghettis à la tomate avec 2 feuilles de basilic, sans aucun goût. Une fois terminé nos plats, hop on nous débarrasse, la facture arrive et hop on nous dégage. On refuse de nous laisser garder la facture, j'ai été plus rapide pour prendre la photo ( a la surprise du serveur) Et oui. Car ça va vite, très vite. Table très serrées, à peine de la place pour se déplacer. Avec une canne pas facile. J'aurais dû lire vos commentaires avant. Une machine à faire de l'argent. Un piège à touristes.
