You don't cheat people like that and unfortunately it's not the first time it's happened... You took the money though... I'm sorry but you've lost customers...

18/01/2026: I may have visited at a bad time or on the wrong day, but although Google Maps showed this place as open, the restaurant was completely closed when I arrived.
The interior also looked abandoned, with objects scattered around in an empty space, and it did not seem like the business would be reopening anytime soon.
The location is not particularly convenient either. It is tucked away in a residential area along the coast of Lido, so making the trip only to find it closed is a waste of valuable sightseeing time. I would not recommend visiting based on my experience.
If you still plan to go, I strongly suggest checking official sources for up-to-date information in advance.

09/03/2026: I ordered a polenta cake, asking for a small change, and it was granted immediately! The women at the counter were incredibly kind and friendly. So, since the locals already know the quality of this bakery/pastry shop, I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Caorle. Excellent and honest. 😉

A €12 spritz was truly awful; being a former bartender, I immediately suspected it was something pre-made or perhaps mixed with other ingredients. A €6 Schweppes Lemon and a platter of 6 or 7 bruschettas for €25.
The food wasn't even bad—truth knows truth—but the prices are completely off the charts. Poor tourists who end up here without knowing it.
Totally boycotted.

23/10/2025: I'd take the chocolate tour. I didn't like it here. I thought it was made with water because it was so runny. When I asked, they assured me it was made with milk. It tasted like the chocolate from some vending machines. I wasn't satisfied at all.
The coffee was good, as was the cappuccino. The croissants were good. 🙂
Disappointed with the chocolate tour. 😒 However, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

30/12/2025: Unfortunately, our visit to 12oz in Venice was a disappointment. Although the shop was busy, there was only one person behind the counter. Consequently, we had to wait a very long time for our cappuccino to go.
However, what disappointed us most was the taste: we simply didn't like the coffee at all – which is quite a rare occurrence in Italy. Considering the wait and the poor quality, the price-performance ratio was completely off for us. What a shame!
20/12/2025: I walked into the shop on Strada Nuova. The lady behind the counter was on a private call and didn't even notice me. I waited at least two minutes, but she kept calling! I left the shop, and when I came back a while later, she was still on her phone.

19/08/2025: A top-notch ice cream parlor. The scoops feel twice as big as the original. Therefore, excellent value for money. There are new creations every day. We enjoyed this delicious ice cream every day for a whole week. Keep it up.
