29/08/2024: Ottimo pranzo! Il ristorante si trova in una zona tranquilla e non troppo affollata il che è davvero raro a Venezia. Il personale è super cordiale e gentile oltre che molto professionale, mi sono trovato bene e ritornerò sicuramente. i meriti però vanno anche al cuoco e al suo cibo che ho mangiato con molto piacere e di gusto! Il branzino era OTTIMO.

19/08/2024: Siamo andati in questo ristorante il 18 agosto. Abbiamo trovato questo ristorante passeggiando per i vicoli di Venezia vicino a piazza San Marco. Il pranzo è stato ottimo! Il personale si è dimostrato professionale ma soprattutto cordiale ed educato. Da provare assolutamente se venite a Venezia!! Vi consigliamo il baccalà mantecato!

13/09/2024: There were 4 of us with 2 small children, the pizza was okay but not exactly a highlight, as already mentioned in the other reviews, unfortunately we also ordered a Ladagne, which was warmed up in the microwave and was totally tasteless, all the glasses were so greasy and dirty that I polished them all with a napkin before we drank from them and the cutlery too. Furthermore, the staff was so unfriendly and annoyed that you lost your appetite for food. Once and never again!!!

18/07/2024: For our last meal in Venice we decided to treat ourselves to this restaurant as we had passed it on numerous occasions. I cant fault the location as its perfectly sitting on the main canal in Venice (lots of occasional waves and splashes passing underneath by passing boats, but its part of the experience). There is a real nice atmosphere about the restaurant and the staff are also exceptional in what they do, very friendly and attentive. The food is certainly decent also and the pasta dishes that were brought out were quiet good, so far as to say my son said the carbonara was the best hes ever had to date. My only gripe I have is the cost, yes (and from the owners below comments), it is mentioned that there is a €2.50 cover charge pp, but this is only on the menus when you walk in and they are handed to you. This is not mentioned on the outside "street" menu, even though you are given a false sense as its written in quite big letters that there is "no service charge" on the menu, so just beware of this. Also, the smaller things are dearer, for example my wife ordered just plain grilled chicken (priced against the parmesan chicken) and chips (additional). Her dish cost near €35 alone for chicken and chips. So, yes, its a lovely restaurant to visit, great atmosphere, good staff etc, but beware of the prices as you pay for what you get.

14/09/2024: We ordered one crepe, but the crepe was taken out of a stack from pre-made crepes, which tasted quiet bad as they stood probably already for some time. For 4€ that‘s not okay.

05/08/2024: I decided to stop at Gelateria Gelo for a crepe, but the experience was nothing short of disastrous. First, I was served a ready-made and packaged crepe, completely lacking in freshness. What's more, it was accompanied by a paltry spoonful of Nutella, a ridiculous amount that doesn't justify the price paid at all. As if that wasn't enough, the girls at the counter had the nerve to make fun of me for the fact that I was ordering a crepe in the summer, as if it were strange or out of place. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. In summary, the quality of the product is terrible and the service leaves a lot to be desired. I will never return and I strongly advise against anyone going to this ice cream shop.

26/11/2024: Mediocre food, dirty and dark ambience with loud Chinese screaming staff Pros - Ordered a pizza to go and it came out in about 10mins - Low prices Cons - Staff is constantly yelling back at each other in Chinese - Dark ambience with sticky tables - Mediocre food. Our pizza tasted like pre-made, store bought dough, had little to no cheese and was missing components I would skip this place, there are many other options nearby with better quality.

23/05/2024: Sbalorditi da una vista eccezionale sulla Laguna...abbiamo mangiato pesce fresco e non congelato...antipasto di pesce della cada per 4...4 differenti primi..da bigoi in salsa..spaghetti vongole..ravioli branzino..e spaghetti alla busara...insalate..accompagnata da prosecco della casa.. e dimenticavo i dolci fatti in casa ..per quanto riguarda il prezzo adeguato al cibo proposto e soprattutto per la location...personale gentile

30/09/2024: Due persone, ordiniamo come antipasto circa nove assaggini da banco, ARRIVATO TUTTO FREDDO. una frittura mista composta da nove calamari (contati),!! due fette di polenta e poco altro 23 euro!! Due birre piccole, una bottiglia acqua. Totale 82 euro!! E ci erano state pure addebitate bevande non nostre. SCANDALOSO, da evitare assolutamente

31/08/2024: Sono stata a cena con mio marito e mio figlio di 4 anni il quale ha rotto un calice sicuramente sbagliando. Il gestore ha sbagliato a prendere le ordinazioni quindi io ho dovuto lasciare il Locale perché il bambino era stanco mentre il padre doveva ancora mangiare. Al momento del conto il gestore voleva addebitare 5 euro per la rottura del calice….il tutto condito da maleducazione allo stato puro

01/12/2023: A mani basse la miglior pizzeria a Spinea. Consegne sempre puntuali e precise. Il prezzo leggermente sopra la media è totalmente giustificato dalla qualità, Bravi

08/12/2024: Cozy, quick and friendly service and prices are good. Food tastes delicious and definitely try the Tiramisu if you like desserts. One star less due to the tables being much too small. Nice to have a drink with 3 people, but with food you have a challenge.

22/11/2024: Please for the love of god don’t eat here. Drinks are the only edible option. Editing to add that their response to my review above said I was “drunk and didn’t know where I was.” It was 2:00 p.m. in the afternoon and we stopped for lunch. We did not order alcohol with lunch, (or before lunch, obviously: we are older adults-not frat boys on spring break). Do better guys. Your bizarre response only confirms that you’re well aware of the poor quality of your food.

16/11/2024: We had a reservation and THEY DIDN'T FEED US. The waiters were unpresentable. On top of that they tell us that they have not received any reservations. If they don't have tables or the desire to work, don't allow online reservations. THEY TREAT US BADLY. They told us that they did not have time to serve us and all in a very bad way. We were his clients, the people who PAY for his services. We were not beggars begging, which is how we were treated. I don't know how the food will be but whatever the service... it's better not to go. If they are not able to provide the service, do not allow booking with “The fork”. I have been traveling and booking through “The fork” for years and I have NEVER had any problems at any establishment. When we are on vacation we want to be TREATED WELL. Your establishment works thanks to TOURISM. They give a very bad image to Venice and Italy. I would be ashamed if these people served in my country. I'M REALLY GLAD I DIDN'T EAT THERE because they only had the terrace open for eating. We were at 5 degrees. People ate with their coats on and while some ate others smoked at the next table. I don't find it very comfortable or very pleasant. Obviously we had to eat. We went to ANOTHER RESTAURANT nearby and they treated us excellently. Even without a reservation and the restaurant being full, they made room for us and we ate exceptionally.

01/12/2024: A rather pleasant moment! We were able to taste some really good Spritz at the price of €4.50! We continued with small dishes for €10! The terrace is very pleasant facing the Venice lagoon! The staff is not necessarily communicative but still welcomes us with a smile 😀 The service is fast despite a terrace full of people! I highly recommend it for a quick meal!

29/10/2024: An experience like this should never be repeated again. Totally disappointed by the food, everything was frozen, non-existent portions and no flavour. The only really good thing was the water. I hope that these negative reviews can help you improve.

26/11/2024: We had dinner on a Monday evening in November, not many people, and it did not disappoint. The sardines in saor with focaccia and the cuttlefish in ink with polenta were very good, the creamed cod a little less so. Price not high for Venice. Wanting to save money we could have bought the wine in bulk (8 euros per litre); the bottle of Chardonnay, better, costs 25.

01/01/2025: Very bad. There are several price lists in the shop hanging on the walls, with different prices and which are still not respected. Poor food and very chaotic service. Not recommended!

01/01/2025: A bunch of vomit on our plates as lasagna without forgetting the taxes, move on
