14/08/2026: I ordered a salad (during light lunch time at noon) and caffe freddo, both beautifully prepared with high quality ingredients. Excellent and polite service; I also bought 2 bags of coffee for my family. Of course it isn't the cheapest place, but definitely worth a visit.

14/08/2026: I've visited this cafe dozens of times. There are various theories, but it's said to be the oldest in Europe... Before the pandemic, there was a Japanese (I think) staff member, and because I visited so many times, I fondly remember being given a history book as a special gift. This time I ended up in a less desirable section of the cafe, but I guess that's just bad luck. The food was as delicious as ever!

22/07/2026: Regardless of all the reviews I've read about a stable, they're all very good and I completely agree with them. I'd also add that, from the owner all the way down to the most insignificant employee, I haven't seen a speck of professionalism. INABILITY TO PRODUCE A SIMPLE CAPPUCCINO, OR EVEN A SIMPLE COFFEE, THROWN INTO WORK WITHOUT A MINIMUM OF DISCIPLINE OR RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER OR TOURIST, ALWAYS LAUGHING BECAUSE THE TOURIST DOESN'T KNOW THE LANGUAGE, AND I AM VERY SURE THAT IF ALL OF THEM WORKED IN ANY CONTEXT OTHER THAN A TOURIST CITY, VENICE IN PARTICULAR, THEY WOULD FIRST BE KICKED (BECAUSE ONLY IN VENICE IS THIS PROFESSIONAL DECAY ALLOWED) AND THEN FORCED TO CLOSE DOWN OR QUIT THEIR EMPLOYMENT BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN ABANDONED LIKE WASTE THAT IS OF NO USE.

11/08/2026: I came here two nights in a row. Both nights I had the busiate pasta with pesto, shrimp, scallops, cherry tomatoes, clams, and almond flakes. I highly recommend it. My family also had a very good hamburger, and the fried fish was cooked very well. The portions are large. The value for money is excellent. The waiters are very kind and, above all, very knowledgeable. I recommend it if you're in the area.

25/07/2026: A very welcoming place, the owner is extremely knowledgeable, and the quality of the desserts is top-notch. I loved the berry tart, and every time I come for breakfast here, I'm spoiled for choice with brioches, cupcakes, muffins, and cookies, each more inviting than the last. The ample parking nearby is convenient.

25/07/2026: Is this supposed to be a pastry shop or a bar? You can get coffee, but they don't have pastries or cakes, only dry biscuits that don't appear fresh. The place seems shabby and unclean, it smells of cigarette smoke, and the back counter is messy and doesn't look clean. The tables are covered with plastic tablecloths. The person who served me was kind. Response to the owner: I'm correcting the description about the tablecloths, which she claims aren't plastic. They look like they are, but I haven't touched them because I was served at the counter, so I could be mistaken. Otherwise, I stand by everything I wrote. I don't know who you are; I just happened to be passing by on business in the area. I left my review, as I do in other cases, and I have no interest in leaving false reviews. 02/08/2026: The pizza was tasty, but nothing exceptional. The ingredients seemed fairly average, and for a takeaway pizza place the prices are quite high. For a similar amount of money, you can often get a full pizza in a restaurant. What really left a bad impression was the owner’s attitude. When ordering, we were asked if we wanted takeaway, and we said yes because we originally planned to eat at the beach. We were a group of five, ordering separately. While some of us were still waiting for our pizzas, the first two sat down on the terrace. Once everyone had received their food, the rest of us joined them. The owner then started shouting at us, calling us idiots because we had ordered takeaway. We apologized and even offered to pay for the pizza boxes, but he was not interested in discussing the situation and continued being rude. I understand if there are rules about takeaway orders and seating, but there is no reason to speak to customers in such a disrespectful way. Decent pizza, but very poor customer service.

12/07/2026: We went here on a Saturday night for pizza. There weren't many people at the tables, but takeout was a big hit. The pizzas were good, the service was good, and the prices were reasonable. A classic pizzeria from days gone by, nothing special, let's say.

22/08/2025: Nice restaurant but we waited for the 2 avocado toasts 40 minutes…😏 maybe it looks good on the photo but the waiter bring the order absolutely cold. It was even hard to eat, dry bread, really small portion of avocado and salmon ….Cafe was delicious there but I do not recommend to eat there or even go there if you’re in hurry…

12/08/2026: Terrible sourdough pizza. Too much dough, soggy and raw. Service so-so... the bakery is better. But we won't be back.
