28/10/2025: One evening we stopped at this Secret Garden/Balican Lovedrink&Cuisine bar in the center of Jesolo. I asked the waitress if that particular drink was spicy because of the ginger. The obviously inexperienced waitress didn't ask me and replied that it was one of the sweetest ones. I trusted the waitress and ordered that drink. When the waitress arrived with the tray containing the two drinks, she knocked them over and poured them all over me. So she remade them and brought them back to our table. I tasted it, and it was super spicy. Of two people, neither of us could drink it because it was so hot. So I informed the same waitress, pointing out that it was spicy and that neither of us could drink it, so she brought it back practically full. When he got to the cash register without having informed his superior of the mess he had made, 1 non-alcoholic drink and 1 spicy alcoholic drink not consumed, 22 euros, a robbery practically due to an error by their staff, the customers lose out, terrible experience, I do not recommend it to anyone, waitress not serious, inexperienced, rude and not even honest.

17/02/2026: For both small and large appetites for sushi, this is the perfect place. Friendly service, a cozy atmosphere, the food arrives quickly and is beautifully presented, and the price is reasonable. Definitely a great tip for a pleasant get-together.

09/03/2026: Sunday, March 8th, the place was extremely crowded, but the service and food were decent. A very negative note: BLOCKED BATHROOMS!!!!

08/03/2026: The pizza was nothing special, in fact the tomatoes were unsalted and the waitress needed some manners training.

15/09/2025: This evening during aperitif time we went to one of the few places open on Mondays in the historic center of Chioggia, well what can I say, a beautiful, well-kept and very welcoming place with a view of the cathedral bell tower, my husband and I drank 2 glasses of wine each that we asked the very knowledgeable and polite staff for advice and above all always with a smile, also ready to give us advice on where to go to eat in the various restaurants in the area. Thanks for everything, we will definitely be back.

07/09/2025: For such high prices, I found it truly absurd to charge €1 for table service. We also ordered cicchetti and they said they were out of bread, but they did have a fried tramezzino. It was good... fried, but still frozen inside. I don't recommend it.

14/01/2026: Fairly affordable prices and a priceless view (million-dollar mega yachts docked, if you like 😳). Everything's good: salads, pizza, cicchetto, burgers, cocktails. Highly recommended 👌👌👌

28/08/2025: Amazing small family restaurant. They are very welcoming and quick in serving. Prices are lower compared to the rest. Good food, good value, nice atmosphere. I can recommend it!

13/09/2025: Our vacation lasted seven days. On the first day, we ate at a different restaurant, and on the second day, we ate here. I can only say that from Monday to Saturday, we only ate at this grill. Everything was perfect; the waiters speak German, Italian, and English, and there's a Romanian, but the chef is also Romanian. Everything was perfect for us. We hope to have the same waiters next year.

12/09/2025: A very nice place with good food and a pleasant atmosphere. The only drawback was that we sat outside, and there's an arcade next door, so it was a bit noisy. The food was delicious; there was gnocchi al ragu, spaghetti cacio pepe, and a steak, all cooked to perfection. We would gladly return here anytime.

14/12/2025: On vacation with my family in a bungalow in August we ate at this restaurant several times.... I want to sing the praises of the good cuisine, the fresh fish, the excellent fried food, good clams, very fresh mussels... and also good pizza, etc... everything cooked to perfection in classic style, just as we like it, with excellent quality and fresh ingredients.... We don't really like places that pretend to be Michelin-starred and give you 2 clams with 5 rolled spaghetti and, on top of that, they're not even good.... so those reading this review might be thinking: so what's the problem? Here's how I explain it: on the first day of vacation, we arrived late in the afternoon and went to eat right at dinner time. There were lots of people and we asked if there was room. We were seated in the smaller, semi-outdoor veranda. We ate very well, so much so that on the second day I went shortly after lunchtime to ask whoever I still don't know if he is: waiter, husband, owner, owner, partner... if it was possible to book a table for 3 people ON THE VERANDA for the evening. I was told in an annoyed manner that if there is room they will put us on the veranda and if there is no room they will put us inside... well, if I am booking, it is logical that I came first on purpose to find out if there is free space to sit at the tables outside in the open air, so they could very well check if the reservations for the outdoor tables are already full and if they are, tell me that there is only room inside for the evening... it is my right to decide if I don't want to eat inside not to go to the restaurant... I am pretty sure that at that time they still hadn't filled up with reservations outside.....and therefore if you accept the reservation you also accept the customer's preference....otherwise you tell them clearly that they don't take reservations....here's the point, this way of doing things made me uncomfortable and made me feel like a second-class person, customer because I'm quite sure that if the "commenda" arrived with a Rolex on his wrist, he would have been responded to in a more polite manner and the table would have been reserved for him as he wanted in the pleasant and fresh sea breeze of a beautiful summer evening at the tables outside... I would recommend more attention to these things also for the good of the aforementioned restaurant because a beautiful culinary experience can be ruined by this way of doing things like when I always asked this person if he would bring me the lemon for the mussels alla marinara, I've been going out to eat for 40 years since I was little with my dad and even as an adult with my family in millions of restaurants both fish and meat...I swear that no one has ever asked me why I put lemon on the mussels alla marinara and judged it because it's a shame that they are good like this, it may even be true but if to me I like them with lemon, that's my business, and bring me the lemon without making me choke, thanks!! And without having to explain my choice to you to have the beloved lemon that I like so much on fresh muscles!

23/09/2025: This was our third time at this campsite and we were once again completely satisfied. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and always strives to accommodate all our requests. The site is spotless and the washrooms are clean. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back next year. 👍🏻 Keep up the good work!

05/09/2025: The restaurant is right on the main road toward Treporti. The menu is typical tourist fare, and the staff is moderately attentive. I noticed that the Italian guests received an apron and napkins with their meals, as well as a bowl for their empty mussels. Unfortunately, I didn't. The food was okay, but nothing special. All in all, unfortunately, it's too expensive, and I wouldn't recommend it.

14/02/2026: Disappointed with this hotel. It's definitely not worth 4 stars. The room was outdated, the door didn't close properly, there were stains on the walls, a torn lampshade, a leaking toilet, and one evening there was no hot water in the shower and the water flowed very slowly. You could hear the neighbors. The luggage storage is nonexistent since you leave your suitcases in the entrance; anyone can take your belongings. The reception was friendly enough, but nothing special. Only the location was good.

12/02/2026: The hotel's location is perfect for exploring all of Venice. It's just steps from St. Mark's Square, but in a quieter area, next to one of the canals. It's very easy to get there from the airport if you take the waterbus to the square. The palatial-style rooms are incredibly comfortable and charming, and the staff is excellent, always ready to help. The included breakfast is plentiful and delicious. I would definitely return.

Every time I have to report the problem to Glovo and it never gets better but gets worse, I wonder!!!! Do you read the orders and the additions or do you pretend not to read them? People pay for a service and expect it to be carried out
