A true Venetian classic. A place frequented not only by tourists but especially by locals and students. The tramezzini are their signature dish, all delicious, made with fresh ingredients, and beautifully filled. You can choose to eat in; there's not much seating, but the staff is friendly and the service is lightning-fast. It's a typically down-to-earth place, and that's precisely what makes it so charming. You can also order takeout and eat in the nearby Piazzetta di San Trovaso. Highly recommended.

Great atmosphere, looks like they prefer locals over tourists, but they will serve you quite happily anyway. Food was amazing, costs more for eat-in than takeaway.

One of the few places in Venice with tables to sit down at, although given the popularity of the place, it's always full.

You can also follow the pictures, but don't be too fixated on understanding Italian or the ingredients. The male waiter is charismatic but enjoys his work, cultivating patience with his gestures. The shop is always packed with customers, probably because the flavors are very authentic. I recommend ordering two sandwiches if you're traveling alone. I've decided to get takeout tomorrow night for a simple and refreshing lunch or dinner.

I had a tramezzino, a sandwich originating in Venice. As you can see, it's similar to a Japanese sandwich. It was delicious. Since each one is small, it's perfect for a light snack. The price is also reasonable, which is great.
