Family restaurant and do not expect a standard service quality.

09/12/2025: Simply fantastic! We were here today around 9 pm. The restaurant was, of course, very full, but we had a wonderful evening. The food was fresh and delicious. The seafood was divine; I've never had such delicious seafood.
The children also had Wiener Schnitzel and Cordon Bleu 😋.

07/04/2026: Wonderful place in Venice! My gf and I came here for pizza after reading the Google reviews, and we were not disappointed at all.
The experience was really great from start to finish. A big plus for the staff’s English skills and the clear menu, which made everything very easy and comfortable for us.
Our waiter was excellent, very friendly, professional, and gave us great recommendations.
The Aperol was delicious, the prices were very good, and the chef clearly knows how to make a truly great pizza. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily come back.

03/04/2026: A decidedly negative experience at Il Timone.
We ordered two pizzas, but both were incredibly hard and difficult to eat, far from any acceptable quality standard. Specifically, the one pictured was advertised as "Neapolitan dough," but it wasn't even close: neither in texture, nor softness, nor in air bubbles. A truly disappointing result.
To make matters worse, despite the restaurant being more than half empty, we were assigned a table next to the bathrooms, which was decidedly unpleasant and lacked any customer service.
Overall, an experience we won't repeat.

02/04/2026: This was my first time at this place. It might have been the pleasant company, but I found everything excellent.
02/04/2026: Too expensive for workers, a square and a 40cl medium beer cost €16.80. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't worth asking for either; it fit comfortably on a flat serving plate. Tonight, for €19, I left feeling hunchbacked, as they say in our parts. The place was perhaps even more beautiful and elegant than this one, with all those besbol hats hanging around gathering dust... and dust they have gathered; some have changed color, becoming more gray. Let's stop here, I definitely won't set foot there again. If I'm ever in the area again. I gave three stars for the pizza, which, while small, wasn't bad.

The taste, service, and price are all impeccable.
It was an incredible flavor that I have never tasted in Korea.
22/03/2026: I visited Rio Novo restaurant after getting a recommendation while on a MyRealTrip night tour.
I had seafood soup, seafood spaghetti, and grilled sea bass.
The seafood was fresh overall, so it was delicious.
Since I ate on the outdoor terrace,
it felt even more like Venice, and the atmosphere was great.

12/10/2025: A well-maintained and fresh restaurant, catering primarily to tourists but never disappointing even the expectations of locals passing by. Impeccable service, good quality food, beautifully presented, and reasonably priced for the offerings.
The homemade tiramisu is exceptional! Try the Pan Pizza, it's worth it!

04/04/2026: A charming place, a bit off the beaten track. The service was lovely, and breakfast was prepared very quickly. The coffee was delicious – contrary to all the myths about Italians, no one shouted at me for a latte! 😂 I would have added some salt to the omelet, but other than that, everything was great!

16/10/2025: A joke! I've rarely experienced such arrogance. The pizza is no better or worse than anywhere else in Caorle. The pasta is oily. No reservations possible.
24/09/2025: We were in Caorle for several days at the beginning of September and ate here almost every day. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was quick, and the staff were very friendly. The prices are also perfectly reasonable.
The restaurant is almost always full – no wonder, with such fantastic food!
We highly recommend it.
