03/08/2024: The lady at the checkout has an arrogance and rudeness that puts people's kind souls to the test, I hate giving a negative review but when it's needed it's needed! That lady must learn to behave: after a rude comment, my wife and I turned around and headed out without consuming the (mediocre) ice cream that I had already tasted on other occasions. Best wishes to the business anyway, you reap what you sow.

20/05/2024: The only good thing was the waitress who was kind and professional. I went because I had a good memory, unfortunately the management changes, it's a mess...... I'm not talking about the cuisine because I haven't tasted it, but passing off turkey breast as porchetta only a Chinese could do that😒

19/08/2024: I stopped by chance at this bakery to get a stuffed sandwich and I will never go back. I made a 150g sandwich (ciabattina, loaf, or whatever you want to call it) with mortadella (it must have been around 100g), and I spent €5!?!?!?!?! I mean, are we kidding? €5 for a mortadella sandwich (the cheapest cured meat there is)? It's madness! Doing the math: even if that bread cost €7/kg (which is unlikely because it is a simple bread with white flour), it would cost €1.05; even if mortadella cost €15/kg (which is a price never seen before for mortadella) it would be €1.50 for a total of around €2.50. Now I want to understand the service that "cuts" my sandwich for which it can reach €3-3.50 (average price in many other bakeries), but €5? But how do you justify these prices? Why do you charge so much for a sandwich? If, then, I bought the bread and cold cuts separately, how much did you charge me? I've been to many bakeries in the area and never have I ever paid so much for a sandwich (which I usually make myself with the addition of Asiago or other cheeses).

31/05/2024: Personale gentile anche se un po’ distratto. I tavoli non erano puliti bene. Abbiamo preso 4 caffè e un cornetto. Non hanno portato né acqua né i tovaglioli. Bagno pulito. C’è da migliorare.

29/03/2024: Siamo stati per cena alla gustoteca, attirati dalla zona bambini, dato che abbiamo tre bambine piccole. L'ambiente è molto piacevole e il personale assolutamente educato e cordiale. Il cibo è nella media, niente di straordinario (purtroppo per noi vegetariani pochissime opzioni) . La zona bambini mi sembrava davvero carina e organizzata bene. Poi verso una certa ora è arrivata una tata con cui ho potuto scambiare due parole. Una ragazza gentile ma mi permetto forse poco adatta al ruolo assegnato. Da educatrice posso dire che ho notato a malincuore che non c'era molta passione verso i bambini (che i genitori parcheggiano li) che creano una gran confusione e quindi posso capire non sia facile. Mi è dispiaciuto sentire dire a mia figlia "se fai così allora qui non ci torni più, metteremo un cartello con scritto x non può più venire qui". Frasi un po' tristi pedagogicamente parlando. Pensavo che un locale così si avvalesse di personale più qualificato per i bambini, ma comprendo che forse io sono una delle poche mamme alla quale interessa, ed ero presente nella zona bambini proprio perché non mi andava di parcheggiare le mie figlie li affidandole tra l'altro a qualcuno che non solo non conosco, ma che ho potuto comprendere essere lì solo per lo stipendio. Sembrano parole forti ma mi sento di dirle non come critica negativa ma costruttiva. Vorrei veramente consigliare alla ragazza dato che è giovane di trovare qualcosa di più adatto e che la possa rendere più felice. Comunque tornando al locale, i bagni sono servitissimi e addirittura c'erano dei pannolini a disposizione e un mobile sopra al fasciatoio mose's molto carino per i bebè. Abbiamo speso 100€ che ritengo un po' troppo per quello che abbiamo preso ma comprendo che si tratti di un servizio che si paga (per questo consiglio appunto educatrici più adatte) . In ogni caso bella l'idea di uno spazio famiglia e spero anzi sono sicura possiate svilupparla sempre meglio in futuro! Grazie!

07/07/2024: I m sorry but this is the worst bakery I have ever been. Everything I bought was not fresh and I hate when they have the courage to charge expensive prices for bad old food!!! Worse pizza I have ever tried. Completely dry, the taste is terrible, no tomatoes at all (and they sold is as margherita) and very ridiculously expensive. The bread very old and no taste too. Everything is good for my dog only because she eats anything. The videos is enough for understanding. I m sorry only for the lady because she was nice but rather than this, don’t waste your time here.

23/06/2024: Bought 3 mini Torte del Bosco @24.78Euro and one Gli Scrigni di Vecchiato 9.43. All bad, must have been there for several days. The price charged was higher than the one displayed. No excuse, no explanation. After all, I noticed they tried to double charge my credit card. Very poor service. Not recommended at all.

11/06/2024: At the San Gaetano headquarters you can enjoy a coffee together with their fine pastries. The fruit cakes and tarts are good. Super patient.

24/05/2024: Why did you write huge kebab on LED lights as soon as they were opened and now it's not on display, also I came to ask you for 1 kebab 3 days ago you replied: "sorry we won't do them tonight"?? I don't put votes but the question is legitimate..

08/04/2024: After yet another change of management, they removed the ready-made pizzas sold in segments to include the inevitable, unobtainable, innovative kebab shop that was really needed. However, the pizza is good, digestible and (in my opinion) made better than other competitors in the area
