26/04/2025: The place presents itself well with the constant smell of bread, the niche product is the midday snacks, which now, following customer complaints, two incoming ticket dispensers have been placed, one for those who book and one for those who want bread at the counter, to avoid disorder and the crowd of calls.

20/12/2024: The best bakery in Conselve for many years! Last week I also got the pizzas that come out of the bread oven, very good for a break or a quick lunch, then 2 cream brioches and 1 krapfen. My family loves olive slippers, I appreciate milk bread, those soft, unburned white flattened loaves: there is a great variety of products anyway. If kept in the bag the bread lasts 2-3 days, and can be reused as breadcrumbs when dry. The staff is always kind, sometimes they have to manage a lot of people in a small environment, it's not easy for them too: the location of the place (now historic) in front of the cathedral is particular. You come out with the taste of hot bread and you're in the town center.

06/06/2025: The glories of Baessato have long since ended. I have wonderful memories of this place but 20 years ago!!! Now, apart from the elegant wrapping of the sandwiches, there is nothing left: very poor and inattentive service (I ordered a Bellini, they forgot to prepare it), an orange juice (but it was an extract not a juice even with kiwi seeds in it! And unfortunately I am allergic to them)... Unkempt environment. A place that certainly gives its best during the evening and night hours.

09/06/2025: I was planning to go there soon to eat with the family, I liked the location and the menu. Yesterday I passed by it during a walk in the hills and took the opportunity to stop for a bite to eat. The beauty of the place is confirmed, even the "climate", but if you make me pay €3 for a cover charge to consume a slice of cold cuts... everything falls off. It's the first time I've seen it applied. I don't need those €3, certainly you don't either, but the feeling of feeling ripped off is a feeling that totally blocks me. And I certainly won't go there again for the group lunch I had in mind. And I'm sorry. PS Another thing: the prosecco is served cold, even very cold as far as I'm concerned. But certainly not lukewarm

26/04/2025: Excellent pizza and bruschetta, digestible and light, excellent ingredients; very kind and friendly service; rustic and informal environment, tavern furnishings, exposed beams, candles, some features such as the veranda and the garden make it in my opinion an excellent location not only for aperitifs and pizzas in company but also for ceremonies and events such as birthdays and anniversaries. Affordable price, highly recommended 👍🏻

13/05/2025: I had dinner a few days ago with my family. There were five of us, but we were assigned a small table, and the wait to take our orders was a bit long. That said, the pizza was really good: well-made dough and quality ingredients. The staff was also kind and friendly. Overall, a very positive experience. I would happily go back.
