23/05/2025: Rather than Wine Friends it should be called Wine Enemies since the customers are not exactly polite. Or at least with the Italian ones, since with foreigners on the contrary they are almost flattered. My embarrassing (for them) story begins on a Friday afternoon when I enter this shop to buy a nice birthday present and choose a nice bottle of local wine. My bad luck was sharing the space with two Japanese customers to whom the kind (so to speak) lady was proposing her wines. I approached asking if I could look too, since I was interested in that part of the shelf they were looking at. She said yes, with an apparently very kind manner - this is true. But it was an affected kindness because I had already seen that the lady didn't like it too much. The worst was when I moved the paper string of a wine without obviously touching the bottle, to read the price well. I repeat: the price tag on the string. The lady, in front of the Japanese customers, looked at me and said "please, don't touch the bottles". Between shocked and frozen I look at her apologizing and saying that I hadn't touched the bottle but the price tag. And she replies that (quote) "I have so many bottles, if all the customers touched them you can imagine". In the meantime imagine what. Given that it's a hole in the wall shop and the bottles are so close to each other that it would be impossible to move them. After that, showing this rudeness towards a customer who didn't do anything and, on the contrary, making fun of the Japanese customers, well that says a lot. So much so that I left and - dulcis in fundo of sadness - she even opened the door for me "because it's heavy". Adding insult to injury. Now I understand why that shop was empty. I went to another shop: I was able to take the bottles, see the labels, get help from a very polite girl who also let me taste the wine and explain it to me, advising me and guiding me in the purchase. Lady: you have a lot to learn. And remember that the Japanese come only once, the Italians return. If you treat yourself well. It is not his case.

16/06/2025: Locale molto bello dotato di ampio spazio esterno. Si mangia un’ottima pizza: ingredienti al top e pizza super digeribile. Consigliato!!!

26/03/2025: Siamo stati in questo locale per festeggiare con amici e parenti ma purtroppo la serata non è stata delle migliori. Per iniziare una parte delle persone a cena con noi hanno ricevuto i loro secondi quando l’altra metà aveva quasi già finito la pizza quindi causando una situazione molto disagevole per la poca organizzazione della cucina. Successivamente la tagliata ricevuta era di pessima qualità con porzioni quasi inesistenti ad un prezzo assurdo. Per finire il vino ordinato era diverso da quello ricevuto e nonostante fosse stato riportato e stato riferito che era quello richiesto. Al momento del conto non è stato chiesto nulla sulla nostra esperienza ma è solo stato presentato il conto. Molto male per un locale di questo livello!!

07/09/2024: Un solo dipendente al banco che prepara colazioni e che riceve i pagamenti in cassa toccando i soldi... Antigienicità e scarsa attenzione alla clientela.

20/08/2024: Dopo aver fatto un ordine di ben 30 menu da portare via, ci siamo accorti che mancavano 5 di questi. Siamo tornati e ci hanno fatto capire che non era vero… Abbiamo dovuto RIcomprare i 5 menù. Grazie ad Asia e Claudia.

12/10/2024: Pizza bruciata e con cenere, prezzi alti per quello che ti danno, scarsa qualità, personale per niente empatico. Non lo consiglio.

03/03/2025: Che dire? Se volete mangiare una pizza ottima questo è il locale perfetto! Sempre il mio punto di riferimento per essere sicuri della qualità!

22/02/2025: Camerieri poco sorridenti; al nostro arrivo abbiamo comunicato di essere in 13 anziché in 25: il cameriere ci dice “Contatevi per essere sicuri poi potete sedervi”. What? Pizze buone, nella media, cucina niente di che (porzione piccola e crema del piatto a base di radicchio amarissima) Locale moderno, conto nella media per una pizzeria “gourmet” (13/15e a pizza) Dimenticabile

14/09/2024: Andiamo spesso a fare aperitivo, grande varietà di vini e prezzi ottimi. Si mangia molto bene, ottimi cicchetti, peccato per il prezzo. Tagliere in foto 39€. Ci torneremo sicuramente perché è un posto che ci piace ma non è stato piacevole pagare così tanto un tagliere così piccolo.

05/07/2024: Una vez que hayas disfrutado del omnipresente spritz, prosecco y cichetti, ¡es hora de ir a Vero Vino para un aperitivo relajado! El bar de vinos sirve excelentes vinos naturales y cichetti con ingredientes creativos que no vimos en otros lugares. Varias mesas están alineadas afuera a lo largo del canal, pero usted pide dentro en el bar, lo que significa que nadie lo presiona para pedir más comida y bebida para mantener su mesa, como lo experimentamos en varios otros lugares de Venecia.

26/03/2024: Abbiamo pagato 5€ per due caffè al tavolo, più di piazza san marco. Personale scortese e la cameriera nemmeno parla un italiano comprensibile, locale sporco e nessun servizio al tavolo, ci siamo dovuto prendere noi le cose dal banco. I 5€ peggio spesi in assoluto. Ve lo sconsiglio vivamente.

07/02/2025: Un pochino deludente per quanto riguarda le pizze. Fondo bruciacchiato e poco condimento. Pizzaiolo probabilmente non attento.

15/07/2023: Siamo entrati in questo locale totalmente a caso. Il personale è molto scortese, non hanno neanche risposto al nostro buongiorno. Il cibo è pietoso, il cornetto è immangiabile e il caffè fa davvero schifo. Per lo più un caffè doppio l'abbiamo pagato 4€, una vera e propria truffa. Il locale inoltre è sporchissimo, pieno di insetti, il bagno in particolare. Sicuramente una trappola per turisti che vengono 1 sola volta (e ovviamente non ci ritornano più). Chiudete che è meglio, non è un caso se siete classificati come ultimi fra tutti i bar/ristoranti di Jesolo.
