07/09/2025: Today, I went for some frozen yogurt. Always good, no complaints there, but the lady serving us seemed to have forgotten we'd paid quite a bit. The tub was half empty and everything was falling apart, not to mention the almost invisible filling, definitely not made with love. The highlight? I sit on the bench in the back and from the window I see this (attached photo). I remember posting this ad on September 7, 2025. AT LEAST FORWARD IT.

26/07/2025: The single portions are exceptional... a journey for the senses, truly extraordinary! The one with the crunchy inside is a spectacle ❤️💚 10 out of 10! The girls behind the counter are very kind and attentive to the customer's needs. Truly an experience worth repeating 😍

26/10/2025: I went to this Ostaria with five other people. We weren't happy and won't be back. The location is very beautiful because it overlooks the river and you can see the Bassano Bridge, but we didn't like the service because the waitress was rude. We had five Spritzes, one Coke, and two charcuterie boards for €57, and the Spritzes weren't good either. We sat inside at tiny, uncomfortable tables. I don't recommend it.

22/09/2025: *Displayed hours not respected and rude staff* We arrived at this establishment on Sunday evening around 8:15 PM, attracted by the sign outside indicating closing at 10:00 PM. Unfortunately, the staff very rudely informed us that the establishment was already closed. When we pointed out that the posted hours stated otherwise, the response was abrupt and unprofessional, with the excuse that "we're short on waiters and we've locked the gate." Aside from the fact that we weren't able to use the service, the main problem is the disrespect and dishonesty of the information displayed. Not only did the establishment not respect the posted hours, but the staff didn't even apologize for the error, displaying a rude and annoyed attitude. A truly disappointing experience.

11/09/2025: We were very disappointed with our experience at Dal Medici in Verona. We ordered an aperitif, but what we received was a glass almost entirely filled with nine large ice cubes. As a result, there was hardly any place left for the drink. From a place in such a location, you would expect better quality. Unfortunately, not recommended.

08/07/2025: A top-notch cocktail and champagne bar. The entire staff is knowledgeable and extremely friendly, and the service is very fast. My new favorite place in Verona

19/05/2025: My family and I have always had take-out pizzas here, even when it had the previous name. I have always found kind and professional people, excellent and increasingly high-quality ingredients. The pizzas are delicious! The home deliveries are also excellent!

27/04/2025: Wer hier 5 Punkte vergibt hat sich in Italien noch nie wirklich gutes Eis gegönnt ;-) ! Für uns ist diese Gelateria absolut overrated! Und leider ist dies in vielen italienischen HotSpots immer das gleiche! Top Location! Super Ausstattung! Entscheidend ist aber letztendlich der Geschmack, und der ist hier absoluter Touristen-Standard! Wir als 4-Köpfige Familie waren alle enttäuscht was das Geschmackserlebnis richtig guter Eissorten betrifft! Flach, langweilig und viele Sorten sind voneinander kaum zu unterscheiden oder blind zu beschreiben. Hier gibt es eben Masse statt Klasse!

02/06/2025: Poor quality, poorly preserved pizza, the Roman one has a strange aftertaste and is anything but crispy, it is watery and soft. Chips overcooked and even cold, and the other pizza was only half cooked. I'm sorry but really disappointed

29/05/2025: The atmosphere is quiet and nice, the food is nothing special but if you need a cheap and quick lunch break it's fine.

06/10/2025: Poor/ rude customer service - customers seem like a total inconvenience to the staff members. If you have a early/ late evening flight forget about getting anything food from here as once they run out they are so keen on keeping it stocked up. They ran out of pizza and although there were trays behind them uncooked.

01/10/2025: Almost three euros for a tiny, empty vegan brioche is a rip-off. It's half the size of other pastries and empty. It's disrespectful to those who are lactose intolerant or vegan. It costs less to produce an empty vegan brioche than one filled with cream. I don't understand why they should punish the customer. I only had to buy it because I needed to eat to take some urgent medicine. I should add that it's not even tasty.

26/09/2025: I ordered with Glovo at this restaurant. My order arrived more than an hour after the estimated time, and even though I called to complain, I was met with a slammed call because, after the enormous delay, I had the right to complain. This rudeness was unacceptable, and what's more, the pizza and kebab were barely warm and inedible. I even complained to Glovo, but I'd say this kind of poor service shouldn't happen, and the restaurant shouldn't allow this to happen to its customers.

20/06/2025: Nunca habíamos oído hablar de este lugar y nos encontramos con él en un momento en que queríamos dejar de caminar y tener algo para comer. ¿Es caro? ¡Sí! No picemos palabras. Sin embargo, el Maritozzo Crème Past fue excelente, al igual que la lámpara Mono Canella e. Absolutamente ninguna queja. Ok, no estaba ocupado a las 11: 20 am un lunes, pero eso fue bueno para nosotros. Volveríamos a comer aquí de nuevo si visitamos Verona en el futuro.

25/10/2025: Very nice place, very good fish. The portions were adequate. The lady was very nice and kind. The guy in the dining room was a bit sullen... Maybe he was having a bad day? Let's just say that a little extra attention is always appreciated, but it doesn't compromise everything else.
