24/10/2025: The woman in charge of seating you is very unfriendly. She immediately forces you to drink. The moment you finish, she takes your drink away so you can either order again or get up and ask for the check before leaving. I don't recommend it.

26/09/2025: Wish I could leave a zero! 5 of us went in and sat at a table. Only 3 of us ordered drinks, so they told us to leave! Don't spend your money in this establishment, give it to the locals!

30/09/2025: Wide selection of hot dogs, hamburgers, sandwiches, etc. Located in a strategic location near the stadium; there are several seats. Sandwiches start at €4 with the option to add different products. For a quiet evening, a simple street food option for those who don't have many needs, don't have much time, and don't want to pay a lot but still manage to satisfy their needs. Especially recommended in the summer, when the mild climate allows you to take the outdoor seats and get a tan. The only problem is the courtesy of the staff, which unfortunately isn't there, and that is a fundamental service, more than what you put on a simple plate or glass.

13/08/2025: I went for lunch and it was a surprise! The sushi is good, nothing exceptional, but the quality of the fish is really very high! The Chinese cuisine is also good. I highly recommend it.

09/10/2025: I came to this restaurant on the recommendation of The Fork App. unfortunately, some restaurants don't understand how to treat a new customer. Not to mention the wait of roughly 40 minutes (which the owner refused to acknowledge). We were eight people who went to eat, but only one complained about the taste of his food (a hamburger called Lucifer). Instead of exchanging the product or simply not charging for its bad taste, we were insulted and called "stonzi" (smart guys) who didn't want to pay the bill. It was a total lack of respect, even more so when the person directly affected is someone who works in the restaurant and knows what they're talking about.

22/04/2025: Sedersi è stata una vera impresa! Il posto è accorsatissimo, più da viveurs che da sciatori ahahah. Tanta gente, musica, bella atmosfera festosa e menu con una scelta abbastanza variegata. Piatti abbondanti. Abbiamo anche ballato, è stato un pranzo lungo ma piacevole.

12/10/2025: I've read some negative reviews, unfortunately the piadina is thick and raw in the center. I'm sorry because at the piadina shop they were thin in other restaurants. At 7pm there was no one there, there must be a reason. Try to make the real piadina from Romagna.

10/10/2025: Unfortunately, it's getting worse! This branch, like the others I've tried, isn't managed well. (It's not that other fast food chains are any better. On the contrary...) The piadinas are made just like that...just for the sake of it, without any care for the product being served to customers. Starting with the ingredients, and given the cost of the piadina, I see very little "thrown away" inside, and sometimes it's even unavailable or of poor quality. (Ex., hard avocado, and especially raw avocado)! If not, it's even served burnt or, vice versa, undercooked. It's always a lottery. Then, if anything, I prefer the folded version, because it holds more! Not rolled up. And if not, tell me the difference in grams for the rolled one!!! Then I'll think about it. And here, the staff has been well trained!!! And then, they don't tell you it costs €1 more! It's the system that's not working!!! Not to mention the sometimes congestion at the checkout. (N.B.: I don't download the app)! In any case, it's a chain with many locations to boost numbers and a significant staff turnover. I imagine all this leads to a "fuzzy" management. Another reason is that I often see staff with little passion and preparation. At this point, I'll make it and enjoy it better at home!

26/04/2025: Cena in famiglia, pizza, antipasti primi o secondi tutto ottimi Nonostante fosse il 25 aprile (festivo), quindi affollati, sono stati veloci. Gentili e disponibili il personale di sala. Con la luce naturale si gode di un bel panorama sul lago.

02/11/2025: It's never polite to attack the Red Cross, but after an hour-long wait at Burger King in Rovigo, I'd say they were asking for it. An incomplete order, an unworthy Coke (left at the table for decency's sake), €25 spent on sadly unsalted fries, and onion rings... never arrived, not even in my dreams. I asked for the manager: a kind guy, for goodness' sake—he reimbursed me for the missing amount—but the disaster remains. I go to Burger King only because, at least in theory, they have vegan options. In theory, indeed: in Rovigo, they seemed to have disappeared like onion rings. A fast food restaurant that manages to make you long for school lunches.

31/10/2025: Dirty tables, non-existent dining room service, table service was removed because the staff was too short, out of 4 totems, one didn't work, the electronic board that announces when orders are ready doesn't work, so you have to crowd around standing to wait for your order in front of the cash registers, endless waits for a simple dinner for 3 people, and it was 6:40 pm, the dining room was empty! They only gave priority to the drive-thru! 20 minutes to get the food, everything prepared in staggered fashion, so the first sandwiches placed on the tray remained 20 minutes to cool while the order was completed... Disgusting! The bathroom smells incredibly bad... Never again

02/11/2025: I understand that due to inflation and the high costs of maintenance and raw materials, we tend to keep finished products longer than necessary, but eating a cannoli with a soft wafer (despite the chocolate coating inside) and ricotta that stings in your mouth will, at a rough estimate, last three days on the counter. If you don't like this job, change it.

19/10/2025: Very nice place, excellent coffee and pastries, strategically located in Piazza Carpenedo. Unfortunately, the staff isn't very friendly, except for the owner and one young woman. I understand that working with the public isn't easy, but unfortunately, I've encountered a rushed attitude even during quiet moments. I hope this report helps us improve, because it's worth it.

13/05/2025: Very charming place in the lower Veronese, built by recovering an old mill part of a large Venetian courtyard in red bricks. The restaurant is really beautiful, comfortable, you eat well, especially meat-based dishes.

17/02/2025: I arrived at this hotel, everything was very nice, except that I paid for four nights and I could only stay for two without any refund. I returned for another two nights hoping for a bit of a discount but nothing. The lady is very strict and advised me to book on booking.com
