18/08/2025: I'm a regular customer of the chain and appreciate the quality of your products, which I generally consider superior to the competition. Unfortunately, my visit today was a disappointment on all fronts. I spent about €15 for the following products: * 1 small chicken sandwich * 1 small bag of chips * 1 small beer * 2 coffees * 1 pancake The products arrived semi-cold, the chips were in a very small bag, and the chicken sandwich was so small it could fit in the palm of a hand in a white paper bag. It was passed off as a normal sandwich when it was clearly not. The pancake was disappointing, with an insufficient amount of Nutella. In addition to the poor quality of the food, the entire restaurant was in unacceptably hygienic conditions: * Dirty floors in several areas. * Non-functional ordering terminals. * Dirty bathrooms with no toilet paper. * Unclean tables. * Garbage bags left in the hallways. * Overflowing recycling bins. I took photos of the receipt, showing the hygienic conditions and what I was served, and sent it to Burger King Italy's certified email address and an email to the complaints office. The whole situation was exacerbated by the unprofessional attitude of the staff, who seemed disinterested. I was very surprised and asked, but knowing the chain, the answer wasn't genuine but superficial. Being disappointed to encounter such a low standard is the least I can say, especially at a restaurant that represents a better brand than Donald.

11/08/2025: Excellent place. It's clean and well-designed. There's a playroom for the little ones. I've seen wait times for orders take less than 10 minutes. The staff is friendly and helpful.

16/07/2025: I celebrated my graduation aperitif at La Cittadella bar. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating to every need. They also decorated the room with themed decorations. The food was plentiful, and all my guests enjoyed it. I would like to thank the owner and the staff again for the wonderful afternoon we spent at this event.

25/04/2025: Excellent hotel where the classic sympathy and friendliness of the Neapolitans reigns. An infinite availability made precious by Mrs. Gelsomina and her brother, great master of a cuisine with dishes not to be missed. Thanks also to the staff for the order and cleanliness of the room.
