20/08/2025: To reach this corner of paradise, you need to know the route, which isn't difficult (the last stretch is on a light dirt road). After a well-prepared, varied, and plentiful lunch, excellent value for money, you can relax on the other side of the mountain hut, where the only sounds are the wind and the distant cowbells. Bring a sweatshirt; it's at least ten degrees cooler than on the plains...

30/08/2025: First of all: The food is really good, it tasted good (I had a pizza). It was quite comfortable to sit there, and everything else was fine. However, the one star I'm giving here is due to an incident with the owner. I was there with two friends, one of whom wrote a one-star review while we were still there (both of his ordered dishes were cold, so understandable). We sat there for a while longer to play cards, and suddenly the owner came over and excitedly asked us if the review was from us. Because we were playing cards and didn't want to be interrupted, we said it wasn't from us. Suddenly, he became really aggressive and repeatedly asked us to show our ID, as if he had the right to do so. When we then signaled to him and said that we were happy to leave, he sat down next to my colleague, preventing him from getting up. When he asked him to make room, he held him there and didn't shy away from physical contact. We just wanted to leave, and then he started loudly insulting us, calling us bastards. Thank goodness the waitress eventually came out to break things up. I think if the waitress hadn't come, the whole thing would have escalated even further. This is not only unprofessional but completely unacceptable behavior. I've rarely seen anything like it.

12/09/2025: In the past we have stopped here many times for a nice a casual glass of wine. Apparently now its "only a restaurant" so if you're not eating, don't even try and stop here. It's a shame because it's a lovely location and they do good drinks but if you can't stop for just a drink sometimes that's very disappointing

12/09/2025: A superb, Michelin-starred restaurant. Simply fantastic. We went there again and it was a delight again. The staff are also incredibly friendly and accommodating. They explain the dishes and their origins.

24/07/2025: The restaurant has a very beautiful and refined atmosphere, but the service left much to be desired. The bottle of wine served didn't match the one ordered, and the appetizer, while good, was too small. Furthermore, the passito wine was served inappropriately and with an excessive wait. Overall, the prices don't reflect the quality of service received, and expectations were decidedly higher.

29/06/2025: June 29th for lunch, booked for 20 people, most of them over 70 years old, inside with air conditioning we find ourselves outside with 34 degrees. The excuse was that they don't turn on the air because the customers go in and out anyway. NEVER AGAIN, not even for free. Too bad because the environment is also beautiful

06/09/2025: Precise and impeccable service, the setting offers spaces suitable for any occasion in a unique panorama. And the cuisine is attentive to tradition...I recommend trying the "papero" (paper duck) as a main course.

17/09/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Very good restaurant The food is really good, and the service is friendly and attentive. We were able to reschedule a reservation easily over the phone – the conversation was pleasant and helpful. Dogs are welcome, which makes the visit especially relaxing. We'll be back!

15/09/2025: The food was delicious, but the service was not great. We arrived on site they said 30-40 min wait, and we understood the waiters were discussing if they should say we that they are full or not. We decided to wait, went for a walk, arrived about 25 min later and when we walked in there were a few empty tables and another group had just arrived before us (which were not on the waiting list). We got the sensation that the waiters did not want more customers… but once past that, service was good and the fiorentina steak was also delicious!

09/08/2025: We chose the restaurant on Google Maps based on a hunch, based on photos found online, and we were completely satisfied. The atmosphere is welcoming, the rustic dining room dominated by a large, always-lit central fireplace, where various cuts of meat are cooked to perfection. The sliced steak with mixed vegetables was pure deliciousness, and the accompanying wine was expertly and professionally recommended. We returned a week later, and it was a great confirmation. Not only are the meats excellent, but so are the appetizers, first courses, and desserts. A fantastic experience; we had a wonderful time and hope to return soon.
