07/01/2026: Too bad zero stars aren't possible. I sit down to drink a hot chocolate after a long walk through the city center with my dog. Obviously, if I drink, the dog drinks too, but no, you can't let your pets drink here, according to a poor waitress, because they ruin the floor (which is already full of holes). So are we supposed to assume that if the floor can't be wet, it won't be cleaned? I've traveled the world, including Italy, and nothing like this has ever happened. The desserts are good, but not exceptional, and sometimes they even seem stale.

05/01/2026: After visiting for the first time almost by chance, I continue to happily return. Their desserts are excellent: perhaps a little pricey, but the quality more than makes up for it. Of the chain's various locations, this is undoubtedly my favorite. I particularly appreciate the macarons, offered in a wide and refined selection of flavors, often enriched with interesting seasonal additions. The result is always top-notch. Highly recommended, with extremely friendly and helpful staff.

21/10/2025: Truly delicious gelato. Spacious place with a wide variety of flavors, including cream and fruit. Very good! Friendly and helpful staff. The only two flaws: the price is high (€2.50 per scoop) and the size of the scoops. If it had been a generous cup, I would have justified the price, but for a small cup, it's very expensive, considering it's also past its peak season.

19/10/2025: The ice cream is creamy, yes, but they used cheap, industrial-grade cones. I wouldn't go there again.

07/03/2026: A great place to enjoy excellent pizza with friends and family because it's very spacious. If you're in Verona, you can't miss it, especially since it's right across from the Arena.

28/02/2026: The atmosphere is unique and special, but unfortunately the food leaves much to be desired, and the prices are exorbitant, at least for the quality. We had the Florentine steak and a rib-eye steak; it was impossible to eat unless you're a lion. It's a shame, because the place is worth it, and the music is always very interesting.

05/10/2025: We stopped for an aperitivo, waited a long time to order, and after a long wait, they brought us the aperitivo we ordered, with nothing to accompany it: no chips, taralli, olives... nothing!!! This has never happened in any other place, whether downtown or on the outskirts. They even ran out of bread for a bruschetta on the menu, so we were told. When it came time to pay, which wasn't cheap... we expressed our disappointment at the poor service and received a rude response instead of an apology, even though our request was truly basic for an aperitivo. I wouldn't recommend this experience, never again.

05/10/2025: We had lunch here and thought the service and food was exceptional. Spaghetti Ragu was delicious and we recommend the scampi entree. Both Campari and Aperol spritz was top shelf service. And most of all, the service was very wholesome with us and friendly. We would recommend to other tourists who wish to enjoy a meal by the Adige.

09/02/2026: The atmosphere is well-kept, I was welcomed with great courtesy and when I was unsure what to eat the girl at the cash register was able to give me very good advice. I was surprised by the speed with which they served me and the tables were always clean. I will definitely be back.

23/09/2025: Your reaction proves you judge me for my nationality, and not as a costumer, and it’s pretty sad. 2/4 dishes haven’t eaten, and you didn’t even ask me what is wrong. I didn’t ask for any kind of compensation or other dish, and I was polite all over the way. If you want to be angry or aggressive it’s your choice, but don’t excuse that by using racist explanations about my nationality.

15/11/2025: The cappuccino was excellent, but the brioche was flavorless and dry. The staff was very friendly.

14/11/2025: My boyfriend and I came here on a Saturday for breakfast. The cappuccino was fine, but the croissants were hard and dry. The same thing happened to my friends who arrived shortly after us. Total disappointment, since I knew it was an excellent pastry shop. 😕

03/03/2026: It's a more expensive ice cream shop than the others, but it's worth it. It stands out from all the other ice cream shops for its inventiveness and its special, wonderful gelato dishes. The investment in new chairs inside is also greatly appreciated; they used to be horrible plastic balcony chairs. My review would be 5 stars, and I'd come more often, but among the 10 types of sandwiches, 10 types of bruschetta, and 10 types of savory piadinas, there isn't a single cold cut that isn't pork, which I don't eat. So, no cold cuts of turkey, chicken, bresaola, or carne salada. It's a real shame.

15/02/2026: Crazy! Terrible experience: The yogurt isn't artisanal, it's supermarket yogurt, and they charge you as if it were artisanal. Industrial cakes where the price of a slice is the same as the price of the cake. Tasteless and flavorless cakes, just sugar. The highlight is the alcohol: poured by weight using a scale, and the staff is careful about the weight they have to pour you. Not a single gram more. Ridiculous. Insane! Manhattan prices, and yet we're in San Giovanni Lupatoto.

30/12/2025: One simple word: QUALITY! A spectacular place for its theme and location. But that's just the beginning. The staff is truly friendly, helpful, and always smiling. But it's the food that makes it all sublime. Top-quality ingredients, distinguishable on the palate individually, even when eaten together. Truly unexpected. Hats off!

08/02/2026: I'm a regular customer of this place; for me, it's always been the best breakfast in Verona. The croissants and pastries are excellent, and the service has always been excellent. This morning, however, I was truly disappointed. As soon as I walked in, Indian music was blasting. That may be nice for those who like it, but Sunday mornings in a breakfast pastry shop just aren't right. It's like they're playing heavy metal—completely out of tune. It's impossible to have a peaceful breakfast. Then, at the register, when I paid, I saw that the Indian waiter had a pinky nail that was about 3-4 centimeters long. I lost my appetite. In a place that serves food, that's just not acceptable. And as if that weren't enough, the coffee isn't what it used to be—the quality has dropped significantly. I'm truly sad because this used to be my favorite café. I hope they fix these things because it would be a shame to lose such a place.
