07/01/2026: Too bad zero stars aren't possible. I sit down to drink a hot chocolate after a long walk through the city center with my dog. Obviously, if I drink, the dog drinks too, but no, you can't let your pets drink here, according to a poor waitress, because they ruin the floor (which is already full of holes). So are we supposed to assume that if the floor can't be wet, it won't be cleaned? I've traveled the world, including Italy, and nothing like this has ever happened. The desserts are good, but not exceptional, and sometimes they even seem stale.

05/01/2026: After visiting for the first time almost by chance, I continue to happily return. Their desserts are excellent: perhaps a little pricey, but the quality more than makes up for it. Of the chain's various locations, this is undoubtedly my favorite. I particularly appreciate the macarons, offered in a wide and refined selection of flavors, often enriched with interesting seasonal additions. The result is always top-notch. Highly recommended, with extremely friendly and helpful staff.

26/11/2025: Small restaurant with friendly and professional owner/chef. Tasty food but for my taste bit too much complications. I was missing taste of main ingredients of each plate. Location is not the best.

23/09/2025: Your reaction proves you judge me for my nationality, and not as a costumer, and it’s pretty sad. 2/4 dishes haven’t eaten, and you didn’t even ask me what is wrong. I didn’t ask for any kind of compensation or other dish, and I was polite all over the way. If you want to be angry or aggressive it’s your choice, but don’t excuse that by using racist explanations about my nationality.

25/03/2026: Found this restaurant by chance, a local from my region. Italian and Indian cuisine. Very friendly staff, very clean environment, and truly delicious food, especially the Indian food. I didn't give it five stars because a dish that wasn't supposed to be spicy was actually very spicy.

18/04/2026: The pizza was raw and not very good. The welcome wasn't the best, and the atmosphere was quite "nice." And an acquaintance of mine came out with diarrhea because it was too raw.

29/04/2026: Very good place. Atmospheric, spacious layout. Delicious sushi, a huge variety of types. And nice small hot dishes. Service is perfectly fine, only there is no staff who can speak English. But with makeshift Italian we managed anyway.

15/04/2026: We ordered the cake for our daughter's baptism (well in advance). Unfortunately, we didn't pick it up ourselves, otherwise we would have left it there or had it fixed! I'm attaching a photo! The cake was delicious in taste, we can't say enough! As for the decoration, even though we specified that we wanted a beautifully decorated cake, and the lady who took the order had even written it down, we were quite disappointed! I don't expect such a sign from a pastry shop; it looks like it says "Bdttesimo" and the decoration is made of sugar flowers you find at the supermarket! What we were most disappointed about was that before leaving a negative review, I stopped by in person to complain and show them a photo of the cake, and the response was: "I don't know what to say, I'll buy you a coffee." There are many ways to make up for it, certainly not with a coffee, especially since we're the ones who have the ruined memory, but they got €180 for the cake even though they didn't deserve it!! We definitely wouldn't go there again, and anyone who asks us on our behalf is a definite no! Highly inadvisable and unprofessional for us and our experience!

21/01/2026: A traditional pizzeria run by very kind people. The pizzas are beautiful, made with quality ingredients, and at fair prices. It's a shame that others have criticized it for hosting political evenings. Political beliefs should remain a source of personal commitment, not an opportunity to disparage the work of honest people.

05/05/2026: I wanted to enjoy a pizza and a nice beer for lunch with my friends. We ordered a liter of beer first. So far, so good. When one of us tried to film the moment the beers were served, the waiter completely lost it, so much so that he challenged our friend to a street fight and threatened to hit him with a bottle. Completely out of the blue. The pizza was okay, so I'm still giving it two stars.

19/04/2026: Beautiful place, the staff were extremely kind and helpful. We had delicious pizza and a great burger, a bit pricey, but we're at the Tutankhamun in Gardaland. Unfortunately, it didn't work out for a celiac meal. I should point out that it wasn't cooked by them, but rather a packaged meal from "Il Marchese." To say it was inedible is an understatement, but the staff was quick to find a solution. Probably because we're celiacs, they weren't prepared. To apologize for this, they didn't charge us for the two meals we didn't eat and offered us coffee. The next day's breakfast was also excellent, very plentiful, and the celiac was super taken care of. Thank you, we'll be back.

19/04/2026: The gluten-free food could definitely be improved, but unfortunately it was inedible. Their supplier for this type of food is "Il Marchese," which I strongly advise against at this point. I don't recommend going for the gluten-free food, but they deducted it from the total and offered us coffee, so they were fair. Otherwise, everything was fine and the service was excellent.

26/04/2026: An explosion of freshness and craftsmanship! If you're looking for the perfect combination of fresh fruit and indulgence, this gelato shop is a must-see. I tried their strawberry cup and was absolutely won over: The strawberries are incredibly fresh, perfectly sweet, and plentiful. Not the usual topping, but the true stars of the dessert. The gelato's texture is velvety and the flavor intense, a sign of artisanal craftsmanship and passion. The whipped cream. Simply perfect. Firm, light, and not overly sweet, it crowns the whole thing without overpowering the fruit flavors. The Ambience The location is ideal for a relaxing moment: the outdoor sofas are very comfortable and the atmosphere is pleasant, perfect for enjoying gelato in the sun or on a spring afternoon. In short: Generous portions, meticulous presentation, and quality you can taste in every spoonful. I'll definitely be back to try the other flavors!

24/04/2026: A bar/gelateria in the heart of San Giovanni Lupatoto, perfect for an evening with friends in both winter and summer. Spacious, with plenty of tables inside and outside. In summer, there's plenty of outdoor space as well. A wide selection of gelato sundaes, all named after Greek gods. I had a Dionisio, with gelato, fruit, and whipped cream. It arrived within two minutes of ordering, so it was prepared very quickly. Delicious, creamy, and very filling; there must have been half a kilo of gelato and fruit. €10 + 0.50 cent cover charge = €10.50. They also offer sweet and savory bar and gelato options, as well as lunch and dinner snacks like toasted sandwiches, sandwiches, pizzas, and more. They also offer cocktails, herbal teas, infusions, crepes, cakes, aperitifs, hot chocolate, and more. They also offer takeout. The staff is young and friendly. The only downside is the parking. The ice cream shop is located on a busy street with very limited parking, but there is a private parking lot dedicated to the shop with about twenty spaces. Otherwise, park in Piazza Umberto I and walk less than five minutes.

05/10/2025: We had lunch here and thought the service and food was exceptional. Spaghetti Ragu was delicious and we recommend the scampi entree. Both Campari and Aperol spritz was top shelf service. And most of all, the service was very wholesome with us and friendly. We would recommend to other tourists who wish to enjoy a meal by the Adige.

05/10/2025: We stopped for an aperitivo, waited a long time to order, and after a long wait, they brought us the aperitivo we ordered, with nothing to accompany it: no chips, taralli, olives... nothing!!! This has never happened in any other place, whether downtown or on the outskirts. They even ran out of bread for a bruschetta on the menu, so we were told. When it came time to pay, which wasn't cheap... we expressed our disappointment at the poor service and received a rude response instead of an apology, even though our request was truly basic for an aperitivo. I wouldn't recommend this experience, never again.

01/05/2026: Around 1:40 a.m., a friend of mine and I called to order two pizzas. They answered and told us they'd be ready in 20 minutes and then delivered to our house. Given the address, we assumed they'd checked where it was. We called again, another 15 minutes passed, and they told us it was in the oven. We waited another 20 minutes. When we called again, since we'd been waiting for almost an hour, they told us it would be there in 5 minutes. Perfect. 20 minutes went by, and we called the guy who was delivering it, and he told us that since he was on a bicycle outside the city center, he couldn't come. Bottom line: we waited an hour and a half in the cold for nothing.

26/04/2026: We often order the large pizza for parties or family dinners. It's always very popular. Free home delivery.

08/02/2026: I'm a regular customer of this place; for me, it's always been the best breakfast in Verona. The croissants and pastries are excellent, and the service has always been excellent. This morning, however, I was truly disappointed. As soon as I walked in, Indian music was blasting. That may be nice for those who like it, but Sunday mornings in a breakfast pastry shop just aren't right. It's like they're playing heavy metal—completely out of tune. It's impossible to have a peaceful breakfast. Then, at the register, when I paid, I saw that the Indian waiter had a pinky nail that was about 3-4 centimeters long. I lost my appetite. In a place that serves food, that's just not acceptable. And as if that weren't enough, the coffee isn't what it used to be—the quality has dropped significantly. I'm truly sad because this used to be my favorite café. I hope they fix these things because it would be a shame to lose such a place.
