23/03/2025: As soon as you entered you immediately noticed a strong smell of bleach which is not pleasant when you go to a restaurant, cold service, they don't take care of customers, let's not talk about the dishes... hot rice for the nigiri, even on the rolls, tasteless tartare, the soy noodles wallow in a broth (never seen in other sushi). I conclude by saying and advising you to avoid this sushi.

21/10/2024: Fun, engaging, English-speaking staff. Best hot chocolate you'll ever have...imagine thick, chocolate cream pie filling served hot in a cup. Espresso drinks were also very good. One of the most extensive wine collections I've ever seen on display although unsure they serve the old wines. Taking away a star because the burger we had on first day was not good...tasted like it had been frozen. Suggest you try other selections.

08/03/2025: This afternoon, after 4pm, together with my ten year old son I approached the entrance of this Osteria to ask if it was possible to have two takeaway coffees, as we would like to take them to some acquaintances who work there a few meters away. We were stopped by some people sitting at a table in front of the entrance and, very rudely, in response to our request, we were told that the place was closed (whoever answered works there). Let me start by saying that I approached because the Osteria seemed open. On top of this, one of the guys sitting at the table, visibly tipsy, made fun of us and asked if we wanted to bring some ice cream without even looking at us. The problem isn't the missed coffee, of course, you can't/don't want to do it? That's fine, but there are ways and ways of treating people. I approached with courtesy and a big smile, I expected the same. Joking with customers is fine, I'm the first one who willingly does it, but if you're tipsy and if you probably don't work there, avoid intervening. If you work there, if I were the owner, I would ask myself two questions. I don't allow myself to judge anything else because I haven't used any of the services, the fact remains that given the "experience" I will never set foot there.

29/03/2025: The best pastry shop with the most wonderful staff in Verona! It was a pleasure to come here multiple times during our stay, while being greeted with a friendly smile and amazing pastries every time 🫶

14/02/2025: On 14.02.25 on Valantine day we dined at an Indian restaurant, eager to enjoy some of our favorite dishes like samosas, biryani, and tikka masala. The food was generally very good—both the samosas and biryani were flavorful and well-prepared. However, the tikka masala did not quite meet our expectations; the flavors were somewhat lacking, and it could have been better balanced.Im a indion cusine lover and does enjoy them offten. Unfortunately, while we enjoyed the food, we were quite disappointed with the service. As Sri Lankans, we couldn’t help but feel that we were treated differently from other diners. We were the only Asians in the restaurant apart from the staff, and while they greeted and interacted warmly with foreign guests, we did not receive the same level of attention. The difference in attitude was noticeable, and it made our experience less enjoyable. We truly appreciate good hospitality and respect all cultures, so it was disheartening to feel unwelcome in a place that celebrates a cuisine we love. We hope the restaurant focuses on treating all guests equally, regardless of nationality, as true hospitality knows no borders.

14/12/2024: Very friendly staff ready to give excellent advice on what and how much to order. We shared starters and main courses of truly delicious Indian food. Fair price. Highly recommended!!

10/03/2025: Historic pastry shop in Verona that takes you on a dive into the Pastry according to tradition, top ingredients and attention to detail. Super clean and welcoming environment, helpful and smiling staff. Must try!!

28/01/2025: One star for the indecent bathroom. Good food, friendly staff, adequate prices, super luxury environment, with columns and gold everywhere and then you go to the bathroom and I feel like I'm going back to Toto's films from the 1920s. Old and dirty coverings, yellow toilet seat, foot tap, horrible. There is never a shortage of work, I don't think it's a huge expense to redo a bathroom worthy of the rest of the room. The cleanliness and character of a place can be seen from the bathroom.

10/01/2025: Pastry cafeteria with delicacies to choose between sweet and salty, they prepare very delicious cakes (they are reserved in advance) and good hot chocolate, coffees, desserts of all sizes and they also serve appetizers! It is located near Portoni Borsari in the historic area without being in the center itself. Quick and very friendly table service, they have about 6 or 7 tables, it is larger than the other place in Borgo Trento. Totally RECOMMENDED!!!

10/04/2025: Inqualificabile! Patate e frittura di pesce direttamente dal sacchetto dei surgelati. Tagliata di carne fredda e stracotta, alla richiesta di avere del pane hanno portato delle fette di pane vecchissimo ripassato in forno. Birra sgasata. Nonostante avessimo fatto presente che non eravamo soddisfatti ci hanno presentato un conto salatissimo. Abbiamo dovuto cercare un altro ristorante per cenare.

04/01/2025: Abbiamo trovato su Google questo locale. Fuori dalla zona lago, quindi prezzi più abbordabili e per tutte le tasche. Abbiamo avuto modo di assaggiare sia la pizza che i piatti normali e ho trovato tutto buono. Cordialità e velocità delle persone in sala. Luogo che mette a proprio agio

04/01/2025: BAD EXPERIENCE, IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE DOGS GO EAT THERE. We went on Thursday night four friends to eat the half empty restaurant we asked at the entrance where there is a bar to an elderly lady if there is the possibility of eating, since there are four of us and she replied that we have to wait for a table for 4 people to become free. There were many free tables but she didn't let us sit down we stayed there waiting for someone to free a table. We were shocked by the GREED of the people, they don't let you sit because they wait IF a table of 30 people ARRIVES. I have no words. He was rude, overbearing and insolent. I hope they always have an empty restaurant, so they learn to treat the people who make them earn a lot of money a little better. And then they complain that there are few people. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO EVERYONE, THERE ARE NO OTHERS THAT EAT BETTER AND SPEND LESS.

30/08/2024: Old style pizzeria, there is an outdoor garden but there is no internal air conditioning. The pizza on the other hand was very good, the one with exceptional "pala" dough. 👍
