26/07/2024: We celebrated our wedding at Villa Bevilacqua in 2022. Our big day was originally supposed to take place in 2020, but due to the pandemic we were forced to postpone the wedding.
A big compliment and thank you to Miresi and Anna who accompanied us with so much love and understanding. We realized afterwards that we hadn't left a review yet and we wanted to do so. The organization, as well as the service and the food… everything was perfect. Anna even accompanied me to church because I had a huge and heavy dress. :-)
Many of our guests came from abroad and everyone felt very comfortable and praised the location highly.
We can absolutely recommend Castello Bevilacqua and Villa Bevilacqua.

25/07/2024: The positive points of this location are the well-kept park, the two tensile structures and the dinner room which is very nice and obviously the adjacent Bevilacqua Castle where you can stay for the first night as newlyweds.
The owner Miresi has always been available and friendly in communicating via What's App, and professional, so we believed that on our wedding day we would have the same treatment, but it was the opposite.
The ceremony began at 4 pm, and was symbolic, with the master of ceremonies offered by the location, but instead of arriving on time or at least 5 minutes early, he arrived late, so the ceremony did not begin before 4.20 pm, in there wasn't even the slightest effort on his part to tell the guests "stand up for the bride's entrance", it was the first time he read the speech, zero preparation.
Once the ceremony is over, in the aperitif structure I realize that in the tableau de marriage the tables are all wrong. I could not believe! Shortly thereafter, still at the aperitif, a person who we thought was a waiter dressed in black (we found out the next day from Miresi that he was the maître and his name was Bacchiasio, he hadn't even introduced himself) began to asking me questions about dinner time and what time we wanted to go up to the dining room to have dinner, because he had to tell the chef when to put the rice in.
Having no idea what time it was, I tell him that we have just started the aperitif and that I'll tell him in a bit, he replies that he needs to know immediately because otherwise the rice will "overcook" if he puts it in too much Before.
But I say, does this seem normal to you? these are details that needed to be clarified beforehand, with a time schedule already completed to be shared with the team of waiters and kitchen and us as spouses, but it had to be done before, certainly not on the wedding day.
The time comes to cut the cake, the cake comes out, and all my decorating flowers and my cake topper are missing. I didn't know whether to laugh or cry at this point.
But that's not all, Bacchiasio approaches us with a photo bomb to teach us "how to cut the cake".
I say, but how do you do it? after having rushed us from the beginning of the aperitif to the cutting of the cake and then you give me the cake of my wedding, one of the most important moments, without flowers and without anything??
At that point I had no words or energy left. I pretended nothing happened, cut the cake and toasted, also because what could I do? make a scene in front of everyone?
To conclude the evening, while we were there dancing, it was just after midnight (assuming that we had the rent of the Villa until 1am, with the music stopping at 00:30) and I see Bacchiasio and his team starting to get rid of my bow (the one I had used for the ceremony and the cutting of the cake), they remove the lights, and go around with their rubbish bags among the guests.
Without even asking myself if I had wanted to keep the flowers or give them to some guests. Again, limitless indifference.
The next day I talked to Miresi about all this, and without any empathy she told me that she was just sorry. End. For them, the fact that they had pestered me all evening, stressed about the schedule and everything that happened in the meantime was fine as it was.
We felt disappointed and left the location with a bad taste in our mouth, because even though we had fun (fortunately), there were many things that could have gone better or even not happened if there had been care and attention. interest from staff.
And yet, it's bad to say, but once you pay, no one cares. I hope that by sharing this experience, the Villa Bevilacqua staff can improve and that it will not be repeated in the future for another couple.

10/06/2024: Cena con partner in una location un po’ sottotono, esternamente, rispetto all’esperienza culinaria in se’. Una cena che si è tramutata in un vero e proprio viaggio di gusti e sapori nuovi, a volte azzardati ma piacevolmente azzardati! Il personale attento e disponibile che presenta le pietanze come ci stesse raccontando una favola, e sinceramente anche l’atmosfera è da favola! E’ stata un’esperienza fantastica, tutto molto curato e gradevole, ancor di più quando lo chef Alex si è presentato al momento del dolce: sapere che le pietanze sono frutto di uno chef giovane ma decisamente all’altezza della situazione, mi ha entusiasmato ancora di più! Complimenti davvero di cuore! Assolutamente da rifare!

15/07/2024: A very atmospheric place on the outskirts of the old town. A large selection of drinks, both classic and according to your own secret recipe ;) Plus non-alcoholic drinks, so you can come here in the evening with the whole family :)
On some days there is live music or a DJ. And a very nice owner :) I definitely want to come back here :)
13/07/2024: A great place to sit, have a drink and talk. There was also live music on Friday. The bar is slightly away from the city center, but it's definitely worth the walk. Large selection of drinks. I recommend the specialty of the place - the SEBA panini and the Mango's drink.

07/07/2024: Terrible experience. After calling before showing up at the place asking if there were any popsicles and asking again at the counter as soon as I arrived, I sit at the table. My friend takes a cup and I am told that I couldn't have a popsicle at the table but would have to go to the freezer to get it. When I arrive the situation, already absurd, gets even worse because they tell me that it was not possible to consume the ice lolly inside because it was only to take away. When asked for explanations, I was told that it was impossible to have that ice lolly, even though my friend was already consuming a cup at the table.
Would never return, appalling customer service.
07/07/2024: The wait was long even though the place was almost empty. Even though we had asked for cups, they gave us huge ice cream cups for €6.50.
Even though the prices were generally high for everything on the receipt, they added €0.50 cover charge even for those who didn't consume anything.

28/08/2024: Rude and insolent waiter, closes the umbrella over the customers' heads until they are sitting at the table, all the dirt from the umbrella falls on the table, on the drinks and on the food ordered.
He even has the courage to argue and tries to be right, imitating another waitress to clean our table.
We don't behave like that, it's not very professional.

12/08/2024: Locale carino e semplice, personale molto attento e preciso e simpatico.
cibo ottimo( noi abbiamo preso 2 carpaccio di tonno con pomodorini e rucola, insalata di polipo con patate e capperi, tagliata di manzo con cottura ottima e molta saporita, frittura di pesce e grigliata mista di pesce questa fenomenale. )
Focaccina fatta da loro strepitosa.
Prezzo il giusto.
Ci torneremo sicuramente.

31/07/2024: L’endroit où nous voulions prendre le petit déjeuner a été pris d’assaut et nous avons dû nous rabattre sur celui-ci.
Je ne vais pas épiloguer, ce n’était juste pas bon du tout. Sauf si vous avez le palais anesthésié et que vous voulez juste vous remplir l’estomac avec un déjeuner à 12€, allez-y.

10/12/2023: Arrivato dopo le 22 di ritorno dal Trentino, nonostante l'ora sono stato accolto senza problemi (altri ristoranti in zona mi avevano rimbalzato).
La cucina è curata ed i piatti sono ottimi. Anche il consiglio sui vini si è rivelato competente ed azzeccato.
Ottimo anche il dolce... Che dire consigliatissimo e da ritornare.
19/11/2023: Siamo entrati in questo ristorante attratti dal menù apparentemente molto curato. Ordiniamo un piatto di tagliolini al luccio con limone candito e spuma di finocchio e uno spaghetto alla chitarra con mazzancolle crude e cotte e melanzana, ci avvertono che ci vorranno 10 Min di attesa per i piatti.
Nel frattempo vediamo che intorno a noi vengono offerte entree anche ai clienti che si erano accomodati dopo di noi. Dopo quasi 1 ora viene offerta l'entree anche a noi. Quando arrivano i piatti, le paste si presentano con fondo brodoso, la spuma di finocchio e la melanzana non pervenute. Dopo qualche boccone dei miei tagliolini, trovo un pezzo di paglietta di metallo, si scusano, mi viene spiegato che può succedere che della paglietta per pulire finisca tra la pasta. Mi viene portato un nuovo piatto: questa volta nei tagliolini non trovo i canditi di limone, né il finocchio, ma una crema di peperoni e vongole insieme al luccio. Un altro piatto, senza alcun preavviso o spiegazione della modifica.
Nel frattempo agli altri commensali viene offerto un dolce, noi rimaniamo in attesa ma nulla. Chiediamo il conto, ma nessuno arrivo, ci dobbiamo dunque alzare e ci vengono fatti pagare entrambi i piatti a prezzo pieno (anche quello con la paglietta). Paghiamo 4 euro ciascuno di coperto, ma il dolce, offerto a tutti gli ospiti, a noi non è mai arrivato. È stata una situazione davvero triste e spiacevole: in ogni punto di vista - cucina, servizio, rapporto con il cliente - è mancata cura e professionalità. Davvero molto dispiaciuta e delusa.

20/07/2024: Die Aussicht ist schlichtweg atemberaubend und bietet den besten Blick auf den Gardasee, den man sich vorstellen kann. Es ist der perfekte Ort für einen romantischen Abend zu zweit.
Die Küche war authentisch italienisch und beeindruckte mit frischen, natürlichen Zutaten. Jeder Bissen war ein Genuss und das Team war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Ein Muss für alle, die eine romantische Auszeit suchen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

And there are no occasional courses.
I go every Tuesday for improvisation courses and first yoga.
But mine is not a criticism but I simply warn that they no longer find a restaurant to come! That's all!
18/04/2024: The structure is surrounded by greenery, is located in the Ferrazze area, a few km from Montorio and San Martino. Buon Albergo is managed by a cooperative that deals with educational social services. The feeling is of being in a familiar environment. It also hosts private events, such as graduations, birthdays, work meetings, yoga courses. The staff is friendly and professional.
