19/03/2024: Dolciaria Cantonucci is the place of mine and my son's heart, our weekly cuddle. One of the few places where you can enjoy excellent sweet and savory breakfasts. The brioches are truly space-age, as are the giant sandwiches. The location is beautiful and all the staff are friendly and professional. Lots of rare and unique things on sale. Average prices. 04/04/2024: Besides the fact we were waiting 10 minutes to get the waiter to come and take our order, they were friendly and the food was good. I got eggs and bagel, very nice and smooth scrambled eggs inside a soft bagel, but the egg was a bit tasteless. Better if you add some salt and pepper. Cappuccino good, small cup !

04/04/2024: The best breakfast in Italy! There are many food options, there are several healthy ingredients too such as oat flour, almond milk, etc. We recommend the pistachio pancakes, the California avocado toast, and they have very good coffee.

19/03/2024: Excellent quality pizza by the slice, various flavors to choose from even in the evening hours close to closing. The owners were very nice and welcoming!

08/03/2024: Vivo a Verona da più di otto anni e la pizza di Zio Lele è un must. Pizza unica, con impasto fragrante e leggero, ingredienti di ottima qualità, abbinamenti da urlo. Da non perdere neanche i panettoni artigianali e le colombe. E poi Lele è un grande, insieme alla pizza c'è sempre tempo per una chiacchierata in amicizia. Da visitare. Ancora, ancora e ancora!

28/03/2024: Informal place with a vibe to drink some wines or beers and have a bite to eat. It has an assortment of food of the day so you can make a combined dish to your liking, I recommend the sausages with the tomato sauce, delicious!

06/04/2024: I got 3 different flavors, they couldn't distinguish each other. Definitely poor quality/price ratio. While she was serving me ice cream, the girl saw that there was a hair, pretended nothing had happened and made me ice cream. Only then did he have it removed from the ice cream maker. 05/04/2024: We bought 3 balls of ice cream, 1 ball for the kid and 2 balls for me, but they decided to charge it as 1+2 instead 3 balls, which they have discount for 3 balls. I'm one customer, not 2 different customers. If I buy 3 balls of ice cream, I pay for 3 balls of ice cream, even if I pointed that why do they charge like this, they said I bought separately, not in same cone, and we know that a cone does not cost 1€ 😄 well deserved 1 star for 1€ extra.

02/04/2024: The service needs improvement, a little slow with us, faster with others. There was little attention to customers. The environment is beautiful and characteristic. Unfortunately it is very small and I saw people getting annoyed by the assigned seats... the food is good quality.

The price is normal, even if I don't really like eating on paper and the QR code menu doesn't work very well, the site should have been designed better. Furthermore, if the restaurant does not have separate accounts, this should be made explicit and clear from the beginning.

06/04/2024: Excellent dinner in this vegan restaurant, very close to the center of Verona. Very kind staff. Nice environment, but with some little attention to detail. The menu offers simple, almost 'homemade' dishes, largely coming from tradition and 'revisited' in a vegan key. It could be expanded towards more elaborate foods. The plating definitely needs to be improved, as it doesn't do justice to the quality of the food. The cost is slightly high compared to the dishes served.

05/04/2024: Good service and good food but it is very expensive for the amount of food they give. We only had the option of choosing a special menu that was available for Easter, you couldn't choose from a menu. And the minimum to pay per person was 40 euros plus drinks, cutlery and bread, which they charged for everything separately. It is a very elegant, special place that makes more elaborate food, but we do not recommend it if what you want is to eat a good quantity at an affordable price.

06/04/2024: I am beyond grateful that I found this gelateria in my trip to Verona. We visited every day while we're there. Pistachio, yoghurt and biscotto della nonna are the best gelato flavours for me here. The crepes are also pretty tasty and generous portions of ingredients. Also the staff is friendly, helpful and the whole place has a nice atmosphere and its always clean. I am so sad that i can't eat this gelato every day!

18/03/2024: Avevamo voglia soltanto di un caffè, ma passando per caso di ritorno da una visita alla vicina San Zeno, ci siamo convinti a fare una merenda. Il menu presenta oltre alle classiche palline anche altre scelte interessanti come brioches riempita di gelato, crêpes e pancakes. Locale molto carino, personale giovane e gentile. Abbiamo preso caffè e due palline di gelato davvero buone. Consigliata la crema della nonna

29/03/2024: On our way to Croatia we were looking for a pizzeria to eat. The pizzas are incredible, the dough is thin, they are gigantic but really light. We finished everything :) And the tiramisu finally convinced us. Really a very good pizzeria! We had it for 25th per person including conversion.

28/04/2024: If a place presents itself as serving gluten free pizza one could at least expect that even if a separate oven is not used, that there is the flexibility and innovation enough to use a plate when cooking the pizza to avoid contamination. In addition, if a guest has presented himself or herself as someone who can only eat gluten free, how come gluten free breadsticks are not presented to the guest when normal bread is being served to the other guests? This place is nice and the pizzas are good, but the staff need to be a bit more attentive and maybe the management a bit more innovative for a restaurant close to Piazza Bra in the heart of Verona.

27/04/2024: Excellent service, food and location. Actually not easy to spot at first, but we had been recommended this restaurant from the staff at BW Hotel de C. It definitely lived up to our expectations. Sitting outside in the sun enjoying a wonderful meal was just heaven. The next day we went back for dinner. Equally satisfied.

04/04/2024: Don't miss when visiting Verona. Great staff and delicious ice cream! Pistacchio is an absolute dream taste! The ice coffe with cream is such a good combination. You will not regret!

03/04/2024: This was probably the best ice creme we ever had in Italy! Natural ingredients and a taste beyond the normal. The raspberry sorbet hade the naturally seeds left and it tasted just gorgeous. I also had a cappuccino. It was also at the same level as the rest.
