29/10/2025: We went to this piadina shop in The Big Apple, but they wouldn't serve us because my son is allergic. I understand there could be a risk of contamination, but the way we were approached was truly rude, and no alternative was offered.
I don't expect special treatment, just a little empathy and attention. It's sad that in 2025, there are still places that, instead of looking for a solution, simply choose not to serve a family with an allergic child.

14/11/2025: My boyfriend and I came here on a Saturday for breakfast. The cappuccino was fine, but the croissants were hard and dry. The same thing happened to my friends who arrived shortly after us. Total disappointment, since I knew it was an excellent pastry shop. 😕

09/11/2025: We went to breakfast with a voucher we'd been given for breakfast at a nearby apartment. When we arrived and handed the voucher to Mrs. Silvia, she was clearly annoyed. When serving us, she was a bit rude, almost annoyed by our presence.

23/09/2025: I went to get a pizza by the slice... Very kind and helpful. The pizza was a disaster, the dough had an unpleasant smell and taste, unfortunately, I couldn't finish it, it was so awful.
08/08/2025: We stumbled upon this place by chance while vacationing in Verona and were truly impressed! On our first night, we opted for the pizza tour: all the pizzas were excellent, with light dough and quality ingredients.
The next day, unfortunately, our daughter wasn't feeling well, so we decided to order takeout. The owner was exceptionally kind: he personally delivered our order, demonstrating great attention and helpfulness.
We tried the pasta dishes, piadinas, and salads: everything was carefully prepared, tasty, and well-balanced. The value for money is truly excellent.
A place that combines quality, courtesy, and passion: highly recommended!

28/05/2025: Eravamo solo tre tavoli una serata di lavoro , alle 22.00 il proprietario chiede a tutti di andarsene perché deve chiudere !! Diciamo che la professionalità non è di casa
Sconsiglio vivamente spero che tutte queste pessime recensioni facciano capire al gestore dove correggersi !
19/05/2025: Ho prenotato in anticipo una cena di lunedì, precisando che avevo un voucher di sconto ottenuto con Sky Extra. Prenotazione ore 21, al telefono tutto ok, confermato.
All’arrivo, puntualissimi, il sedicente titolare ci dice in malo modo che il voucher (assolutamente in corso di validità e utilizzato in una delle sere consentite) non sarebbe stato accettato.
Dopo breve insistenza, accettiamo la cosa, ma ci viene detto che sono in chiusura e non ci avrebbero serviti.
Senza parole ce ne siamo andati…

27/04/2025: L'ambiente è carino e originale, arredato con gusto. I panini sono molto buoni, così come i contorni che li accompagnano. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Il locale è facile da trovare e l'atmosfera è piacevole. Consigliato per chi ha voglia di un buon hamburger.
17/03/2025: Il posto è poco luminoso, tavolo piccolo con sedie appiccate l'una dalle altra; tra poco prendevi una testata con quella dietro.
Il panino di per sé non ha niente di speciale, la carne è sottile, è troppa cotta, il che poi rende il panino secco. Ho apprezzato solo le patate dolci; che ovviamente saranno surgelate.
