02/01/2026: We booked for the night of December 31st around 6 PM, reserving a table for 9 PM that same evening. When we arrived, we were told first that it was closed (there were people having dinner), then that it was for residents only (?), and finally that we couldn't have booked because it was closed (again). I'm giving the atmosphere two stars because they had karaoke, so you could sing along to Sarah Toscano. Otherwise, the experience was terrible, with no friendliness and a lot of bullshit!
29/12/2025: Beautiful and the food is excellent.
They're open even in the dead of winter. Highly recommended.

09/02/2026: The products are good, but a major flaw is the lack of table service (and self-service checkouts). Even fast food restaurants don't force you to serve yourself!
As a consolation, prices should at least be lower, given the lack of this service.
27/01/2026: They no longer offer table service; customers have to serve themselves. First you pay, then you wait for your food, then you find a table if it's free to eat. Where have we come from?

05/03/2026: I personally don't recommend it. It's true that the staff who served us were very friendly and the pasta for the first course was incredibly good. That said, the price is outrageously high. We've eaten much better and cheaper in other places in Venice. Not only is it expensive, but the second course, which was a breaded cutlet, and the breaded chicken fillet weighed about 20 grams, and the potatoes were frozen. They're a complete rip-off, and then they slap on an €8 service charge for no reason. If you can save money, do so. €60 for a meal between two people—the only redeeming feature was the pasta. If you're on a tight budget, it's a bad option, and if you have the money, go somewhere better. I hope this helps.
07/10/2025: The food was really good and not expensive.
Not sure why so many bad reviews, maybe we were lucky but it was a nice experience for us next to the water.
They have gluten free options which is great.
I do not put 5 stars because of the mandatory 12.5% in the ticket which felt odd.

When we arrived, we found it closed, with a sign saying "Open Saturday, February 7th."
Information on seasonal openings and closings should be updated to avoid inconvenience and unnecessary travel for customers, especially when visiting specifically for this purpose.
22/10/2025: The best. And it even comes with a cap so you can take it away. If I had discovered it before, I would have spent the summer there!!!

Sunday morning passing by, we stop for breakfast. A place I had already tried. We take a latte macchiato and some brioches. Everything is good, very kind staff. The only thing that could be improved is the decor.
We choose this place for Sunday breakfast. A place inside the shopping center, simple, very clean and with very kind staff. We order a latte macchiato (€1.70) and some brioches (€1.20). Everything is good for a pleasant moment. A place I recommend visiting.

08/10/2025: Terrible, the rooms look like a brothel, a massacre, the hallway is like something out of a horror movie, there are fungi on the walls, the toilet is terrible, we have a door in our room that can't be closed and leads to the room of some strangers, the balcony doesn't lock, there are insects flying around, the balcony railing barely reaches your thigh, this hotel is terrible, the only thing is the reception and the dining room are nice, the smooth finish has strange stains and there are very disturbing paintings on the walls, the atmosphere is creepy, the neighborhood is scary, the police are constantly there, it looks like an exorcism is taking place.
08/10/2025: The hotel is a disaster, the smooth surfaces are filthy, there are fungi on the walls, the atmosphere is terrible, the balcony door doesn't close and the balcony itself is very unsafe because the railing on the 4th floor barely reaches your thigh and in the middle of the room there is a door leading to another room that doesn't close.

05/10/2025: I treated myself to some ice cream here – the portion was really generous, which was a pleasant surprise. The service was warm and friendly, and I felt welcome. Unfortunately, the ice cream tasted rather average – I wasn't particularly impressed. What I found disappointing was that they only accepted cash payments.
