Very pleasant staff. Very simple breakfast. Room a bit dated. Perfect location.

Hotel close to San Marco Square, next to the best tiramisu bakery and unmissable pasta places, next to many souvenir shops. An excellent location.

Excellent location! The only downside was the limited breakfast selection.

When we went in April, the location was great... the only downside was that we were given a room with stairs and the breakfast was meager, but the location is fantastic.

Alessia at reception truly made our stay exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, catering to our needs and making everything feel effortless. What stood out most was her genuine care—she made sure we were happy and settled. That level of attention is rare and made a lasting impression on us. We’re incredibly grateful for her kindness and professionalism. Alessias' was a five star service!!

Perfect location for visiting the city! The staff were friendly and available for any information. The rooms were really too hot.

I was a little concerned by the previous reviews. Cleanliness: good basics. Bathroom and beds always clean; details leave a little to be desired. There are real signs of dead mosquitoes on the walls, dust, and worn headboards. The inside temperature is very hot, and the air conditioning doesn't provide any cool air even on low. Minimal but good breakfast: croissants, salami, ham and cheese, rolls, yogurt, cereal, jam, hazelnut spread, juice, water, and hot drinks upon request. Really convenient location. PS: Bring mosquito tags for the night, otherwise they'll eat you!

Room was okay but kids were covered in Mosquito bites. Air conditioning was not working due to it starts in April. If opened window then Mosquito were coming in so couldn't even open, didn't had good sleep because of that . There was no iron or iron board provided and that should be mentioned on website that you don't provide cuz of law so people dont get surprise. It was very annoying, couldn't wear the new clothes as they got really crinkly. Bathroom was clean but had a weird smell, couldn't figure out where is it coming from. Breakfast was included in price BUT it was not good at alland had very limited option(yoghurt tea/coffee, small crossiants and tiny rolls.) No omelette, pancakes, toast. Definitely need to work on this.

Wonderful hotel in an excellent location, a stone's throw from St. Mark's Square. Ideal choice for tourists who want to be in the heart of the city. Polite staff and clean rooms ensure a pleasant stay.

The hotel also enjoys an excellent location, allowing for easy access to the main points of interest, making my stay even more convenient and enjoyable. Special praise goes to all the staff, who stood out for their professionalism and kindness. From the housekeeping staff, who were always discreet and attentive, to the reception staff, who were extremely helpful, friendly, and ready to answer every question with patience and expertise. A warm welcome that truly makes a difference and helps guests feel at home. I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking comfort, cleanliness, and impeccable service.
