23/08/2025: Bad impression. Ordered a cake for 10 people for my son's birthday the next day. Naturally, there was no price limit, just the size, which therefore had to be large. The next day they gave us a cake that not even the Smurfs would have eaten. They insisted that "for them" it was a cake for 10. I'm from Rome and I've always ordered cakes for 10 that are just right. After a heated discussion, I had to settle for another, slightly larger cake that had been in the fridge since the day before. Party ruined. I'm now reading your response, which borders on a complaint for personal insults, and that doesn't mean I won't proceed in that direction. I am a respected professional and a polite person, as can be seen from the documents on various websites that deal with me. But that has nothing to do with it. If a customer complains about what they consider an injustice, you don't respond with arrogance (you do) "for us the cake..." (I repeat, Lilliputian) "is a 10"!!!! . Period. We're trying to figure out what the problem is and politely address it. The cake he replaced wasn't the same size at all, so much so that he had to change the box and get a larger one. As I was leaving your shop, two ladies approached me to confirm their shock at such treatment. Rest assured, I have no intention of ever setting foot in your shop again, even though your refusal would be subject to legal action. A commercial establishment cannot do so. Not only will I never set foot in your shop again, but neither will the many friends in Penna and Giove to whom I told the incident. Good things. It's still causing controversy. What you wrote qualifies you without further comment and shows who the rude and offensive one is. I don't understand how someone like you can work in contact with the public. I hope for your future customers that this unpleasant episode has taught you to be more polite and helpful. And with that, I'll end this controversy. I've said everything I had to say.

12/10/2025: Very nice place in the center of Orvieto good food but the tourist menu mode (drinks and cover charge excluded) makes it a bit "manual" of the type come on eat pay and go we need the table 😅 (I understand) anyway a good place to eat something in the streets of the center 👍

15/09/2025: Unfortunately, the testone has gotten much worse. Meanwhile, the menu continues to offer things that are always off the menu, like the patatona! It's the third time I've been to a testone and they don't have it, take it off the menu first! This evening we ordered the pappa al pomodoro and it was inedible... full of oregano! Pappa al pomodoro is made with basil at most, but at least if you really want to use oregano, avoid using the whole bottle. It was practically horrible and it's certainly not a difficult dish to prepare!

24/09/2025: We went to Trattoria Pasteria and the experience was simply impeccable. We ate wonderfully: carefully prepared dishes, quality ingredients, and authentic flavors that hark back to tradition, but with that extra touch that makes all the difference. Special thanks to Edoardo, a truly delightful person: welcoming, helpful, and attentive to every detail, he made our evening even more enjoyable. A place that perfectly combines excellent cuisine and warm hospitality. Highly recommended, we can't wait to return!

03/09/2025: The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pizza was very good for those who love Umbrian-style pizza—not thick, so to speak. And although I prefer the classic Neapolitan style, I found it good here, even if thin, as is customary here in Umbria.

26/08/2025: My wife (67) and I (67) went to Oste Restaurant and ordered the Dubai Chocolate Labubu with Mango Mustard and I would give it a score of 67/10. It almost made me forget my fear of a job application. Even better, Kendrick Lamar came out of the kitchen and glazed me with his glorious mustard. It was such a unique experience that I would give it a score of 67/10. Then, as a parting gift, Kendrick Lamar honored me with a 67-karat gold Labubu. All in all, the whole experience cost $67.41. I would go back 67 times instead of pulling the 67 Walmart prank.

26/06/2025: Very nice place, fantastic welcome and service, excellent daily proposals always fresh and prepared on site. Great choice of wines. The philosophy behind holy food makes the place even more special even just for an aperitif or a take away! Highly recommended

12/10/2025: Very good pizza... thin but good. For takeout, you have to be patient... you stand there waiting... you're sent out saying you'll be called... time passes and if you're not the one who comes back asking for news and maybe the pizzas are there ready waiting for you, all is quiet!!! Even tonight the same thing arrived home already dry... the lady should be a little nicer... little by little 😤 ​​never again!!!

03/10/2025: We ordered a torta al testo polastro with chicken breast for 9 euros. It arrived bloated with vegetables and four small pieces of chicken breast... When we pointed this out, the cake was brought back without the chicken breast, but with a cutlet instead... Shameful...They won't see me anymore!!!!

01/10/2025: I'd say the quality/price ratio is fair, but the wait is a bit long and it's quite crowded. Ample parking. Good beer. For a variety of dishes, I'd recommend going for the grill—meat, chicken, sausage, etc. The staff is courteous and friendly.

12/09/2025: The restaurant certainly gets a lot of work as it's located within a resort that operates very well. Overall, however, I have to say that the culinary experience didn't entirely satisfy us.

08/09/2025: We booked for two for a special occasion, and arrived around nine o'clock and were greeted warmly. A very friendly and knowledgeable waiter served us at our table. The bread was very good, and the wait for our food wasn't particularly long. We both ordered an appetizer and a first course; I opted for the vegetarian options, which were plentiful. At the end of the meal, we ordered dessert. I had a mini portion of sorbet and another of gelato (I was a bit full); the vanilla gelato was fantastic, and the sorbet had a strong berry flavor. My companion, on the other hand, had brownies accompanied by the aforementioned sorbet, which he thoroughly enjoyed. We left satisfied.

29/09/2025: I stopped in for lunch, so I didn't see the rooms. I've never been to any other agritourismos, so I have nothing to compare it to, but the atmosphere was lovely. 💠 There's a winery? or storage facility? inside the cave, and the food was delicious! It seems like a great place for a relaxing vacation where you can do absolutely nothing.

13/09/2025: You should never come to this pizzeria. We waited three hours for three pizzas. The staff is completely unorganized: we asked them at least ten times when the pizzas would arrive. They didn't even know if there were any free seats when it started raining and we wanted to sit inside. We finally found a seat ourselves. Plus, there was a child's birthday party going on, and it was absolute chaos: people were screaming and constantly running near my chair, and none of the staff said anything to anyone. The craziest thing is that I ordered a Margherita pizza, and it was outrageous: it tasted like bread with tomato sauce, without cheese. I don't know how it's possible, but I'd give it a negative review, below zero.

29/09/2025: Nice restsurant in the centre of Perugia. It has a basic menu. Personnel is very friendly and helpfull. Outside is a terrace on the street. Inside is down in the cellar a big room with lots of tables. Downside is very nicely decorated with different objects and the walls are filled with old black and white pictures. Prices are low, menu basic, so good value for your money.

25/09/2025: We grabbed a quick pizza for dinner—well, one of the best pizzas I've ever had! Truly delicious, with a nice, thin, dry crust and fresh, flavorful buffalo mozzarella. The location is also incredibly unique, literally underground, with a medieval feel. The staff is friendly and helpful.
