I migliori ristoranti di cucina vegetariana in Umbria

10/02/2025: Trovato per caso osservando le recensioni su internet, confermo la bontà e la qualità dei prodotti. Abbiamo preso un antipasto di salumi formaggi e bruschette, ottimo! Mi ha colpito la freschezza dei prodotti, e la particolare crema di piselli sulla bruschetta: squisita. Poi siamo passati ad un antipasto misto di verdure, tutte completamente fatte in casa, delicate, con un sapore genuino, mi hanno letteralmente rapita e non è cosa solita trovare qualcuno che cucini bene le verdure al ristorante. A seguire due primi, gnocchi fatti in casa, un piatto con ragù di anatra, l’altro con crema di zucca, speck e zucchine: consistenza degli gnocchi perfetta ed il condimento incredibile. I sapori di una volta. Anche sui dolci recensione positiva, specialmente il croccante in vasetto con crema amarene e sbriciolata di nocciola e biscotto: sembrava di mangiare il croccante algida, il mio preferito! Quando saremo di passaggio nuovamente saprò dove fermarmi. Un plauso ai camerieri, gentilissimi, attenti e con il sorriso.

24/01/2025: Buono il cibo, cucina tipica ma non solo anche pizze... personale cortese e il ristorante è accogliente. Nella buona stagione dispone anche di tavoli all'aperto. Se passate di qua provatelo.

12/01/2025: Assolutamente consigliato! Piacevole scoperta casuale a Vallo di Nera durante una gita del fine settimana. Abbiamo mangiato divinamente e ci siamo promessi di ritornare!

12/01/2025: Location molto carina, ottima la pulizia e servizio eccellente. Menù non molto ricco ma di qualità e carattere. Buona scelta di vini. Stringozzi cacio RE direi WOWWW gnocchi viola al tartufo eccellenti zuppa di lenticchie molto soddisfacente e crostata di fichi e noci veramente gradevole. Buono anche il caffè e vi assicuro che in un ristorante non è scontato. Bravi ed arrivederci alla prossima.

05/04/2025: Un'esperienza da provare, pinsa favolosa, grande scelta degli ingredienti, ambiente intimo e tranquillo. La qualità al prezzo giusto.

24/03/2025: Scoperto due anni fa, questo locale è diventato ormai un porto sicuro apprezzato da tutti i conoscenti a cui l'ho consigliato. Le pinse preparate con materie prime di alta qualità e con un impasto unico mai assaggiato prima, sono il risultato del talento, la passione e la competenza che lo chef Jacopo Martellini ci ha trasmesso nel poco tempo che abbiamo avuto modo di conoscerlo. Senza dubbio Silver Spuleti ha drasticamente alzato i miei standard riguardo la pinsa, ma non è l'unica cosa da assaggiare poiché anche gli altri piatti del menu (soprattutto i dolci) sono davvero notevoli.

28/03/2025: We waited after ordering for 35 min just for the pizza to be ok. The bread looked like a tortilla. At the end we paid 65€ for 6 pizzas that were all under 8.50€ because they charged 2€ for the table PER person, and 12€ for 5 PIECES of bread for 6 people. I wouldnt really recommend.

27/02/2025: Questo ristorante è a dir poco eccezionale. Eccezionale nell'ottimo cibo tanto quanto nel servizio. Abbiamo mangiato un abbacchio scottadito alla brace unico nei sapori, mai mangiato di più buono, un primo tipico del ristorante, le briciole alla norcina che abbiamo adorato, delle chips croccanti appena tagliate e servite per le quali sono senza parole. Tutto veramente eccezionale. Consigliatomi da persone del posto, anche io lo consiglio a mia volta come tappa obbligata! Provare per credere.

09/11/2024: We had dinner here last week, the food was very good, we had a starter of local cured meats, a first course of fettuccine with hare sauce and the steak, all delicious. The restaurant is located inside the village and in summer it must be even nicer because it has an outdoor area for eating. The waiter was also very nice.

21/02/2025: In 1985 I frequented the restaurant with the great Primo Fuccelli. In those days the structure was very modest... but the food was excellent.

04/04/2025: I came back to this place with great expectations and I was very disappointed. I had a maritozzo that I would define as neither good nor bad, normal. The real flop was the pan pizza, if I hadn't already eaten in this place in the past the rating would have been 1. The service didn't live up to expectations either, the waitress was almost annoyed that we had taken few things in her opinion and it's not elegant to explicitly show this to the customer (and in any case we spent €30 each so I wouldn't say we didn't eat). In any case I don't think I'll be back.

30/03/2025: We tried the padellino and the moderna. We were amazed by the lightness of the dough and the very particular and balanced combinations both in taste and colors. Good and beautiful, you can see that there is a lot of research and care in the preparation. High prices, but considering the quality, the service and the excellent wines and cocktails on the menu, it is worth it. We will return to try other flavors and doughs

30/03/2025: The appetizer and pappardelle with wild boar ragù were excellent! Very nice staff and honest prices, a very nice and familiar atmosphere.

07/04/2025: Restaurant at the foot of Assisi, the quality of the food is acceptable despite having to send back a polenta which arrived practically liquid, but unfortunately the very long waiting times, about an hour to have a platter of starters, despite the few people present in the room and the service not up to par with the context, did not give me a good impression. I am sorry. The location has huge potential.

28/03/2025: Sono stato due volte a cena, una per la pizza buonissima davvero e l'altra per una cena di carne con una promozione che facevano online. La carne è stata semplicemente una delle migliori mai mangiate frollata e cotta a puntino. I ragazzi ai tavoli davvero simpatici...stra consigliato
