19/05/2026: A quaint setting within the walls of Spello. We frequented it two nights in a row for dinner during our stay in the area. Typical dishes, a more than reasonable value. Good quality appetizers, first courses, and second courses. Just be patient...service takes a bit long.

15/03/2026: A fantastic evening of dinner with friends. Both the food and the courtesy of the owner and staff were excellent. Definitely recommended. The Angus tartare was fantastic, served with various sauces on a truly spectacular platter. Excellent value for money. Kudos to the entire staff.

31/05/2026: Honestly and objectively, I can say: I go to this place very often. Besides, I'm the pizza chef's dad, I wait my turn like any other customer and pay without discounts. I recognize the perseverance and patience required to run a restaurant these days, as well as the difficulty in finding the right people to pamper and fulfill the requests of customers who are increasingly attentive to the art of cooking. In my own small way, I've tried to instill the values ​​of life by setting a personal example. In my opinion, the place largely meets Umbrian standards of excellence; the only thing that could be improved is the space itself, but unfortunately, renting a restaurant comes with many limitations.

02/05/2026: I stopped by in the evening for a quick dinner, and what can I say? It's an excellent pizzeria in a small village. A lovely, warm atmosphere, excellent fried food, and excellent pizza. Plus, I have to say, kudos to the blonde waitress: very kind and helpful, as well as very cute (she'll never know who I am, after all).

22/12/2025: We haven't been here in a while... but it's always a pleasure to return... and to rediscover the tasty, visually and palatably satisfying dishes prepared by Fabrizio. We found two "new" girls in the dining room, smiling, kind, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. Update December 2025... Osteria Bacerotti, Fabrizio, his staff, and the food he serves... Always a guarantee!!

26/02/2026: La Raffineria is one of those places that makes you want to linger. A welcoming, well-maintained atmosphere with a relaxed ambiance that makes time fly by. The cocktails are expertly crafted, but the spritz deserves special mention: balanced, refreshing, and simply fabulous. What's more, the snacks are just as good as the drinks, perfect for sharing while you savor the moment. All this at fair prices, something especially appreciated these days. An ideal spot to start the evening… or let it stretch on.

07/03/2026: A beautiful location in the center of Terni, meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail. The service was impeccable, attentive but never intrusive. Alessandro (the owner) not only served us with extreme kindness, but also recommended excellent dishes and wines. Elegant yet beautifully informal, very relaxed—in short, a true gem. 16/05/2026: The only pizza I can digest in Umbria!! For all the others I drink 2 liters of water at night. This zero is excellent and I don't wake up drinking at night and it's delicious. Also, the service is friendly and fast. I recommend it.

24/11/2025: I came for lunch today with a friend for the second time, and we had a great time once again! The food was excellent, both in presentation and flavor. We really appreciated the helpfulness of the staff and their attention to customers. They were super kind, attentive, and very friendly.

23/11/2025: We were here on a day before a holiday. The wait for a table was practically nonexistent, despite the large crowd for the event (Eurochocolate). They seated us in the corridor leading from the lobby to the dining room, so everyone walked right past us on their way out, but it wasn't too bothersome. We ordered a plate of medallions with wild boar, porcini mushroom, and truffle ragù for €18, including three medallions, a plate of gnocchi with goose ragù (note to the manager: if the dish is served with cheese, it must be specified on the menu), a charcuterie board, a quarter of house wine, and water for €52. I'd say it's a fair price. The wait for the dishes was minimal. Unfortunately, once we got home, we had to throw all our clothes, including our jackets, in the washing machine because we looked like we were done for too. There are definitely better options.

08/01/2026: My husband and I stayed for New Year's Eve and left on January 2nd. We both stayed and dined at the Locanda, and it was a wonderful experience! Everyone was very kind, and the dinner was superb! Breakfast was meticulously prepared, with a different dessert made every day by the owner of the Locanda! Highly recommended! We'll be back soon! 15/05/2026: We discovered this pizzeria by chance while wandering around on vacation (it was near a farmhouse that recommended it to us). Of all the pizzas I've ever tasted, as a pizza lover, it's definitely the best Roman one: fine, well-made, with unique flavors without being overpowering. It's a shame I don't live nearby to go there once a week.
