20/10/2024: We had a good time. Clean place, friendly and helpful staff, you eat local and well-cooked products, good wine, fair price, one of the best (in my opinion) visited in the area.....we will return.... recommended.

18/02/2025: We stayed in the hotel/spa and had dinner in this wonderful restaurant where the food, service and environment were exceptional! We ate magnificently, pampered by what I would say was perfect staff and in a very refined and elegant environment! We will definitely be back!!

20/11/2024: The modern style restaurant, elegant and soft environment inside the Spa, tastefully furnished with a beautiful window overlooking the panorama (I don't see it as suitable for families with children). The cuisine offers traditional dishes but revisited and well presented without excessive frills, the portions are not like an "old trattoria" but not small either... I would say fair. The prices are clearly higher than average by a good 30% but the quality and difference in the preparations is evident so I think the price is justified. We had dinner with the fixed 4-course menu with a choice of drinks excluding drinks and at the end we were full and satisfied. because everything was very good, if I really have to make a note I would say that all the dishes were a little too savory... but always good... (it is also true that by re-proposing Umbrian cuisine it reflects the traditional one which is actually always very tasty). The competent and courteous dining room staff, even the younger ones, are very attentive but not in an oppressive way... they deserve thanks and my compliments for their professionalism. We were very satisfied and clearly recommend it... 4 course menu around 70 euros each (I don't know exactly because it was a gift), 1 bottle of water and one of wine 31€.

25/02/2025: Vivo in Umbria e non è sempre facile trovare ristoranti che offrano opzioni vegane, invece una sera, mentre stavo cercando un posto per una cena in famiglia, mi sono imbattuta in questo ristorante. Sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa leggendo il menù online perché c'era davvero l'imbarazzo della scelta per una come me. E devo dire che la cena ha confermato le mie aspettative, ci siamo trovati benissimo: la proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile, i piatti erano davvero ottimi e abbondanti. Devo assolutamente sottolineare che è la seconda volta da quando sono vegana che mi capita di trovare un ristorante dotato di dolci vegani!! Sicuramente tornerò

13/01/2025: Ristorante nella campagna umbra, che svela un'ottima cucina con piatti sani, originali e buonissimi. Siamo rimasti positivamente colpiti, sia dal locale, dai piatti e dalla gentilizza della signora che ci ha serviti. Un menù che segue la stagionalità, un cestino del pane fatto da loro squisito. Ottime le focaccelle alle verdure, ma anche gli affettati ed i primi. Originali e in linea con il resto del menù anche i dolci. Ci torneneremo sicuramente anche a provare le loro pizze che fanno a cena. Consigliatissimo. Prezzo adeguato a quanto mangiato.

01/04/2025: Are you travelling, looking for a pizzeria to eat something and you find this restaurant-pizzeria on the internet and you decide to leave the highway to eat a pizza? Wrong, or at least not on Monday! We sit down anyway given the time (9.15pm) and order the same from the restaurant menu and take a €14 appetizer consisting of 2 crostini, 2 pieces of cheese and 3 types of cold cuts and STOP! A first course which was supposed to be a white ragù with Fossa cheese, tasteless and the Fossa cheese was certainly not the one served, eaten quickly and so quickly we walked away from that fool. Catering is something else!

26/02/2025: E un posto molto accogliente, gente bravissima alla mano, divertiti, Consiglio questo posto fantastico per un aperitivo prima di cena e un dopo cena dove ti puoi divertire anche se sei da solo. Consiglio !!!!!!

05/02/2025: 02/04/25: We arrived, we sat down, nice place, we had two soft drinks with the usual appetizers, in the meantime we started talking about this and that, while we were talking we finished the drink and all we had left were the chips, when an employee, WITHOUT ASKING FOR ANYTHING, took away our glasses, took the handkerchiefs we were using there, threw the chips on top and took everything away... A question... But what about courtesy towards guests and politeness?

17/03/2025: siamo andati a mangiare al frantoio lo avevamo scelto perché sul sito aveva il menù celiaco (visto che una persona è intollerante) quando siamo arrivati subito abbiamo avuto un'accoglienza fredda non avevamo prenotato e ci hanno messo in un tavolo all'ingresso sebbene ci fossero diversi tavoli liberi migliori (lo so perché stando sulla porta ho visto tutte le richieste delle persone che sono venute dopo di noi che hanno avuto tavoli migliori pur non avendo prenotato) insomma il servizio è proseguito così in maniera poco gentile e approssimativa..altra nota dolente il cibo i fritti erano trpppo unti tant'è che non ho dormito tutta la notte perché sono stata con il mal di pancia la pizza sufficiente

31/01/2025: Il e il mio ragazzo Mohamed andiamo in continuazione a mangiare la pizza qui perché lui dice che è la più fornita e buona dell'umbria . Scrivo la recensione io perché Mohamed ogni volta mi porta e poi dice che ha lo stomaco stretto e poco appetito e non mangia niente ! , mi fa incavolare sempre ! . Comunque un ottima pizzeria anche da asporto , vedo gente in continuazione che non si ferma a mangiare e va via con i cartoni . Spero non la chiudano mai è una risorsa preziosa per tutti a Foligno .
