05/02/2026: For years, it has become our go-to place for a vegetarian/vegan lunch break. The buffet always offers a wide selection, with hot and cold dishes prepared with quality, seasonal ingredients. The options are delicious, colorful, and well-balanced, with original combinations!
Some evenings they also offer pizza, which is fragrant and easy to digest. It's definitely good. The price is perhaps a little high for the quantity, but the quality remains undeniable.
Friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere!

09/01/2026: The food is not good at all. The pasta was served cold and was not well prepared. We asked a cake for desser, a kind of stone.

01/10/2025: Unfortunately, there was no mention of the hut being closed on the signs or in the towns. It was sobering to see this after a long journey there...
At the time of planning a few days earlier, there was no mention of it on Google.
13/09/2025: On our hike from Ruffré to the Mendel Pass, we first passed the rather busy Halbweghütte (Halfway Hut). We then decided to continue a little further to the Enzianhütte (Gentian Hut), and it was absolutely the right decision. We received a very warm welcome there and were able to enjoy the fantastic food in peace and quiet. It was accompanied by a delicious elderflower spritzer made with homemade elderflower syrup. Highly recommended!

20/09/2025: I asked for a slice of cake and a coffee at the bar. They told me that since there was a wedding, they couldn't have anything... that seems excessive. It's not like a customer would book a coffee and a pastry at the bar... It's a shame because the walk to get here is very beautiful.
24/08/2025: Surrounded by greenery and just steps from the charming Roccolo del Sauch, discovered by chance while mountain biking above Faedo.
Welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, truly delicious traditional Trentino dishes (polenta, cured meats, rabbit, and homemade desserts).
Excellent value, outdoor spaces perfect for relaxing with family or friends. Highly recommended!

14/02/2026: Good food, good snacks, and a very rude owner. He kicked us out, saying we had to vacate the table while the Coke (we paid for) was still unfinished. He should have told you when you booked, the table is free from 11:00 to 13:00. I will never go there again because of the rudeness.

03/02/2026: We were looking for a place for a vegan/vegetarian lunch and decided to try this one. The menu offers a choice of two, three, or four appetizers, served buffet style. The variety isn't extensive, but it still gives you a good idea of the cuisine.
The price is fair and consistent with the generous portions. However, qualitatively, the dishes could be improved: I personally found them a bit heavy to digest and lacked attention to taste and presentation.
The service was also quite subdued: the staff was adequate, but a warmer welcome would certainly have made the experience more enjoyable.

08/03/2026: Folon Pizzeria Restaurant is a lovely place near Lake Smeraldo, surrounded by nature. It's very charming and beautiful, family-run, and "down-to-earth." The food is delicious; we had a truly wonderful meal, including whole-wheat and gluten-free pizza. Friendly staff, and clean and comfortable restrooms. Parking isn't very large, but it's convenient.

24/02/2026: I cannot recommend this hotel more. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted warmly! The staff is incredible (particular shoutout to Sofia for her kindness, patience & quick problem solving). You are on the mountain - the true definition of ski in & ski out. The food is incredible! A special getaway in the Dolomites.
