29/03/2026: There are no words to describe the experience my husband and I had at this property... the location is top-notch, as are the cleanliness and services ❤️.... The entire staff was fantastic and did not sin on anything! Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart, see you in Caorle ❤️.... oh I forgot, their aperitif bar is something amazing, definitely worth repeating even if you're just going for a ski trip towards the San Pellegrino Pass 🫶

07/04/2026: I don't know why there were so few people. Everything we ordered was delicious, the ingredients were very fresh, the cheese was super fragrant, and the owner was a very honest, patient and hardworking person.

09/07/2026: First, the positives: The cabin is in a beautiful location and offers a great view (depending on the table).
Now for the negatives:
As has been described here many times, the service is very poor. An entire main course was forgotten, the salad dressing was missing, the staff was unfriendly, and there was no apology or anything of the sort. The food quality was also not good: the potatoes were swimming in grease, and the fried eggs were only half-cooked.
Furthermore, the cabin only has one toilet, resulting in long waiting times. We definitely would not eat there again.

12/08/2026: We ate there lunch and it appears that people don't usually eat lunch in the area, but spend time hiking, so the restaurant was empty. Therefore I gave 4 stars for atmosphere, I believe in the evening it's really nice.
I gave 3 stars for service because first the crew members barely spoke English and secendly we felt that they are waiting us to leave since it was 14:30 and they were supposed to close at 15:00.. The waiter stood near our table while we were eating and waited for us to finish eating. It felt really unpleasant. The food was mostly tasty. The salad was dry and not fresh.

09/09/2025: Departure at 1269 near Malga Baessa, arrival after about 2 hours at Malga Cere 1743, some of us continue and reach the lake below the Maddalena fork (after having traveled through Val Maddalena) around 2040. Satisfied and beautiful places. Have a good trip.

02/05/2026: Very nice and cozy restaurant. Friendly service. You can watch the pizza being made. The pizzas are delicious. The average price of a pizza is around €9. We really liked it (we were a family of five). The town is very beautiful, with lovely views, and the local people are very kind.

You'd probably skip it because it doesn't look like much due to the dated decor, but I have to say they were very kind and the pizza was good!
We'll definitely recommend it because I think it's worth it.
A convenient meeting point for friends halfway between southern Trento/Rovereto and Valsugana. Background music is subtle but not distracting. It's spacious, with the option of setting up small or large tables. There's a varied menu, and high chairs are available.

We ate at the restaurant both Friday and Saturday. The pizza was delicious, as always, and the food was a step up. The steak was incredibly tender and perfectly breaded.
I highly recommend the dinner.

A truly stunning location, right on the lake, is worth the visit in itself. Eating with such a view makes the experience even more enjoyable.
The food is excellent, prepared with quality products, and we particularly appreciated the availability of gluten-free options, which are equally thoughtful and tasty.
The only small flaw is the speed of service, which could be improved. However, the wait is more than made up for by the quality of the dishes and the splendid setting.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay: good food, quality, and a charming location right on the lake.

28/02/2026: Everything was very tasty and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Both Japanese and Chinese all-you-can-eat. We had shrimp clouds, spring rolls, soy noodles with shrimp, rice noodles with shrimp, shrimp toast, steamed shrimp ravioli, rice with shrimp, fried shrimp and salt-and-pepper shrimp, spicy soy noodles with meat, and chicken in spicy sauce...unfortunately, I didn't take pictures of everything.
Hot jasmine tea and still water. Total for two, €35. Excellent, friendly, and honest. Angela, the longtime owner, has been running the place for many years. Booking in advance is recommended!
