02/06/2026: Not recommended for aperitifs! They sell you a formula that's based on luck! Literally two pieces of something with potatoes, a crouton, and two pieces of omelette, no olives, no chips, nothing, just a hard focaccia. For 10 euros per person, I'd say it's a bit of a scam!

13/05/2026: Pane & Vino in Pisa was a delightful discovery for a refined, quality aperitivo. The appetizers were truly excellent, beautifully presented and delicious, and the selection of glasses was definitely on point: an interesting, well-chosen offering that made the aperitivo more than just "let's have a drink." Special mention goes to the staff: kind, attentive, and professional, capable of making customers feel cared for without being intrusive. The only less relaxing aspect is the outdoor setting in the piazza, which is quite noisy. With shouting, commotion, and children in permanent recreation mode, it's perhaps not the ideal place for those seeking a moment of tranquility after a long day at work. It's perfect, however, for families with energetic children... or for those who have already made peace with the urban chaos! Overall, a positive experience: excellent aperitivo, good wine, excellent staff. I would gladly return, perhaps at a quieter time.

11/06/2026: Usually, when I find an Indian restaurant while traveling, I rush there without thinking twice. This one in Pisa, I have to say, is one of the best we've eaten at so far, with a wide selection of dishes. Here, I wanted to try things I'd never found in other Indian restaurants, like the mint chicken and the nan with chili pepper, minced chicken, and dried fruit. The only thing I didn't like about the latter is the raisins, so if I ever get there, I'll let you know I don't want them. Full marks 👍🏼

08/06/2026: Very welcoming hosts. The food tasted so homely. My wife and I are vegetarian and ther rajma and mutter paneer was heavenly. I would definitely revisit!

05/11/2025: Good food and a relaxing atmosphere. We went on a Wednesday and felt right at home. Excellent value for money. The atmosphere is refined and the service is attentive.

11/01/2026: We went for dinner a couple of weeks ago. The evening went well. The place was very welcoming, the service was prompt and courteous, and the food was good. The only thing that made us turn up our noses was the rather low temperature in the rooms, which isn't particularly welcome in winter. Even when we entered the restaurant, instead of being greeted by a comfortable wave of heat, we didn't notice much difference from the temperature outside. I would recommend turning up the heating.

24/05/2026: A wonderful bar with eclectic art and decor. The vibe is a cool and unique compliment to all the great spots in town. The view from the front patio is a wonderful spot to observe local life on the plaza as locals have conversations and wave to each other. The mixed drinks are excellent. The traditional evening drink is accompanied by a wonderful mix of small bites. A great art vibe at this place with top quality drinks. And the plaza mascot lives here too.

18/03/2026: I've been coming to Vanilla for years, both for breakfast - delicious, super-stuffed croissants - aperitifs and aperitifs - good cocktails and a wide variety at the buffet - and for cakes and pastries - delicious cakes, I've always received many compliments - and they are always kind, a guarantee!

12/04/2026: Appetizers and First Courses: Beautiful to look at and even better to eat. You can sense great attention to the sourcing of raw materials and the flavor combinations, with a refined and modern presentation. Special mention goes to the asparagus gnocchi, truly exquisite! The delicate yet bold flavor of the wild asparagus paired perfectly with the texture of the homemade gnocchi. The Meat: Simply fabulous. The highest quality ingredients, cooked to perfection and incredibly tender. We'll definitely be back, thanks to the lovely staff 💚

28/03/2026: Found by chance on the way back from a wedding venue, it was a delightful discovery. A quiet place, delicious food, and excellent value.

05/05/2026: The best bar in the entire area, from breakfast to lunch to evening aperitifs. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, not to mention the owner, Leo, who always puts you in a good mood! A perfect blend of positivity.

02/06/2026: We give the host a 10, we would have kept him at the table with us. Excellent food, reasonable prices. We arrived early so we were served quickly; perhaps those who came later had a bit of a wait, but we're on vacation, come on... Even if you sit at an intersection, it doesn't bother you; the traffic is practically non-existent. Thanks, we'll be back.

02/06/2026: I hate to give a negative review; it's not in my nature! Unfortunately, I was truly disappointed with the treatment we received. There were four of us, they seated us, and we had to wait 20 minutes just to order, and because I went to find the owner who was chatting with the guests. Otherwise, who knows how much longer we would have had to wait. Unfortunately, things didn't change from that point on: it was a long wait for everything, even the final bill. The owner had the nerve to tell us that since we were the last to arrive, it was normal to be served as such! We arrived at 8:10 PM, which I'd call an acceptable time. The food was nothing exceptional, except for the delicious dessert: a pear and chocolate puff pastry.

02/11/2025: Well...usually good but...last time they gave me unwhipped cream...it had run out and instead of telling me there wasn't any...they put it in at the moment and it wasn't cold so it wasn't whipped.

14/10/2025: This ice cream shop, besides being exceptionally high quality, has truly amazing staff. The owner is always smiling and incredibly kind!! Highly recommended when you're in San Giuliano Terme!
