02/05/2024: Very good place to eat in Pisa, cheap €10/person, you have to choose a starter, a second, water and bread, homemade food. It is a place with prepared food that you see and choose what you want. The truth is that we ate very well and €40 for the 4 of us. It has a terrace outside with tables where you can eat.

18/08/2024: We ate at this pizzeria in Pisa. Given the rather positive comments, we first had a good feeling about it. Once we got there, there was no AC, only mosquitoes. I've never had so many bites, not even as many as in South-East Asia... The pizzas were not good. The wait was long (30 minutes even though we were the only clients) and the staff unpleasant. I would recommend going to another pizzeria downtown and avoid throwing money away.

21/08/2024: fabulous value for money.. I don't understand why the place isn't always full.. of course they could improve the interior by beautifying it but anyway the pizza is good and the prices are low compared to many other places outside the historic centre.. I recommend it

31/08/2024: We stayed here in a "superior" room for 5 nights in August 2024. Location very good (each about 1 hour to Florence, Pisa or Siena), Volterra and San Gimigliano very close by. Good restaurant, breakfast unfortunately mediocre (e.g. only one, pre-cut sort of bread...). The house wine is served in front of the guest from plastic boxes. Pool nice, but clean is different. Too few loungers for all guests. But the worst was our superior room. Fantastically photographed on Booking, but in reality small, dirty, upholstery stank, hardly any light, small wardrobe, bathroom borderline ok. Don‘t want to bokk a standard room! Not to recommend, look for an alternative in this sight and spend 10.- more per night!

29/08/2024: It's bad to want to spend a few days to rest and find yourself faced with all this. A place that has so much potential but totally lacks maintenance. They describe the structure on the website as enchanting but the reality upon arrival is quite different. The scenario changes completely in person but the most unacceptable thing is the sheets that should be thrown away and bought new ones and again the beds? Is it possible to sleep on a wooden table on which mattresses with burst springs rest? Moral: we had to leave after 2 days and with all our best intentions including lower back and neck pain and sleepless nights we didn't make it. The much vaunted swimming pool is totally left to neglect. A ruined holiday!!! The kindness of the staff remains to their advantage, the only service they are aware of giving to the many limitations that the structure presents, they too are resigned to a reality that they cannot change. Finally, despite the awareness, not even being offered a discount. Entrepreneurship doesn't really belong here. I think that going forward if management doesn't change it will end up closing and deteriorating. Overall, I do not recommend this place except for an evening dinner where you can eat well with a beautiful view.

20/08/2024: I have been a customer of Pizza Magica for some time, and quality and goodness, combined with a wide choice, have always been at the top. Then there's her, Alessia, the owner, an exceptional girl who combines professionalism and courtesy impeccably. It's not easy to find guys like that, dad Gianluca will certainly be proud.

15/07/2024: Pizza can be eaten, let's say, but there are much more valid alternatives just a few steps away from this exercise. The place needs modernization and the staff a little more lust for life. The property is on the roadside with no parking. The interior hosts a small number of seats but the room is very dark in my opinion.
