Ambra Nera In Santa maria a monte

We went for dinner a couple of weeks ago. The evening went well. The place was very welcoming, the service was prompt and courteous, and the food was good. The only thing that made us turn up our noses was the rather low temperature in the rooms, which isn't particularly welcome in winter. Even when we entered the restaurant, instead of being greeted by a comfortable wave of heat, we didn't notice much difference from the temperature outside. I would recommend turning up the heating.

The food is good, the drinks are good, the staff are good, and it's a beautiful place in a very quaint village. What else?

A quaint, family-friendly atmosphere where you can enjoy a relaxed conversation. The menu is refined, with quality wines and gourmet chocolate paired with excellent rum! I highly recommend it for a delicious dinner with friends.

I was absolutely thrilled with my visit. The food was outstanding – fresh, delicious, and prepared with love. The menu was pleasantly simple, so you don't get lost in endless options, but can focus on quality. I would especially like to highlight the service: very friendly, attentive, and always there when you needed anything. You felt completely comfortable and welcome. The ambiance was simply sensational! The atmosphere invites you to linger and makes a visit to the restaurant a real experience. I had two starters. The three-tomato packets with stracchino cheese and the cannelloni. I have to say they were good. What I was a bit disappointed with was the dessert. The millefeuille with cream and berries. I found it to be a little un-artisanal, as if it had been put together using industrial ingredients.
