Restaurant in the historic center of a small Tuscan village managed with passion and dedication by the owners who have created a particularly elegant intimate environment with a touch of polite vintage. The constantly renewed menu based on raw materials of absolute quality and refinement with revisited traditional Tuscan dishes proposed and elaborated by a promising young chef satisfies the most demanding palates. Wine list worthy of the dishes offered. Absolutely excellent value for money. Also worth trying in summer with the possibility of eating outdoors.

Santa Maria a Monte in the center. Small place located inside an ancient building. Developed on several levels, stone stairs, beams, floors and period decorations, a dive into the past. Furnishings perhaps a little abundant but which still reflects the identity of the owner and with a common and never banal thread. The same modus is found in what comes out of the kitchen. Few dishes on the menu, respected Tuscan nature, certainly excellent quality products, good wine and spirits cellar. Price appropriate to what is proposed. In my opinion, it is more suitable for relaxing evenings with a limited number of people at the table, no double shifts, you can perceive the calm from start to finish. Definitely coming back. Well done.

Excellent location, it feels like staying in someone's home. Full of curious objects that create a familiar environment. Interesting menu, all good, except the porcini lasagna which however didn't taste like porcini mushrooms. We will definitely return hoping to find real porcini mushrooms.

Un piccolo scrigno di gioia, raffinatezza, eleganza, familiarità…. Dalla cucina escono deliziosi piatti … ben presentati e squisiti …musica di sottofondo accompagna le chiacchiere e il tempo scorre …. Sicuramente ritorneremo … Grazie

Sicuramente l'ambiente di questo rende questa esperienza molto particolare, ogni parete c'è un mondo da vedere il design prende forma in ogni sua forma. Il servizio è stato buono e il cibo non mi ha lasciato particolarmente colpito. Forse un po' eccessivo il ricarico sul vino.

Un percorso gastronomico di grande rilievo, complimenti alla ricercatezza e alla cura dei piatti. Ottimo il servizio. Discrezione e gentilezza al top! Complimenti!!!!

Piatti sempre curatissimi, ottimi abbinamenti con i vini. Servizio curato ma familiare. Atmosfera soft. Molto godibile d'estate il piccolo spazio all'aperto. Un po' meno l'interno, abbastanza piccolo ed affollato di oggetti vari. Indispensabile la prenotazione, almeno sul fine settimana. Prezzi elevati. Parcheggio... facciamo una bella camminata per stimolare l'appetito ed un'altra per digerire.
