22/02/2025: In my opinion, this is the best restaurant in Pisa. Excellent and refined cuisine, well-stocked wine list and friendly and courteous staff I highly recommend a visit. It's not cheap but it's worth it

02/05/2025: My pizza capricciosa was one of the best I've had, plenty of 'fillings' and tasty too. The staff couldn't have been more pleasant or attentive. I would definitely come back.

26/05/2025: We've been coming here for years, our favorite seafood restaurant! I've never eaten mussels because I don't like them, but the way they cook them here is something else! Out of this world! You can't take them out of your mouth. The first courses are excellent, the fried food is spectacular and the French fries are a delight! We're always happy to come and eat here, we come from Montecatini on purpose

04/05/2025: When I go, apart from the good food, I feel at home, simple but sincere cuisine in a familiar but discreet environment. What can I say when I feel like fresh fish I always find it there. The owners are fantastic people, I will be back soon.

02/04/2025: Ambiente incredibilmente interessante per la ricchezza di oggetti e di dettagli che meritano una meditata osservazione. L’impressione è che nulla si trovi casualmente nella sua posizione ed ogni cosa meriti un lettura attenta. Il risultato è un’atmosfera particolare, confortevole ed al tempo stesso, appunto, interessante. Il menù prevedeva numerose pietanze stuzzicanti. Personalmente ho gustato i cannelloni con i carciofi e la quaglia con patata. Due piatti ben fatti, completi ed estremamente buoni. Il piatto di cacao finale con Rum è stato incredibile con una segnalazione speciale per cacao 100%: eccezionale. Impossibile non segnalare tre dettagli importanti: servizio molto attento e veloce con stuzzichino e prima portata messi in tavola in tempi rapidissimi; pane favoloso; carta dei vini molto ampia con la possibilità di bere moltissimi vini internazionali. Bravi. Torneremo. Non ultimo, perché importantissimo, in tanti particolari si percepisce una grande passione e questo esalta la percezione di qualità complessiva del servizio.

16/05/2025: Clean place and friendly staff. I took a kebab sandwich with chips and a drink, the meat was very good and plentiful, as were the rest of the condiments. The wait was almost non-existent, recommended!

I come here very often, the staff is very kind, the food is spectacular, there is very little waiting time, the environment is welcoming and the prices are very honest. Lately they have done a beautiful restyling of the place, really beautiful. I recommend this restaurant to everyone.

22/04/2025: We booked last minute... they found us a table even though the room was full, being a Saturday evening. Congratulations for the pizza... good and plentiful. The special pizzas are definitely spot on, great for not always getting the same classic pizzas. At the end of the evening the owner entertained us with a mini magic show... very good!!! 25/05/2025: Pastry bar with a dark assortment of sweets ... Prices are normal ... Excellent coffee ... Personally I tried a mini rum baba and it was delicious ... Major credit cards accepted ... Overall Excellent!

11/05/2025: best coffe, pastries, cakes and savory staff in the area. All is mejestically prepared from the shop with top fresh ingredients. the staff is super kind, smiling and happy to serve you. It is one of my favorite stop.

02/06/2025: Starting from the assumption that the management of this place has changed a few months ago, instead of making the usual subjective review that can then be a waste of time, I would like to try to make a constructive criticism dictated by my professional backround and therefore not an end in itself: 1 - the nice location has great potential but there is still a lot to do especially in the external part. 2 - The brand "Il Cacciatore di Sapori" questionable from a corporate brand profile, but which could be fitting if applied to real culinary research in proposing unconventional dishes, otherwise there is the risk of creating misleading expectations for customers. 3 - The prices applied must be proportional to the quality of the raw materials offered and how they are cooked (eg fried fish at € 18.00). When you order a fried food at this price, it should be at least decent and not soaked in oil and without salt (as happened to me) ... These mistakes should never happen ... In favor of this thing, however, I must say that in any case of two terrible fried foods, one was taken off my bill. 4 - the service was good but not in line with the positioning to which the restaurant wants to aspire (e.g. when you bring wine to the table, before placing the bottle on the table, it is good practice to have it tasted first, which did not happen to me) ... Having said that, I hope for the owners that this review of mine serves above all as an incentive to progress and do better in the future ... The road to success is always uphill and full of obstacles and depends only on the decisions you will make along the way ... In any case, good luck with everything.

28/05/2025: Delicious, inexpensive restaurant! We ate here twice and were very satisfied! The portions were perfectly adequate (I'm a glutton) and beautifully presented. The dishes tasted great! Lovely ambiance and excellent service. The only thing I personally didn't like was the accompanying bread, as it had a very bland, unflavored taste, and no olive oil or salt/pepper was provided (maybe I should have just asked). All in all, it's worth a visit, especially for the good price!
