07/02/2025: I was a bit skeptical because of the reviews, then I saw that management had changed a few months ago and I actually found myself very well and the food was of excellent quality. Well done!!

05/03/2025: Very good focaccia and nice place welcoming, the only flaw is that the counter attendant rushes you for no reason, resulting in it being inadequate, with the feeling that there was no other customer to serve while waiting inside the restaurant, the counter attendant in a peremptory tone invited us with little courtesy to communicate if we wanted to order more in order to be able to serve "the other customers", too bad there weren't any.

12/02/2025: Il locale è da 6. Troppo stretto, poca privacy nel fare colazione. Le paste sono buone, la maggior parte della piccola pasticceria non mi piace. I salati che fanno li vedrei meglio in una bottega di alimentari che rifornisce le scuole, piuttosto che in un bar in centro. Il difetto più grande del locale è la totale assenza di prezzi esposti (non c'è traccia di prezzo né per le paste, né per i salati, né per il pane, né per la piccola pasticceria né per i dolci: chi assicura il cliente che il prezzo fattogli pagare è quello di listino e non un prezzo diverso, più alto e a suo danno?). Aggiungo che metà del personale si diverte a far aspettare il cliente. (Recensione riferita al locale situato presso i Bastioni, nel centro di Arezzo). Per quanto sopra: fra il 5 1/2 e il 6.

01/12/2024: First time at this business. Nice and spacious environment. Courteous and prompt staff. Ample parking. Unfortunately the rating is lowered by the final cooking of the pizza (double dough, well seasoned) which is burnt (below) for about a quarter. Fried good and dry. I reserve the right to change the evaluation, perhaps taking the products on a quieter evening. Positive experience.

27/01/2025: A terrible experience. The food is inedible, dishes arrive all together. I'm sorry we didn't eat and money was wasted. Service 0, no smile, you can see that kindness and forced as if they are doing me a favor. Seeing that we almost didn't eat, they didn't even offer a discount! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

05/01/2025: I've been coming to this place for years and everything is excellent with praise for the Peking duck (which must be booked a day in advance).

02/03/2025: Vasta scelta anche per chi è intollerante al glutine. Atmosfera tranquilla e rustica. Servizio ottimo e cibo di qualità. Prezzi nella norma. Siamo tornati già 3 volte !!

25/02/2025: It's one of my favorite places to have breakfast. there is always a nice choice of sweet and savory, many types of coffee for different tastes. environment is very comfortable, staff is friendly, fast and helpful. coffee is delicious, meals are delicious. Thanks for your work!

16/02/2025: Ambiente luminoso, abbastanza privacy nei tavoli (per quelli più alti un po' meno). presenza di numerosi giornali a disposizione dei clienti (quotidianamente). I salati non sono un gran che. Ho trovato ripetutamente paste che non sono di pasticceria. Cappuccino e caffé buoni. In passato ho trovato un paio di dipendenti scortesi. I cappuccini aromatizzati non sono buoni. Frequente presenza di mendicanti all'interno del locale (a cui il personale non dice niente, e per questo continuano a dare fastidio ai clienti). Voto: 6.

21/12/2024: Negative experience in every respect. The room was very cold, given that the veranda wall was replaced by a curtain, which was completely inadequate considering that the temperature was below 0°. We waited two hours to receive a (mediocre) pizza. Furthermore, the staff was rude and the service extremely inefficient.

03/12/2024: MYSTIC EXPERIENCE it's called "Bell's Pub" but it should be called "Ubaldo's living room". If you decide to enter, you decide to go and visit Ubaldo, the manager, in his living room, aware that you will certainly be the object of ridicule and that you will hardly be able to have private conversations (unless you explicitly ask for privacy). The bathroom is dark and the switch is dark, so go there with your cell phone flashlight. The customer is only right after he has paid, or maybe not. There isn't a menu and don't ask because Ubaldo will get pissed off. Refrain from touchy, narrow-minded and faint-hearted people. Recommended for those who have lost the meaning of life, because they could really find it there.
