29/06/2025: We had lunch during a visit to Sansepolcro. Looking for a restaurant that served gluten-free and lactose-free dishes because my daughter is following a particular diet. We were welcomed by Sara and Serena impeccably. We had two first courses and a tartare of Piedmontese scottona, all really delicious. Very characteristic and elegant place, we will definitely be back!

Chosen for a lunch on the way back from Umbria with friends, we were all pleasantly surprised! ...first of all our friend, who eats gluten-free and who has never seen such a choice of dishes and above all so good!
The staff and owner are exquisitely courteous and helpful.
Excellent service!
Too bad it's 350 km from home!
Recommended: absolutely yes

08/06/2025: Cortona is a charming town in Umbria on the border with Tuscany. It is located on a high mountain. The main street is charming and everything is open even on Sunday. The ice cream there is some of the best ice cream I have ever eaten.

22/05/2025: BEST gelato ive had in Italy! so authentic, the pistachio flavor was divine and the banana was certainly made with real banana (even had slices of banana in it). upfront and cheap prices, kind staff (they knew english which was helpful as a tourist), and all around great vibes. i will miss this place when i go home. yas

The pizzas, pasta, bruschetta, and sauteed vegetables—all of it was excellent! And the wine!
The five of us went without a reservation and were asked to wait a few minutes. Which was perfectly fine.
We then got a table.
A reservation would probably have been better here.
The staff is very friendly and attentive. The service is first-class.
The value for money is unbeatable.
Definitely recommended!

We booked this by chance on our trip from the south over to the west coast.

The atmosphere recalls the name of the place, precisely behind the scenes. Downstairs there is a real cellar to see and also drink a glass of wine

28/06/2025: We were on the highway, it was already 2 pm, I called and asked if they could still give us something to eat, a kind voice answered "of course" and from there it was a super positive experience. Specializing in fish, we tried their appetizers and a really super spaghetti allo scoglio. Excellent wine list, you can see that there is passion (I am a sommelier). Well done 👏 we will be back.
28/04/2025: Locale carino e curato. Abbiamo preso gamberi fritti e una calamarata. Ottimo il vino bianco piemontese al calice. Buono anche il dolce. Personale gentile e prezzi piuttosto corretti.

04/05/2025: sono ritornata dopo tanto tempo. Ritrovare la gentilezza e attenzione non è scontato. invece atena entrati e con tanta gente da servire il sorriso e il saluto come se fossi una cliente di tutte le domeniche. il gateau e lo zuccotto sono superlativi. …… ma anche bere un ottimo caffè.
