23/09/2025: They've gotten worse! It gets worse every year. I'm sorry, but the quality of the fish is getting worse! I've been coming to you for years...you need to think about the quality of the fish because you pay a lot for an all-you-can-eat! Update September 2025: Even worse than last year... This restaurant has lost its former reputation! It's become one of the worst sushi restaurants in the area. I feel sorry for them... They need to overhaul the entire place, equipment, and food (pessimism) if they want to stay in the market! I invite the staff to go eat sushi at Sushi-Si in Genoa, so they understand what it's all about!

16/01/2025: The pappardelle with duck ragù turned out to be nothing resembling a ragù; the meat was shredded, and there were bones in the sauce. I refrained from ordering anything else. Yes, I was wrong; they weren't pappardelle, but lean ravioli, also with duck ragù.

07/02/2025: Good morning, I wanted to respond to the previous comment from Mrs. Rexhina Leka to inform you of the fact that we only use vanilla pods from Madagascar, therefore it may happen that some pieces remain, but I certainly do not accept the fact that our hygiene is questioned, much less that you make wrong assumptions about our pastry shop. We are sorry for this inconvenience and I hope I have clarified all your doubts.

31/10/2025: The absolute disgustingness!!!! I can't say or add anything else, a real disgrace, staff incapable of dealing with customers, I witnessed an embarrassing situation, truck drivers treated like animals, humiliated when asked for information on how to activate discount cards and when asking for a pen, the so-called lady who was at the cash register behaved with a low profile and professionalism, ignoring and snubbing customers! You are a disgrace to the company and I hope a manager reads this and takes immediate action to reprimand the unsuitable staff and bring them back into line with their employees when dealing with customers.

08/10/2025: Cappuccino to take away €4 👎🏻 the shower is dirty, the door doesn't close from the inside, anyone can come in while you're showering.

18/10/2025: The worst experience of my life in a restaurant. We were a group of twenty, and after over an hour, some had finished eating and others still hadn't received anything. I complained to the pizza chef (who I later learned was also the owner of the restaurant) and he replied that he had done everything as ordered, going so far as to verbally and then physically threaten my cousin who had approached to help me. The pizza chef/owner was dragged away by the waiters and no one replaced him at the oven, leaving part of the group without dinner. They even had the nerve to charge us full price (a €10 discount!!) in cash because the register was closed, and absolutely without issuing a receipt. An absolute disgrace. The children in the group were terrified to see us attacked like this by someone and talked about the incident for weeks. We were unsure whether to call the police. Definitely avoid this place!!

21/09/2025: We've always been customers, but this year, with the change of management, we had a terrible experience at the restaurant. We ordered three pizzas and one first course; the spaghetti and one pizza arrived immediately, but the rest took over an hour, simply because we repeatedly asked the pizza chef and waiter. One pizza would come out at random, and they'd bring it to tables that arrived after us. Extremely disorganized, we won't be returning.

15/11/2025: I paid €4.50 for a coffee and the price displayed at the till magically changed. I won't be returning.

02/11/2025: Overpriced and overcharged for something different than what we ordered. Waiter was rude unfortunately :(

16/08/2025: While wandering around Tonfano, I decided to stop at this ice cream shop/bar. We sat down, and I have to say it was a very nice place, but the service and product quality weren't. For what you pay and what you get, it was well below average. I'll leave a photo of the half-empty Moscow Mule. I didn't point out the lack of quantity because the service was VERY slow. I don't recommend it for drinks. I can't comment on the ice cream.

26/06/2025: Bad experience unfortunately. They brought us a bottle of water all dirty with dirt. The ice cream was expensive and not particularly tasty. Nice atmosphere but with dirty chairs.

28/08/2025: Located in the basement of the station. I purchased a TooGoodToGo box and was extremely satisfied. Excellent quality food, both sweet and savory. Very friendly staff.

14/09/2025: The staff were friendly and the place was well-maintained, but the coffee wasn't impressive. The machine wasn't emptied, the beans were oily, and the espresso was strong and over-extracted, with a distinct bitterness. The group's spray nozzle didn't seem clean. It's a shame, because the machines are high-quality, but they lack training: the barista seems unprofessional. This review is based solely on the coffee, with nothing to say about the rest. I'm happy to update my review if the extraction is improved in the future.

30/10/2025: Searching for the refectory of Santa Apollonia, I entered this building where a conference was being held, the theme of which was, ironically, social housing. There was no one at the reception... Ironically, because I was able to take a look inside. The conference was held in the nave of the chapel, from which I could glimpse the frescoes of the altar niche, covered by enormous, clear plastic sheets, apparently related to the day's theme, with a focus more on sociopolitical management than academic research. The cloister is in a pitiful state, covered in graffiti, slogans, banners, and literally strewn with old furniture, garbage, and various abandoned objects—a typical squat environment. It appears to be a university space; it's unclear whether it's in use or not; certainly a poor example of social housing.

21/10/2025: During a trip to Florence, I ate lunch at this university cafeteria as an external guest. The food was plentiful and quite tasty; you could help yourself to a starter, main course, side dish, and fruit or yogurt, as well as unlimited drinks. The staff was friendly and helpful. The problem with this cafeteria is the state of the building it's housed in. Part of it has been occupied for years, the cloister is completely covered in graffiti and banners, there's trash everywhere, the stairs up and down to the cafeteria are dirty, and the stench is unbearable. Right next to the cafeteria door, a table was completely covered in empty beer bottles. In the central garden, there was even a rudimentary vegetable garden (actually, this was perhaps the only commendable aspect of all). I think someone should intervene to return this space to the student community, keeping it clean and free from the chaos it has fallen into. It made me very sad to see the condition of this place. Regardless of the motives of those who occupied it, it's an absurd situation.
