One of my favorite places to go for a snack when I'm in Massa.
A small pizzeria, mostly takeout, with a couple of tables outside. The pizza chef is incredibly friendly, and the ingredients are top-quality. Despite the season, the prices are always fair.
And those little pizzas are... delicious.

02/05/2026: We had an ice cream with a cone for 2.80, coffee and amaretto, you don't know what you ate, the taste is the same and it's sugar-free, and the sales assistant does what she can to help us after we're waiting for almost 10 minutes. I remember it was an excellent ice cream shop, but now it's definitely one to avoid.

Excellent pizzas, carefully prepared and full of flavor, but a special mention also goes to the typical Neapolitan coffee, served with its delicious creamy sugar: a real treat.
The staff is kind, welcoming, and always smiling, making the experience even more enjoyable. A place we'll definitely return to when we're in the area again!
26/04/2026: At Pizzeria Battil'Oro, high expectations, disappointing experience: over an hour's wait for pizzas and drinks served much sooner, resulting in watered-down cocktails.
The pizzas were extremely moist, to the point of being difficult to eat with your hands. The ingredients also didn't appear to be in line with the menu.
Overall, the organization and final result don't justify the restaurant's reputation. I wouldn't choose it again.
