Far from the usual dishes that are beautiful to look at but simple to eat: here, you'll leave satisfied, both in taste and in your stomach. The menu is meticulously crafted, and the spider crab menu is an experience not to be missed: refined, flavorful, and intelligently crafted, it leaves a lasting impression with its balance and intensity. But the true masterpiece is the amberjack with king trumpet mushrooms: a dish that surprisingly blends sea and land, perfectly cooked and with authentic flavors that blend seamlessly. The sea view is simply spectacular: an ideal setting for a special evening or even just a break from the daily grind. The service is impeccable: present, attentive, but never intrusive. If we really want to find a flaw, the wine list could offer a more mature selection of local labels: at the moment, they're all a bit too young to best accompany such a structured cuisine. In short: a restaurant that proves that gourmet doesn't have to mean small portions. Worth trying, savoring, and recommending.

13/07/2025: As a truck driver I needed a break and stayed here one night . Terrific Michael welcomed me and at a good price. I had to leave early 04.50 and thd kind gentleman on reception was wide awake and helpful. Good WiFi. I enjoyed my stay . Decent water pressure in clean shower .

14/07/2025: Beautiful restaurant nestled in the Maremma countryside. A refined location and a capable owner. The menu offers a few authentic dishes. I haven't tried the meat, but they tell me it's the specialty. I didn't like having to get up to smoke, since it's a completely open-air restaurant, so it makes no sense, and I didn't like the way I was told about it either. I advise the girls to smile a little more, because if you smile or wave, it won't reach your eyes... ehhh. Anyway, a great experience. Average value for money. For two, we spent €100, including a bottle of Morellino, two first courses, two second courses, and two desserts, coffees.

The atmosphere is unique; in the summer months, the tables are set out in the garden, with a series of lights illuminating the structure and a few statues. Nothing special, but it creates a nice atmosphere. The prices are a little high.

When I mentioned this, the response, even though they didn't even know me, was: Look, I don't want to take on other people's problems. I really don't care! Absurd. I go back often and willingly... too bad they eliminated the one with the edible gold from the menu because it was truly spectacular!
