Not recommended.
You can't serve a frozen dish.
I still had to order, but the dish was ready.

28/06/2025: Siamo andati a pranzo ed abbiamo ordinato tonnarelli alla carbonara e mia moglie il duetto. Premesso che con grande sorpresa ce li hanno dati quasi immediatamente, i tonnarelli erano crudi ed immangiabili tanto che dopo due assaggi li ho lasciati nel piatto, il duetto invece mia moglie lo ha quasi finito con molte critiche. Risultato, dopo poco entrambi col mal di pancia. Credetemi, Mai Più e lo dico con dispiacere tenuto conto che nello stesso ristorante di Roma la qualità era tutt’altra.

30/07/2025: Il personale è disponibile e molto cortese.Ottimi gli antipasti,i primi piatti ed anche i secondi.Altrettanto buona la pizza e anche i cocktail...consiglio vivamente lo spritz al limoncello.Prezzi giusti.Se vai a Favignana per forza devi andare al Nautilus.Complimenti ad Alessandro!!!
26/07/2025: Servizio pessimo! 4 thè freddi serviti a mano senza vassoio, "abbandonati" sul tavolo senza bicchieri e, quando li abbiamo chiesti, ci hanno portato quelli di plastica, per la modica cifra di 5 euro cad. uno. Assurdo! Cameriere molto cupo. Mai più!

02/09/2025: Visited a takeout pizzeria for dinner on Monday, September 1, 2025. Ordered four different pizzas: Margherita; Margherita with fries; Rossa; and arugula with prosciutto, shaved parmesan, and cherry tomatoes. Total price: €31. The pizzas are good, and, fresh from the oven, they're reminiscent of "contemporary Neapolitan pizzas." Honestly, if I'd tasted a lighter dough (as is typical in Naples), I would have given it an extra star.

We've been coming here with our family all our lives. Inside the cutlery, wrapped in a napkin with a bow, you'll find quotes from authors and more—beautiful.

11/10/2025: This is the first time I've encountered such terrible service in Italy. What was it? A meal—lunch—for 35 euros? Cold potatoes, burnt octopus tentacles? Tomatoes chopped in a bowl? Are you kidding, without salt, pepper, or oil? Which wasn't even on the table? Horrible!!! And the waiter calmly took our money!!! Seeing that we'd barely tried the food and were indignant!!
We should have left immediately as soon as we saw the waiter approaching us with an indifferent look.
It was terrible, disgusting!!! Our mood was ruined.
And we had something to compare it to; we'd received excellent food and service at another market the day before. But here there are crowds of people and such a... garbage dump. Don't waste your time or your mood on this place.
10/10/2025: You have to try really hard to cook and serve your customers so poorly. The waiter looked away from us when we ordered. A salad of bland, sliced tomatoes, three eggplant and cheese rolls, burnt baby squid tentacles with cold, day-old potatoes, two glasses of wine (not bad) – 35 euros. We managed to find not only the most expensive place in Palermo, where everything is half the price, but also the one with the worst service. There was no salt, pepper, or oil on the table. I went back twice to get the bill and leave quickly! Pay attention to the reviews. This place's 3.2 rating is several times too high. Avoid!!!

30/06/2025: Teníamos grandes expectativas para Prestipino, pero terminó siendo la experiencia más decepcionante de toda nuestra estancia en Catania. Dondequiera que fuimos, la gente era increíblemente amable y acogedor, pero aquí, era todo lo contrario.
Todos los camareros parecían molestos y eran antipáticos.
Es una pena, porque el lugar podría tener potencial, pero la actitud del personal arruinó completamente la experiencia. Definitivamente no recomendaría.

13/10/2025: I was genuinely shocked by the lack of basic compassion shown at this restaurant. As a 65-year-old woman, I asked to use the restroom in an emergency and was flatly denied, even after explaining there were no public toilets nearby. We even offered to pay, but were told we could only use the facilities if we sat down for a meal. Mind you, we've been there for drinks a few days ago..
How can anyone refuse such a simple, human request? It was not just disappointing — it was deeply inconsiderate. We’ve been holidaying in the area for several weeks and have met nothing but kindness and respect elsewhere. Sadly, this experience stood out for all the wrong reasons.
Reading other reviews, it seems we’re not alone in feeling this way. Truly disappointing behaviour and a place I would strongly recommend avoiding.
