01/03/2026: I spent Sunday lunch with my family and had an experience that exceeded my expectations. Fresh raw seafood and expertly cooked food. The service was excellent, and the restaurant manager was impeccable. A restaurant like no other. Highly recommended.

08/02/2026: None of us are exactly sure why we chose this restaurant, especially since many of us had planned on pizza, and the menu doesn't offer much. When we sat down, we noticed the prices were a bit more conservative than we'd expected. So, many of us changed our minds and ordered a lot of different things. Unfortunately, the service, while friendly, was incredibly slow. We arrived at 8:30 PM, asked to order around 8:45 PM, and finally ordered shortly after 9 PM. Unfortunately, the food didn't arrive until 10 PM, but I think there was some problem in the kitchen, because I could see everyone was very nervous, and these things happen. The worst part, however, is that we ordered appetizers and main courses, which should have arrived first, but instead, the cold appetizers arrived immediately, the hot ones after 45 minutes, the first and second courses arrived immediately after, and the pizzas a little later. So some people had eaten and finished everything, some had two dishes, and some still hadn't had anything. And in a respectable restaurant, at a large table, the cold appetizers should be parked and brought out with the hot ones, since they were per person, so everyone could eat together. And it's a real shame, because everything was delicious: the pasta was creamy, the fillet was delicious, the fried food was tasty and fresh. Everything was high-quality. In the end, around 11 pm, we still had two appetizers and a pizza to go, which we had to forgo. Then two extra fried foods appeared on the bill... In short, high-quality dishes, forgettable management, a real shame. We got desserts elsewhere; we didn't want to tempt our luck.

02/03/2026: We went for Sunday lunch. The meat selection was carefully selected, mostly local. The meat was very delicate, the fries were crispy, and the sliced ​​meat was excellent. The salad selection was also interesting. The service deserves a special mention: the girls were very kind and attentive. The atmosphere was perfect, very intimate in my opinion, but also perfectly suited to large groups. The wines were very select; ask for some off-menu options. The soufflé was excellent; if you order rum, you also get a piece of exceptional chocolate.

02/03/2026: I find the staff to be highly skilled, not only in their presentation and description of the dishes, but also in their interactions with both Italian and international customers. The quality of their products is excellent, and you can taste it. I especially love how they cook the gnomerelli and bombette...the fries? A real treat.

26/02/2026: Perfectly cooked pizza, generously topped. One of the pizzas I highly recommend is the courgette heart, whose sweetness, the pumpkin cream and stracciatella, contrasted with the saltiness of the speck and parmesan, makes the whole experience even more enjoyable.

15/01/2026: What an experience! This has been one of the best stays we've ever had, anywhere. Starting with the location, the setting and the people. There aren't enough words to describe the kind of service we received from Francesco, the front office manager and Giovanna, who greeted us every morning with a table set for kings. It is a stay we will never forget and hope to repeat.

30/12/2025: Birthday party, aperitif with a variety of hot and delicious fried foods. Appetizers include a variety of cured meats and dairy products. First course prepared in-house: orecchiette and turnips with optional stracciatella, crumbled tarallo, and crispy speck. Good service.

Prices are still very high, but they don't justify the pizzas' quality! The table service is mediocre. I'm very disappointed, but I'm finding greater attention to detail, professionalism, and passion in the restaurants in the Bari province!

24/01/2026: The piadinas and crepes are absolutely delicious and made with top-quality ingredients. The option to request lactose-free dough for the piadinas is a huge plus. Excellent service (very fast order preparation) and prices. Rating: 10/10.

The tagliata steak was also excellent. The service was attentive and professional. The girls were very kind.

09/08/2025: Fantastic Restaurant. I recommend not getting the sandwiches even though they are delivious. But they are also quite filling. I would recommend to try out many of the smaller dishes. The fish had a great taste and consistency. The host was really friendly and the whole vibe of the restaurant was great. For the great quality prices are actually really affordable.

13/01/2026: The restaurant is nestled in some truly beautiful grottos. Delicious dishes, always helpful staff. Prices are reasonable. Among other dishes, we ordered a delicious first course: cavatellini with yellow cherry tomato sauce, pezzente sausage (typical sausage), and cardoncelli mushrooms. Excellent.

13/01/2026: I'd been wanting to dine at this restaurant for a while, and finally, in early January, I did. The location is simply fantastic; dining 18 meters underground is truly unique. Despite the excellent quality of the ingredients and the simply prepared dishes that make you savor every single ingredient with every bite, I was quite disappointed. From a location like this, you expect more. Unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired; the staff isn't very well trained; they lack the basics. They can't bring out the main appetizers and forget about individual dishes; they can't wait for water after having already requested it several times; and they can't give you a menu from which you can't order almost anything because it's winter and that's a summer menu. These are just some of the issues we encountered. All in all, among the staff, we found a young man who tried to resolve the various issues. Expectations were very high. I'm sorry to write this review, but I hope it helps us improve. I think with a few extra tricks, you can truly become the best. Ahhhhh, I forgot about the Milanese placemats, NOOOOOO.

The value for money is exceptional; if you're in this part of town, I highly recommend it. And finally... the best part... everyone who served us was incredibly friendly, with a smile the whole time. It's a real pleasure to have dinner like this.
