10/04/2026: We had a really good time. We started with an excellent pizza and then tried a truly unique tagliata, unusual and delicious.
The real added value was the owner: William, extremely kind, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about his work.
He carefully explained each dish to us and recommended pizzas and an off-menu tagliata, perfectly matching our tastes.
You can feel the attention to detail and the quality of the dishes. A very positive experience, we'll definitely be back.”
16/02/2026: Fantastic experience. We ate excellently. Recommended by the owner, we ordered orecchiette with turnip greens and spaghetti with olives, capers, and cherry tomatoes. Truly spectacular. The tagliata steak was also excellent. The service was attentive and professional. The girls were very kind.

06/04/2026: Nice place, quite spacious and heated if it's cold. The pizzas are excellent, and the cannoli are absolutely delicious. (I didn't have time to take photos, they sold out quickly!) The staff are very friendly and professional.

The service was incredibly pleasant and accommodating: they welcomed us at 10:30 pm for a table of 10. The waiter was lovely. The pizzas were excellent (tartufata +++) and served quickly. Thank you for the quality of the food and service!! Go without hesitation!!

07/02/2026: Panificio Dolce e Pane is a guarantee for any type of event. The focaccia is their signature dish. But there's plenty to choose from for the rest. Ordering their cakes is a pleasure, both for their look and their flavor. Paolo, the owner, is always kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

26/02/2026: Perfectly cooked pizza, generously topped. One of the pizzas I highly recommend is the courgette heart, whose sweetness, the pumpkin cream and stracciatella, contrasted with the saltiness of the speck and parmesan, makes the whole experience even more enjoyable.

The food is not at all in line with the prices charged; disappointing cuisine, avoid it!! We left without ordering dessert, tired of the wait!!

11/02/2026: I've been going to this place for several years, and the food is always excellent and the menus varied. I'd only improve the acoustics, which aren't always conducive to conversation. Regardless, I love it and highly recommend it for a pleasant evening with friends. Wonderful Officina!!!

The restaurant has a picturesque atmosphere, it is not extraordinarily large but it is above average for the others in the city. Although the menu is not the largest, you have plenty to choose from and the food is very good, with quality ingredients and carefully prepared. The staff was kind and attentive and the prices affordable. It is worth crossing their threshold if you have the chance
29/04/2026: Tried it twice, for lunch and dinner. An excellent fish restaurant that transported us back to Monopoli on our departure day, ensuring we left with a wonderful memory of Puglia. The food is refined, expertly prepared, and creative, and the servers are kind and attentive. The prices are very reasonable for this quality. Highly recommended.
