Love and professionalism blend with the refinement of expertly selected ingredients. If you want to spend a pleasant and refined evening at Ginger, you have to go.
26/02/2026: One of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Excellent quality ingredients, truly delicious dishes, and the owners are courteous and friendly. It's a shame I didn't discover this place sooner. I like it.

03/04/2026: This restaurant is located near the historic center of Laterza.
A very charming location and fast service.
We started with delicious Ascolana olives, then moved on to the equally delicious pasta all'arrabbiata, a delicious rare steak, and an Antony pizza, a perfect combination of many ingredients that make this pizza the jewel in the crown of this restaurant.
Prices are reasonable.
Highly recommended.
06/03/2026: A friend brought me there, and I can tell you I was very satisfied. Excellent pizza, and the renowned penne alla vodka are excellent. I'll be back.

10/02/2026: One of Taranto's historic bars. Tastefully decorated. It's a place where joy isn't just the owner's surname, but the atmosphere that envelops you as soon as you enter. Fine-quality pastries and cakes. Truly excellent buffet service and quick meals. A private room is available for small events (birthdays and children's parties). The coffee is truly exquisite.

12/03/2026: Kindness and courtesy. A variety of hot and cold appetizers. The "cacio è pepe" could be improved. The meat is tender. The price is good.
We'll definitely see you again: we're practically always in the area.
I forgot: they even told us to call a day in advance to order whatever we wanted. What more could you want from life?

09/02/2026: Excellent quality ratio on the product served, helpful and kind waiters.... the negative thing is that the prices on the list do not match then reported on the bill (on the bill you will find prices increased by € 1-2) pointed out at the time of payment and justified with absurd excuses..... never again

11/03/2026: I attended the Ambassador Hall at Villa Althea Ricevimenti, and unfortunately, the experience was truly awful. The location, which should be the highlight, seemed anything but elegant: poorly maintained spaces and a style that didn't convey the idea of a classy reception at all.
The organization also leaves much to be desired: confusing service, little attention to detail, and overall management that doesn't seem up to par for a reception hall.
Honestly, I expected much more, and it's not a place I'd recommend to anyone looking for a truly elegant or refined venue.

15/03/2026: I went to La Veronique and it was a truly five-star experience.
I had spaghetti all'assassina, which was simply amazing, one of the best dishes I've ever tried. The place is clean and well-kept, and the atmosphere is very pleasant.
A great strength is the staff: friendly, smiling, and even fun waiters, which makes dinner even more enjoyable.
A special thanks to Angelo, super professional and attentive.
If you're passing by, I absolutely recommend this place. I'll definitely be back!

15/03/2026: No! Aside from the pizza, which on a scale of 1 to 5 is a 2 in my opinion, can we talk about the waiters? They don't give you time to look at the menu; they're not very friendly, and they're not very willing to give you any information about the pizzas, instead telling you, "Madam, everything you need to know about the ingredients is written on the menu." I can't say I'll be back, especially since what I ate wasn't a pizza, but a cardboard-wrapped piadina, which also got soft with the mozzarella water.

16/02/2026: Fantastic experience. We ate excellently. Recommended by the owner, we ordered orecchiette with turnip greens and spaghetti with olives, capers, and cherry tomatoes. Truly spectacular. The tagliata steak was also excellent. The service was attentive and professional. The girls were very kind.

18/02/2026: A pleasant discovery in the Galatone countryside: a farmhouse immersed in nature and silence, tucked away and fortunately far from the Salento nightlife. The culinary offerings are excellent, ranging from typical dishes to simple, traditional fare. Nothing particularly elaborate, but everything is good and substantial. The bill is reasonable (€30/person). The service is a delight 😉. Would I return? Yes.
