The outdoor seating and decor certainly don't betray impeccable taste, but the dishes we had for our quick late-April lunch were completely satisfying: excellent buffalo ricotta ravioli, delicious porcini mushroom trofie, and flavorful grilled sausage. Convenient parking, very fair prices. In short, well done.

07/04/2026: A super traditional place, with that authentic, historic atmosphere that you feel as soon as you enter.
Wide variety of panzerotti: from the classic to more unusual versions like meat, cacio e pepe, and turnips.
We had a panzerotto with meat and two traditional focaccias from Bari: everything was delicious.
Incredible prices: we only spent €7 total and had a wonderful meal.
The gentleman who served us was very kind, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Plus, there's also a fridge with beers and cold water.
Highly recommended!
30/03/2026: If you don't want to wait in endless lines at more popular places, just a short walk from Bari Vecchia you can eat a fantastic focaccia barese. The owner is truly knowledgeable and kind.

17/05/2026: Tourist trap, charged 21.50€ for 2 Spritz and some olives. Charged extra for the olives, asked for casz payment and did not provide a receipt.

23/03/2026: Beautiful location, with three stunning Trulli inside where you can enjoy truly characteristic lunch or dinner. Good, high-quality, well-cooked produce. There's plenty of parking inside. The place is also very relaxing because it's surrounded by greenery.
22/03/2026: The place is nice and quiet unless you happen to be next to a family with 2-3 children.
The meat is really good, the refrigerated counter is well-stocked. Excellent cooking. The gnummarieddri are small and delicious. The house wine is less so.
Fair bill and fast service.
The charcuterie platter is good.

17/02/2026: A restaurant nestled in the rock, on the top of a hill adorned with the ruins of a tower. At a table near the fireplace, the very kind chef serves me delicious dishes. A real treat after a day at work.
