10/04/2026: Today, for a quick lunch, I decided to try Rosticceria Fantasia in Putignano. It was my first time there, and I was pleasantly surprised: the atmosphere is welcoming, the staff friendly and professional, and the service is exceptionally fast. ​Every day, a menu is displayed on a blackboard, but customers can also choose from the many tempting dishes displayed at the counter. A huge plus is the open kitchen, which allows you to observe the preparation of the dishes in complete transparency. ​The quality of the food is excellent, with a focus on Apulian tradition, and the prices are still very reasonable. A place I highly recommend visiting if you're in the area! On my personal scale, I give it 4 stars instead of 5 only because it's not a classic restaurant, but the experience was impeccable. I apologize! 👍😜

04/04/2026: Typical HOME rotisserie... what you eat is as if your grandmother had cooked it. All good and varied, excellent for takeaway, for those who don't want to dirty their home kitchen... the meatballs, the fried meat and the parmigiana are delicious and everything is good.

07/05/2026: The restaurant immediately strikes you with its excellent layout: an industrial style with meticulous attention to detail, spacious spaces, and impeccable cleanliness. Although the lighting is a bit overpowering, the overall atmosphere remains pleasant. ​The Pizzas: A decidedly positive note. The dough is well-crafted, light, and much appreciated. ​The Appetizers: Here's where the sour notes begin. Despite an inviting presentation, the quality of the ingredients is penalized by obvious technical errors. The meatballs were disappointing (too much bread and a bland flavor), as were the gratinated mussels and the rest of the menu, which lacked bite on the palate. ​Regarding Service and Management, the restaurant's weak point is unfortunately the service. The staff lacks the necessary professionalism and attention to detail that such a beautiful setting would require. In contrast, a special mention goes to the owner, who stood out for her courtesy and great availability. ​The restaurant has enormous potential, but needs a change of pace. A more attentive staff management and a different "hand" in the kitchen, capable of enhancing the dishes with a few simple technical adjustments, would be enough to make the experience truly satisfying. Excellent for the pizza, but questionable for the rest.

12/11/2025: A beautiful spot to spend the night with your campervan. A lovely walk through the fruit trees to the well-maintained, clean restrooms. We had visited Lecce the day before.

08/04/2026: NOT recommended! The staff certainly have good taste, but this is where they completely miss the mark. The children's burger was frozen and smelled like vomit. It consisted solely of a bread roll and what was supposed to be a burger patty. The sandwiches, unlike the staff, were completely tasteless. They advertise draft beer and other things, but none of it was available. And to top it all off, you're presented with an exorbitant bill that is utterly unjustifiable.

11/05/2026: Wonderful place!!! Its terraces all overlook the Gravina, leaving everyone breathless! If we add to this the quality and deliciousness of the food, and the kindness and professionalism of those who work there and manage the establishment, then yes, everything is perfect ☺️

06/04/2026: Yesterday we celebrated my nephew's baptism. The staff was very kind and helpful, and made us feel right at home. The food was excellent, and we never lacked for anything. Beautiful location.

13/06/2026: Excellent experience. Carefully prepared and refined dishes, including catch of the day... a lovely, quiet and relaxing atmosphere... few tables, so best to book. We went in early June and it was already full. Pleasant service and interaction with the very kind owners...The taxi service they offer is essential, but not a given, for those like us coming from San Domino. FOR THOSE COMING TO THE TREMITI ISLANDS, I'D SAY IT'S A MUST. Thanks guys

09/06/2026: An hour and a half for a sliced ​​steak, literally overcooked when I had asked for it medium rare and served cold. As a starter we asked for a platter of cured meats (which there wasn't), so we opted for a plate of potatoes which were also cold and tasteless. We tried to speak to a waiter but they always disappeared, while we waited they brought us bread only when we asked for it.
