Wow! If only vegan food were always this good! There is a great choice of Italian and other cuisines - anything from a simple sandwich or a local salad to oriental noodles. The local beers and wines are great and there is also a choice of fresh juices and smoothies. Vegan deserts can often be a let down, but not at Micro. There were two types of cake, so we had one of each so we could share. Both were delicious. The staff could not have been more helpful and the surroundings are very scenic.

Small place, relaxed atmosphere and music. Friendly service and very tasty fresh smoothie (fig, banana, peach with almond milk) and excellent cappu with tasty vegan apple pie. Recommended if you like relaxed, vegan and delicious.

Kind staff, intimate and characteristic place, "micro" but delicious and well-prepared dishes. A cocktail we tried was also good. A place to stop, even just for an aperitif or to savor vegan variations of sushi, cheeses and burritos.

This is one of the only 5 fully vegan restaurant in puglia and one of my favourite. It is cooked on the spot and you can choose from couscous, sushi, frisella, burgers with various options, mozzarella salad, avocado toast, soya noodle etc etc. All so tasty and quiet healthy. I had their homemade ice tea and really liked it. They gave some desserts too but I didn't get the chance to try yet.Only outside seating in the summer but owner told us that they move to another location during winter. We came back 2 times and will come back for certain again whenever in puglia.

Restaurante perfecto para celiacos, las peronas que trabajan aqui no solo son super atentas sus platos sin gluten-vegano💚 tambien trasmiten tranquilidad y relax siempre sonrientes 🥰 es un ambiente muy bonito se come muy rico y sano, Cisternino y micro en el ❤️
