Cinque Quarte In Andria

We went yesterday for Easter and 81st birthday. Very welcoming place and attentive owner to ensure that the service was perfect. Typical Apulian cuisine of excellent quality and the opportunity to taste excellent home-produced oil of various flavors combined with the dishes. Excellent quality/price ratio. Compliments to the chef. I highly recommend it.

Place with two small rooms, one of which is in the tavern but very pleasant. The owner is a wonderful and very sociable person who recommended a menu dedicated to the Andria area. The chef prepared a whole series of dishes with typical local products with the gem of 6 types of oil (lemon, orange, thyme, spicy, garlic and the "new") which, when placed on toasted homemade bread, enhanced the flavours. The quantities and quality are what you expect when you come to eat in a restaurant with the usual Southern welcome. The price is absolutely reasonable. For me.... highly recommended.

Good little family meals cooked with good, tasty products. Everything was good even the dessert. A nice choice of flavored oils (garlic, thyme, orange, lemon, chili). Efficient waitress. The only problem: the tables are crowded and some people don't speak but scream as soon as they arrive. More difficult to relax and enjoy your meal.

Locale molto carino, caldo e accogliente. Mi piace l'idea della ristorazione intesa come esperienza dedicata alla tradizione culinaria pugliese. Il titolare è molto cortese e prodigo di consigli. Il baccalà era una delizia. Da ritornarci per assaggiare altre prelibatezze.

Dall'arrivo in questo locale si evince la bontà dei prodotti offerti, rigorosamente a km 0. L'assaggio di peculiari varietà di olio (timo, limone, peperoncino) su pane fragrante è il primo step, al quale sono seguiti: una strepitosa parmigiana rivisitata come antipasto. Un assaggio di mare e terra coi primi: Cavatelli con mazzancolle, Tagliolini con funghi cardoncelli e canestrato di Corato. Infine da segnalare la gustosa e tenera carne dei secondi: Stiscette di Manzo allo Chardonnay; Tagliata di Manzo al Nero di Troia. Non potevano mancare come contorno le loro verdure km0: zucchine,melanzane,patate e crema di cime di rapa.  Prezzi e servizio commisurati alla qualità offerta.
