A wonderful discovery...in the historic center... Starting with the pizza, with its very light dough and quality ingredients...delicious...to the first courses made in a truly traditional way...all the way to the delicious tiramisu...compliments...peaceful atmosphere and excellent service. Highly recommended!!!

The meat was good, the broad beans and chicory were spectacular...the tiramisu was superb! Kudos to the waiters...especially Leonardo, who was kind and attentive to service from the moment we arrived until the end of the meal. We'll be back.

28/07/2026: For Italy, this place is ok, average really. Simply good food, not amazing.
20/07/2026: For a weekend in Manduria I went to Osteria dei Mercanti in Manduria, the food was exquisite, the mussels were spectacular, but I have never eaten the first course, a risotto with courgettes and prawns, made with fresh products and cooked perfectly, really good, compliments to the chef, also the price was fair and cheap for how you eat, chapeau, go if you are in Manduria
