The restaurant is very characteristic and full of medieval objects, which reflect the history of the place, a family-run restaurant that has been open since the 1980s, specializing in Piedmontese cuisine. But what struck me most was the friendliness and authenticity of Giancarla and her husband, two truly wonderful people. One of the guests was vegan, and they went out of their way to create a complete menu specifically for her. As if that weren't enough, they offered us bugie and wine. I wish there were more genuine people like them. The food is exquisite, the pasta is handmade, the meat is high-quality, and most of the dishes are homemade. 01/02/2026: Excellent food, friendly staff. Giancarla and her husband are very kind and attentive. They prepared a special menu for a vegan, including desserts. The hand-sliced ​​Fassona steak is the best I've ever had, excellent, as is the fillet with green peppercorns. I absolutely recommend it and we'll definitely be back.

There's a lovely, relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, an excellent wine selection, and good food at truly competitive prices. The atmosphere is lovely in the summer, with tables outside on the street (closed to traffic) and jazz concerts.

14/12/2025: I went for the first time last night and had the Sicily pizza, the new dish of the day. Very good and with a wonderful topping! Potato croquettes, salted ricotta, fried eggplant... It was a real treat in every way. Afterwards, I had a lemon sorbet, which was also good. The only downside is that they've packed tables down to the last available square inch. I found myself in a tight spot with another table, where customers and waiters had to pass one another to get to the upper level. I was constantly being brushed against. It's not pleasant. What if a waiter had bumped into me harder and something had fallen on me? It's okay to think about your wallet, but you also have to think about the customer's comfort.

The Piedmontese dishes were delicious, with traditional flavors but prepared with a touch of creativity, making the food truly unique. Excellent white and red wines. The atmosphere is very pleasant; the entrance overlooks a small courtyard with an old-world feel. The main dining room is large and tidy, with large windows overlooking a garden used in the summer. The staff is attentive and well-organized, friendly, and fast. The bathroom is new, large, and clean. I recommend it!
