15/02/2026: I tried the parmigiana, one of my favorite dishes, and it was really very good, as was the selection of desserts.

06/02/2026: Everything was perfect. The mystical location features religious paintings and sculptures. The traditional Piedmontese dishes, reinterpreting the recipes of the monks of convents and monasteries with a contemporary twist... the service from the entire staff was impeccable... what can I say... we'll definitely be back!

17/03/2026: Very good food and really friendly Staff! We booked ahead and got a really nice table. We had 3 Courses and wine and pair around 150€ for 3 people. It was really worth it. I highly recommend. Also well suited for large groups. The deserts are also really nice.

01/12/2025: Excellent experience. We came for a little girl's birthday. The Piedmontese dishes were delicious, with traditional flavors but prepared with a touch of creativity, making the food truly unique. Excellent white and red wines. The atmosphere is very pleasant; the entrance overlooks a small courtyard with an old-world feel. The main dining room is large and tidy, with large windows overlooking a garden used in the summer. The staff is attentive and well-organized, friendly, and fast. The bathroom is new, large, and clean. I recommend it!

17/01/2026: Yesterday's slice of spicy salami pizza was old, dry, and stale. The arancino with ragù, peas, and mozzarella, even after reheating, remained in cubes and didn't melt. I pointed out that it wasn't pleasant that the mozzarella didn't melt, so I showed him the mozzarella in whole pieces, and he replied that they knew that, but they charged full price for the arancino. He might close for me.

15/03/2026: Good, a guaranteed success in the area. The beer alone is worth a visit! The cacio e pepe and the shin of pork are highly recommended. The beers are all craft and all different. The desserts are always different and varied. They now have a homemade Colomba cake, which is amazing! Make sure to reserve, otherwise you won't find a table.

14/03/2026: I had the peanut/sesame sauce noodles and they were dry and partially undercooked. The not undercooked noodles with enough sauce (maybe 1/3 of my portion) tasted ok, but not even close to authentic Chinese food. Also: If you can sit down in a restaurant I expect to at least get a plate and cutlery. I get that the place is small and there might be no space for a dishwasher, but it is straight up wasteful to produce every night a bunch of one time usage paperbowls plates and plastic cutlery.

03/02/2026: 10/10, not just 5 stars. This is absolutely not to disparage all the bakeries in the neighborhood; it's not them that are lacking, but Aldo's Bakery, which is on a whole other level. I could give it 10/10 for value for money, but even if the prices weren't that low, I'd choose them even if I wasn't rolling in gold. The staff is super friendly and attentive to the myriad needs of the customer: I get the pizza cut to the exact millimeter that my head calls "perfect," moving the knife twenty times. They're great at accommodating a thousand different diets, from vegetarian to vegan, and so on. Even the younger staff are extremely knowledgeable about every pizza flavor and ingredient. The place is also aesthetically pleasing and well-kept. I recommend going in the morning, as there's plenty to choose from, but I happened to go in the evening, where there are fewer options, with a friend of mine from Mantua who I'd talked about it a lot. (We HAD to visit this part of Turin too (we took the metro just to get to your place 20 minutes before the Flixbus left, I swear) and, being a former vegan, he was intrigued by the focaccia filled with plant-based cheese, which turned out to be amazing. The usual review phrase: "I'll definitely be back"—literally, the Aldo's Bakery staff. See you next Tuesday, like every Tuesday ;)

09/02/2026: A large, well-appointed and clean bar on two levels, with plenty of seating. Upstairs is a refreshment area offering a choice of two or three first courses, two or three second courses, and two or three side dishes. The dishes are good, although the price is a bit higher than average (for example, a risotto dish costs €7), but the portions are gourmet. On the ground floor, they offer a bar. The creamery is generally good. The almond granita is prepared with pre-mixed ingredients, so it's nothing special compared to the granita with chopped almonds (a real treat). The ice creams are delicious, especially the zabaglione one, which I recommend pairing with the excellent, medium-sized, Sicilian brioche.

19/03/2026: Great atmosphere, generally almost niche, as demonstrated by the fact that on a Tuesday it was almost full without live music! I'll give the last star when I can also enjoy a good concert!
