12/11/2025: The place is brightly lit, but kindness is nowhere to be found. I'd been waiting at the register for a while (not the first time this has happened) and, seeing a lady patiently and calmly setting up the place with lights and garlands, I took the liberty of asking if I could kindly pay for my order. The lady, almost as if charging customers wasn't a problem for her, rudely turned to the dining room staff and demanded they pay. Too bad everyone was already busy serving other customers! Can you be so indifferent and make customers stand waiting for so long when other employees are calmly taking their time? A disappointing place, humanly speaking.

17/12/2025: A restaurant where quality and quantity go hand in hand. Everything is delicious, highly recommended. The craft beers are very good, the price is fair, in line with other craft breweries I've been to. The waiters are super friendly. Recommended.

13/12/2025: Excellent Irish pub-style beer garden. Nice atmosphere and warm staff. The wait can be a bit long on busy nights. The house beer is excellent; I tried two, both good. The food was excellent, especially the pork shank, which was fabulous. We return often and recommend this place to everyone. The place is spacious, but always busy; you may have to wait a bit to get seated. Parking is limited; it's best to look for it on the adjacent street.

07/01/2026: Unique atmosphere, rich in detail. The menu is confusing in its layout. The dishes didn't impress me: the wild boar tagliolini were tasteless, and the peppers with bagna cauda were different from the traditional ones. We also ordered mixed vegetables and they brought me boiled green beans (because for them, green beans are the seasonal vegetable in December). When I complained, I was told that mixed vegetables weren't served, only sautéed vegetables. Too bad those green beans weren't even sautéed, but rather seared. Another flaw was the allergens. I asked how the green sauce for the tomino cheese was made and was told it contained anchovy, but it's a shame that the allergens list doesn't mention fish. The desserts weren't good. The waitress was rude. First courses, especially if they're all the same size, should be served all at once and not in installments. The bill was the most disappointing aspect: it was excessive.

31/10/2025: Takumi is one of those places where you immediately notice the difference: from the refined yet never pretentious atmosphere to the kindness of the staff who make you feel truly welcome. The sushi is simply excellent—very fresh fish, precisely cut, and always well-balanced pairings. But the real surprise, for me, was the rice: cooked and seasoned to perfection, with that texture and flavor that only those who truly know Japanese cuisine can achieve. It's the detail that makes the difference and demonstrates the attention to detail behind every dish. A restaurant that combines quality, care, and passion. I will definitely be back—in fact, I can't wait!

04/11/2025: On our way to Mondadori, we stopped at this place for an aperitivo. The setting is truly charming, set in a meticulously maintained courtyard. The service is incredibly helpful and friendly. The platter is freshly prepared in their kitchen, and it's not typical (like the usual pizzas). The Indian bread they serve as a side dish is especially good. We'll definitely be back.

19/12/2025: Phenomenal croissants, freshly baked regularly. I also recommend the sfogliatelle ricce. Almost as phenomenal as the owners. Highly recommended!

I also tried the vegan chocolate and pear puff pastry, a great combination 😭 The dough is delicious, not heavy at all, and you can taste the care that goes into it. Excellent prices. The owner, who I imagine is very friendly, really makes you start your day on a positive note. I think that's enough to give it a full rating; in the end, all it takes is a love for what you do, and that's what I look for in places. In the few days I've been here, my only thought in the morning was to go back, and I hope I'll have the chance to stop by again because it's agony knowing I haven't tried everything on the menu, haha.
