09/12/2024: Local in Corso Moncalieri in Turin. Pan-fried and farinata pizza. Excellent dough and lots of choice. The girl at the order/cashier desk was very kind and friendly. With a telephone reservation, the pizzas are ready at the appointed time. Competitive price. Highly recommended

30/07/2024: Dinner in this small but well-kept restaurant. The vitello tonnato has a less velvety consistency than other restaurants, but I found it equally pleasant (large portions!). However, I wasn't convinced by the larded quail, good in taste but a little dry, I expected it to be softer. The Torino dessert, on the other hand, is delicious, a gianduia and bicerin mousse covered with very fine gianduia chocolate. For real gourmands!

23/09/2024: Quelli che si lamentano del prezzo non so su che pianeta vivano, materie prime al top e quantità praticamente doppia a parità di prezzo rispetto a qualsiasi altro concorrente. Da anni vengo solo più qui e anche la cortesia del personale è una spanna sopra qualsiasi altro posto. Solo da provare

16/11/2024: Cibo eccellente, dolci molto particolari , personale cordiale servizio ottimo. Purtroppo la lista dei vini non era aggiornata e abbiamo dovuto chiedere fuori dalla lista.

12/11/2024: Prima volta in questo locale che è famoso, ma non lo conoscevo. Mi hanno portato dei miei amici per bere dopocena, e mi è molto piaciuta l'atmosfera. Ottima proposta dei vini, le persone che stavano lavorando erano anche cordiali, mai un atteggiamento fuori posto anche se c'era molta gente e tutti superimpegnati. Non ho mangiato, quindi dovrò tornare anche per provare la cucina.

16/12/2024: Locale raggiungibile d'inverno unicamente a piedi tramite una passeggiata di circa 1,5 km a piedi dal paese di Salice d'Ulzio. Locale piccolino, tavoli vicini però devo dire bel disposti per poter stare comodi e interloquire con tranquillità. Ambiente di montagna, molto bello anche perché tutto il locale in legno e ti senti rilassato. Consiglio vivamente la prenotazione telefonica, locale che fa più turni durante la giornata ma nonostante questo, telefonare assolutamente. Personale cordiale e dinamico. I ragazzi che servivano ai tavoli gentilissimi. Il menu non ampio, ma equilibrato con i piatti della tradizione e tipici della montagna. Qualità del cibo devo dire ottimo, la selvaggina cucinata bene. Sapori equilibrati e porzioni più che giuste. Io consiglio i gnocchi viola, presi però con il ragù di selvaggina al posto del sugo ai funghi, e i gnocchi tipici con toma della zona, pomodoro e gorgonzola. Non abbiamo preso gli antipasti, ma vedendoli passare per la sala, avevano un aspetto invitante, veramente. Da non perdere il dolce, qualsiasi cosa si prenda penso che siano buoni tutti. Da bere abbiamo preso la birra artigianale fatta nella zona, la consiglio. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottima per il servizio, la qualità della materia prima e della sua rielaborazione.

24/08/2024: Yo estaba en Sauze D’Oulx con unos amigos y decidimos ir a Rifugio Grange Tachier. El ambiente era genial, el restaurante realmente dio vibraciones de montaña desde el diseño interior hasta la ubicación, ya que se encuentra en una zona tranquila a unos 5 minutos en coche de Sauze D'Oulx. El personal era muy amable y se tomó el tiempo para explicarnos todos sus platos. La comida fue con mucho la mejor parte de la noche, tenían muchos platos tradicionales hechos con ingredientes frescos que eran absolutamente fenomenales. Para mí fue una verdadera experiencia culinaria italiana y seguramente volveré la próxima vez que visite Sauze D’Oulx.

25/11/2024: Fantastic place based on the idea of ​​combining beers and crepes. Quality beers and a vast range of both sweet and savory crepes, all worth trying. The slightly alternative atmosphere and the friendly and easy-going managers really make for a perfect evening, whether it's for a beer with friends or for a dinner.

30/11/2024: The experience is definitely worth it. The structure is very beautiful and certainly particular for a city like Turin. The service is professional, courteous and present - perhaps a little too much at times. Excellent wine. The food in our case did not inspire enthusiasm: one dish was very salty, the other two were nothing special. Very good desserts, perhaps the best part. Just a suggestion: given the quality of the place, a tablecloth - or at least a placemat - would be appropriate....

24/11/2024: Above expectations, which were already very high! It's worth coming early for an aperitif at the Lounge Bar. Everything is excellent, from the food to the wines, from the service to the location. We will definitely be back!
