03/06/2025: Pastry shop of reference when I go to my parents' house. My mother, having the shop in front of this pastry shop, always takes a tray of pastries to take home when we go to dinner at her place. Excellent modern style sweets to conclude our dinners. Absolutely recommended.

21/04/2025: Da fuori non gli avrei dato due soldi, ma dentro è un ristorantino veramente bello. C'è stato proposto anche il menù a prezzo fisso, ma noi abbiamo optato per quello alla carta. Ottimo il vitello tonnato come antipasto, ma ancora più buoni i primi: gnocchi alle ortiche con formaggio ble e ravioles della Val Varaita. Piatti serviti caldi e abbondanti. Consiglio vivamente.

30/05/2025: After 5 years of frequenting the place bringing friends and relatives, I have to express my disappointment, especially regarding the food. Although it remains a place with a wide selection of wines and a kind service, out of 4 dishes I did not eat one that was good or considerable, despite spending the same amounts as in the past (from €13 to €22 per dish). I absolutely did not expect one of my favorite places in the city to change so radically in such a short time. Heartbroken, but with the hope for everyone to return to the glories of the past, I have decided that I will no longer return to this place, thus keeping a better memory of it.

26/04/2025: Excellent for drinking good wines including champagne. But I advise against taking the appetizers. They are very expensive, for example a small bowl of olives costs 8 euros. Next time I'll just go somewhere else for drinks and dinner. The service is decent but not excellent.

28/05/2025: Nice restaurant, catering for receptions, weddings, parties or birthdays. It has an outdoor green area for the reception/aperitif. The service is discreet but nothing extraordinary, as is the quality of the food. Very standard dishes.

15/05/2025: We are not talking about haute cuisine, but an excellent Osteria menu at an absolutely valid price. We were there last Monday. Everything was delicious, especially the roast. Fast and very courteous service. NOT TO BE MISSED, WHETHER YOU ARE IN THE AREA OR NOT. It is really worth a detour. Two appetizers, first course, second course, side dish, water/wine... 13 euros per person.

25/05/2025: è da febbraio che mi ci fermo a fare colazione almeno 2 volte a settimana,caffè ottimo e cornetti flagranti e di vasta scelta......se poi aggiungi personale cordiale e disponibile hai la combo perfetta per il risveglio mattutino,complimenti ragazzi,continuate così ☺

24/05/2025: We happened to be there during the Meliga Day festival and had lunch like we hadn't had in a long time. The veal with tuna sauce, the agnolotti with roast sauce, the braised meat with nebbiolo on polenta and finally the bunet were a magnificent sequence of flavors. We came back to celebrate our birthday, 16 of us, we ate very well and the guests were all happy. A guarantee of quality!!

07/05/2025: Raramente mi capita di scrivere recensioni ma l'Osteria dal Merlo merita un voto super. Ci sono capitata per caso con un'amica e abbiamo condiviso vari piatti, uno più buono dell'altro. Prodotti di qualità e sapori che si amalgamavano tra loro, esaltandosi a vicenda. Anche la carta dei vini è ampia e non ci ha deluso, nonostante abbiamo optato per una soluzione economica. A corona di un pranzo che definirei perfetto, la gentilezza e simpatia del personale che ci ha consigliato e fatto sentire a nostro agio dall'inizio al conto.

21/05/2025: I ordered from this takeaway pizzeria and I was really impressed! At the reception I found a very kind and welcoming person, who immediately made a great impression on me. The delivery was very fast and, which is rare, the pizza arrived at my house hot as if it had just come out of the oven, as if I were eating directly at the restaurant. The delivery boy was also extremely polite and professional. An impeccable service in every aspect. I give it 5 stars only because you can't give 6!

02/05/2025: We went there unexpectedly during our stay in Turin. It is an excellent and very friendly restaurant with a warm welcome like you find in Italy. Fast service and succulent dishes; I recommend the Farinata and the pan pizzas. Homemade dessert to finish and an excellent evening begins.

15/05/2025: They are fast and competent. Super good pizza Super punctual service. They deserve 5 stars plus! Sometimes they throw in a freebie and that only enhances my 5 stars.

27/04/2025: Pizzas ordered at home, arrived very hot just like eating them on site. Delivered in just 15 minutes, it would probably have taken me longer if I had had to turn on the oven at home! Very good dough and very filling, fair prices. We will definitely order again!
