The two ladies, Alice and Soraya, were delicious, fast, and professional, managing the room with grace and a smile. The theatrical cake cutting by chef Andrea was the highlight. Unfortunately, with your workload, it's not easy to always have the same people taking care of coffee and cappuccino. It's very important to find the same service every morning. 19/06/2025: A guarantee, as is the Wasabi restaurant, by the same owner. The ingredients are very fresh and the authentic flavors took us back to the sensations we experienced in Japan. We took the "Myiabi" menu; the staff is quite flexible and even allowed us to make changes. The sake selection is also good. The service is polite and discreet; we were pleased that after a few questions he loosened up a bit and became more sociable.

20/12/2024: first time I tried Indonesian cuisine and I really liked it! the place is small, cozy and clean. the menu offers a wide choice of dishes with chicken, meat and vegetarian. the portions were generous. only flaw: it was not possible to have the separate bill as it had to be advised when ordering. (reservation recommended) I would gladly go back!

26/07/2025: I ordered two ice cream cakes for a birthday party with hazelnut, mango, and dark chocolate frosting. They were amazing!!!! The quality of the ingredients and the skill of the master ice cream maker resulted in an excellent product. Highly recommended!!!!!

I had requested a private room, but upon arrival, the long table was set in a fairly quiet spot, even though it was surrounded by other tables. Quick service, excellent pizzas, and superb fried gnocco! Generous portions, even for the salads.

23/04/2025: I'm just sorry I didn't get to know Borgo della Chiusa sooner! The owner is very courteous, very available for any changes to the menu. The takeaway service is fantastic, it saved me a Christmas and an Easter with a totally VEGAN menu! The dishes are amazing and the prices are absolutely reasonable. What can I say... Super recommended!

22/07/2025: Besides the beautiful, old-world ambiance inside and the delightful outdoor space, what truly won me over about this restaurant is its food: EXCELLENT! Unique vegetable appetizers with mouth-watering combinations—I could have eaten until I burst; first courses made with fresh pasta and fantastic combinations. Gelato with a peach and mint sauce and a dash of licorice is the perfect end to an exceptional meal. The ingredients are beyond prime: from the adjacent garden, the surrounding woods, all picked by the expert hands of Miriam, who knows how to work magic (thanks for the thyme I used to make my salt). Miriam also captivates with her kindness, cheerfulness, and truly unique hospitality. The visit to the Balmetto (a truly unique sight) was the icing on the cake. A beautiful and delicious dinner that I hope to repeat again, perhaps with a stay in the beautiful valley given our distance. THANK YOU
