24/06/2025: I had dinner on an evening with an event in Piazza della Libertà: I hadn't booked, and I had a table in the outdoor area in the square. The service was quick and courteous. They immediately informed me of the waiting time to have my pasta with clams. Good pasta brought with the pizza. Fair prices. I saw that the place is very nice inside. Also interesting are the cocktail platters that they make in the Bar Blanco: I'll be back to try them

04/05/2025: We chose Agriturismo la Coustera for my birthday dinner. Having never tasted bagna cauda and having read excellent reviews about the one made here, we were very curious to try it, but once there we discovered that we had to request it in advance. The owner, seeing the displeasure in our eyes, prepared it on the spot just for us... what can I say, he was very kind and we confirm that his bagna cauda is truly excellent as is his entire menu. Beautiful and hospitable environment, highly recommended!

15/06/2025: I used to come here when I was a kid and I have to say that the quality has remained the same since then. Daily menu, very variable but always excellent. Welcoming environment without too many frills, but with an excellent view in the middle of nature and horses.

24/05/2025: Sono un vecchio cliente ma non si puo' aspettare 1h 15m un piatto,venerdì 23 Maggio,la qualità e cime sempre ottima..ma il servizio Dio mio,i poveri camerieri.. 2 erano mortificati,non era colpa loro,almeno il sabato e il venerdì ci vorrebbero minimo 4,5 camerieri...impressionante il periodo di attesa,a mia moglie e arrivato il 1 piatto dopo 45 minuti..e le è andata bene...mio cognato dopo 1h e 15m..ripeto.. METTETE PIU CAMERIERI

21/10/2024: The family welcome was the thing that struck me most about this small farmhouse; the food, cooked by the hostess, was always sublime and never banal. Ample parking in the village square. Room a little old but in general, in line with the context. The view is beautiful.

12/08/2024: Ci siamo trovati molto bene e abbiamo mangiato a pranzo qui, cucina genuina, buoni piatti . Volendo si può anche dormire qui o fare mezza pensione, bel Fresco!Antipasti . Primo un secondo con contorno dolce caffè, prezzo onesto. Ottimo pranzo.

06/03/2025: Ci siamo fermati per caso durante una sciata. Abbiamo mangiato dei fantastici hot dog con i crauti, ma anche i piatti che abbiamo visto serviti agli altri tavoli avevano davvero una bella faccia. Anche il prezzo è decisamente migliore rispetto ai ristoranti sulle piste di Monginevro.

20/06/2025: Il locale è molto piacevole, la sala ben arredata, adiacente a un dehor inaspettato e invitante, è un bel biglietto di presentazione. Su cucina e servizio si possono esprimere solo belle parole ma è nella cantina che questo ristorante si distingue e lo rende di....nicchia. Una cantina che parte dall'ingresso in cui una "cantinetta" di dimensioni notevoli mantiene alle giuste temperature una varietà di bottiglie che già di per sé materializza una carta dei vini impressionante. Ma è al livello sotterraneo con le volte a botte realizzate con mattoni a vista che si rende omaggio alla tradizionale architettura del piemonte vincolo. Qui convivono più di 600 etichette selezionate fino ai livelli di eccellenza internazionale. Insomma competenza e passione encomiabili!

22/04/2025: Deludente, piatti insapori e presentati male, con difetti di preparazione, una cucina elementare spacciata per gourmet, stranamente in guida Michelin , ma ovviamente è un errore, già segnalato. Dulcis in fundo, pagato in contanti e niente scontrino. Sconsigliato
