05/09/2025: I went to Edit for a quick breakfast, and since I'm lactose intolerant, I asked if they had vegan croissants. I received an empty croissant, which I ate, thinking it was just incredibly sad (empty AND lactose-free). But no, it wasn't that sad, it was just a plain empty croissant, not vegan! I felt terrible! If you have intolerances like me, or if you follow a vegan lifestyle, be careful; maybe the waitress made a mistake this time, who knows (I don't think so, because the receipt said "empty croissant"). The bottom line is that I won't be back, especially not for breakfast.

05/09/2025: Beautiful. The staff is wonderful and very attentive to the children's needs. The place is really beautiful, welcoming, and very clean. The beer is very good and the selection is excellent.

06/07/2025: If you want to meditate and take a break from the city noise, welcome to Shanfuran. This place will greet you with clean rooms and a gorgeous view of the Alps. Each room has its own kitchen where you can make coffee with a gorgeous view on the balcony.

03/03/2025: Beware! the photos are not accurate, outdated and made with a wide angle camera. The rooms are dark with rather random furniture, it definitely passed its best days. We rented a loft apartment that looked fabulous in booking.com and ended up in a room with a mezzanine so low we could not stand up straight at any point of the room. It was very uncomfortable to move around. The bed swamped in the back corner with no light at all. We moved a side table lamp from downstairs up to be able to navigate there in the evening. See below pictures from Booking vs reality 😬. It is really not worth saving some money on this apartment. The customer service pretty much non existent. We have been told we saw on the booking side the ceiling was low, I explained it’s not at all as on the pictures and they disconnected, never called back, never followed up. The last 3 photos are from the website and the first 4 from the actual room. Quite a difference.

03/07/2025: Super cute little place! Great for lunch on the go! Food was really good especially the focaccia and fairly priced! The staff is very nice too!

08/06/2025: A gastronomy that is a guarantee of service and quality of food with an excellent quality/price ratio. I eat there often, I always manage to find a combination suitable for the diet I am following. Highly recommended.

I assure you, I kill cockroaches even in Perugia, joking aside. I should point out that I'm the man at the next table who heard the whole scene.

02/08/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante in 11 persone. La qualità del cibo è davvero buona: piatti ben preparati, ingredienti freschi e sapori curati. Purtroppo, l’esperienza è stata rovinata dall’organizzazione del servizio: i primi sette di noi hanno ricevuto le portate in tempi ragionevoli, mentre gli altri quattro hanno dovuto attendere circa un’ora prima di essere serviti. Capisco che gestire un tavolo numeroso non sia semplice, ma questa lunga attesa ha creato disagio e ci ha impedito di mangiare tutti insieme. Peccato, perché il prodotto merita davvero, ma il coordinamento tra cucina e sala andrebbe sicuramente migliorato per offrire un’esperienza all’altezza della qualità dei piatti.

Yesterday I ate fish I had a fabulous mixed antipasto by the chef excellent was the fried food and the sea bass. I recommend it as a restaurant

The location is typical of a classic trattoria, and the service is punctual and welcoming. The chef was very hospitable, and even earned the compliments of my table. Good Piedmontese cuisine, plentiful, and at the right price? Trattoria Piemontese, you're on the safe side.
