28/03/2026: The food was tasteless; we tried two entrees, but they were bland.
I'm used to eating well in trattorias, but not here.
I think there's little care taken in creating flavorful dishes.
The pasta with wild boar ragù tasted bland and didn't seem to be of the highest quality.
The bread tasted stale from the day before.
Positive: the service was kind and helpful.
But I wouldn't go back.
21/03/2026: The atmosphere is simple; from the outside it looks like a bar, but it actually hides a dining room.
The service and staff were super friendly (we arrived after 9:30 pm).
We ate very well and at a very reasonable price. 1 pizza, 2 first courses, a liter of water, 3 desserts, and a coffee: €17 per person!
Absolutely recommended! We'll definitely be back!

19/04/2026: Unfortunately, it was a very negative experience. The place is very nice and welcoming, although very small. The food is good, I can't say otherwise; the problem was the service and the quantity. Waiting two hours for pad thai is unacceptable, and what's more, the portions were completely random: some dishes had generous portions, while others had exactly half the size. Really disappointed, I hope it was just a bad night.
09/04/2026: Maybe it's because I love Thailand, but this place always leaves me with a good feeling, even if lately it's felt a little less than it used to.

01/04/2025: Visiting for the first time, I liked the welcome and the food, but above all the simple atmosphere; many Japanese restaurants overdo it with opulent furnishings, inflating the menu and cover charge. Dogs are allowed, and the price is excellent. I'll be back.
13/03/2025: I've been coming to this restaurant for a long time, and it feels like home now. The food is excellent, and both the owner and her daughters are wonderful!

07/04/2026: Last night I ordered three pizzas. The staff was rude when I called. We mentioned a lactose intolerance during the first call. During the second call, we reminded them and asked if mozzarella had been added. After saying yes, they also stated that it was no longer possible to make it without paying. Delivery was estimated to take 15-30 minutes, and it arrived after 45 minutes, despite the additional cost to have it arrive earlier.

07/03/2026: When I come to Turin, I often go to their restaurants, but what happened today at Palazzo di Città is shameful.
A waitress, I think her name was Chiara, was incredibly rude. I waited over 40 minutes, and in the end, I had to get up and leave because everyone else was being served, even those who arrived later.
I will definitely never go to this place again, and maybe even to any others.
07/03/2026: Terrible organization, outrageous prices. We waited a half-hour in line to order after being passed by all the tables after ours. The waitress was rude and unfriendly.

11/11/2025: Excellent pizza. The place isn't very large, but it's welcoming. The owners are very kind and helpful. In addition to pizzas, they also offer a delicious farinata, which is available with fillings. You can also choose from salads and cold dishes like veal with tuna sauce or caprese salad. The quality/price ratio is excellent. Definitely worth a try, not just for lunch, but also for a delicious dinner in the evening.
