10/02/2025: I recently visited Groom ( 09/02/25)with the intention of enjoying some gelato before their closing time at 23:00. However, I arrived at 22:45 and was met by an employee named Giulia, who told me that the place was closed. Despite my complaint that it wasn’t 23:00 yet, she insisted that the store was already closed as. Once again I was mentioning that both the Store Door and Google maps were saying 11pm she said “ I know but I still need to do all the dishes and the store need to be cleaned “ I’d like to add that while waiting outside we could see clearly that all the scoops and the gelato buckets were already already paced out and cleaned, that would mean that probably the girl closed the store while before our arrival . This experience left me quite disappointed. A business should adhere to its stated hours of operation, and customers should be served within those operational hours. 11pm would supposedly mean that if someone walk in at 10.58 has to be served. Otherwise stick a sign saying “ we close at 11pm, however due to business need the store can close few minutes earlier during weekends “ Such a shame

18/03/2025: Since there are choices on the set menu, that's a good thing. The first and second courses are good but the bread to accompany the side dishes is also made by them and is something unique. I recommend it, I would go back. There's not much parking out front

15/02/2025: A very nice place for the panoramic view of the shrine of San Michele and in summer a splendid terrace overlooking the woods. Completely vegetarian menu, rich and varied depending on the season. Possible tasting menu as well as whole and half portions to give you the opportunity to taste everything or share several dishes. Very fast service and full of explanations. Highly recommended. Tried again for Christmas Eve 2024 and Valentine's evening 2025. Truly exceptional fixed menu combined with an excellent choice of wines explained very well by the waitress. A treat at the end of the evening on February 14th is a typically Portuguese dessert with a cherry-based liqueur also originating from Portugal. Beautiful, unusual and evocative. Highly recommended

12/04/2025: Smart box booked since February for lunch on April 12th, we get there and he tells us that due to technical problems he can't scan our smartbox and therefore we can't use this, then he said he didn't have my contact to notify us of the problem, false because when I booked he sent me the confirmation via email.

21/03/2025: Collapsed expectations… I'm the first to be sad because what I expected was not what I found in the pizza: the dough in the crust part was raw internally, which you wouldn't think so because it seems well cooked. The mozzarella was bitter and the tomatoes had an acceptable flavor. Overall I hope it was a mistake of the evening also because from the other reviews it really seems like a nice place.

12/04/2025: enjoyed our food a LOT! recommend the dishes with prosciutto crudo :) staff was really nice: readily replaced one of our potatoes upon our request! will be returning gets crowded! be there early or book a table
