The refuge allows you to park where others have been inaccessible for hours. The staff is extremely courteous, and the food, typical of a refuge, is not bad, including the wine. There's practically no choice, but that's what refuges are. I really don't understand the negative reviews.

08/08/2026: My review is limited to a spritz after a stroll downtown. I must say it was well-made, the proportions just right, and not watered down with ice. A generous accompanying dish of good quality (the photo was taken after I'd already started my drink). The service staff were very kind. The cost was €5, which I thought wasn't excessive.
