09/07/2025: I've eaten there a couple of times for lunch over a couple of years, the last one recently. The dining room is worth a visit (the building dates back to the 1920s), and the menu is equally as good, as is the quality/price ratio. The wait staff is very welcoming and friendly. Definitely worth a try.

30/06/2025: Had lunch today in this hotel rich in history that speaks of when the Valli di Lanzo were the tourist hub for VIPs in the early twentieth century ... Excellent food, efficient and impeccable service. Places like this should be supported and preserved by far-sighted regulations ...

23/06/2025: My husband and I stayed one night, beautiful pool, very friendly and nice staff and owners... Breakfast was right and intimate... in the evening we had dinner there, the only thing I can say is the portion of the appetizer, really small... but for the rest everything was fine...

04/06/2025: Dining at Montaldina, in Montaldo, was a truly pleasant experience. We chose an outdoor table, enjoying the splendid view of the hills: a panorama that alone is worth the stop. The menu offers traditional dishes with interesting reinterpretations. The mixed appetizer was generous and varied, perfect to start: the flan was excellent and the veal with tuna sauce was really well executed, delicate and tasty. Among the second courses, the duck with martini sauce stands out: an original and well-balanced proposal, with an intriguing taste. All accompanied by a good local red wine, perfect for enhancing the flavors of the cuisine. To finish on a sweet note, a chocolate cake with a warm heart, delicious and well-made. The service was attentive and friendly, with a very nice waiter who made the evening even more enjoyable. In short: refined cuisine, warm welcome and a landscape that invites you to relax. A stop that is truly worth it.

25/05/2025: Over time, Nicolò's already excellent cuisine has improved even further. Also thanks to the addition of Andrea Serale to the staff, a talented promise of Italian cuisine, new flavors, new aromas enrich traditional dishes revisited with taste and curiosity. The wine list, curated by Carla, is decidedly richer, not so much in labels as in their quality, offering a variety of choices that can satisfy every palate - and every budget. Excellent, as always, the service, cared for with passion. The quality-price ratio, in my opinion, is excellent so I highly recommend Amae. Edit: Last supper, for me. For work reasons I will not be able to dine at amae, this week, and on Saturday they will close. What, in my opinion, was the best restaurant in Cuneo will close, and it's a real shame. You still have Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday to try it. Do it, it's worth it. Happy to have been able to go again this evening. Thanks Carla, Nico, Andre, Fra, Camma, Lara for the welcome and the cuddles, I will miss you.

23/05/2025: My partner and I happened upon this place for lunch and had a great time! An absolutely inviting and high-quality menu, a welcoming and pleasant service, and I have to say the best veggie burger I've ever eaten, so much so that I ordered another one to take away so I could enjoy it at home 😁 A very nice and well-kept place. It was definitely a very pleasant discovery and even though it's not exactly within our reach because it's a bit far from where we live, we'll definitely be back, hopefully soon. Highly recommended!

14/04/2025: No doubts about the rating, this place is absolutely recommended. Delicious, colourful, healthy food, kind and quick service, and the bill is just the last of the surprises that "Alice e Viola" has in store for the customer. Three main courses, three desserts, a shared dish and coffee for €45 in total, an unobtainable price for the quality, imagination and goodness offered. Thanks, I will definitely be back!

02/06/2025: La miglior pizza di Piossasco! Personale super gentile, ambiente accogliente e un rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero imbattibile. Da non perdere il calzone valdostano: uno dei più buoni mai assaggiati! E per chiudere in dolcezza… cannoli siciliani autentici, come quelli mangiati in Trinacria. Straconsigliato!

19/06/2025: Dining at Piano 35 in Turin was meant to be a standout experience — one of those rare nights where food, atmosphere, and service come together in perfect harmony. Unfortunately, what we got felt more like a missed note than a masterpiece. From the moment we stepped in, the space struck a strange tone. It’s clearly aiming for minimalism, but instead ends up feeling cold and impersonal — more like a cafeteria in a corporate tower than a Michelin-starred setting. It lacked soul, and that set the mood for everything that followed. The service was warm and friendly, which helped. But when it came to the food, nothing really impressed. The dishes were fine — no disasters — but that’s not what you go to a place like this for. There were no highlights, no sparks of creativity, no flavors that lingered in the memory. For the price we paid, I expected to be wowed. I wasn’t. Then came the wine pairing, which was frankly baffling. Despite our feedback, the sommelier seemed set on sticking with his own ideas rather than reading the table. What we ended up with felt mismatched at best, and in some cases actively distracted from the meal. By the end of the evening, we skipped the lounge entirely — it looked as uninspired as everything else. What was supposed to be a refined, memorable evening turned out to be... well, just an expensive dinner that didn’t live up to the promise. Regretfully, I’d hoped to offer my guests something special. Instead, we left underwhelmed, and a little embarrassed to have chosen this spot.

14/03/2025: nice location with nice vibes, I highly recommend going there for lunch/dinner and tasting the meatballs from this meatball shop, they are exceptional. I had a pasta with sauce with beef meatballs and was blown away by how good they were. Afterwards I shared an avocado toast which was pan-fried salmon and egg. I have to say really excellent. Welcoming and friendly waitresses/bartenders and we didn't even wait that long. Also a great place to have a drink with friends as they have a great choice of alcohol and especially gin.

13/06/2025: A must for any lover of Piedmontese cuisine. A beautiful ambiance with excellent management. If you're a football fan, the restaurant offers a place steeped in history, but it's also a fantastic experience for anyone else.

10/06/2025: Antico Balon in Turin is a real gem not to be missed! The mix of electric tomini and anchovies is an explosion of flavors and the rice cooked in Nebbiolo d’Alba with hot Toma di Lanzo fondue was a true masterpiece.

24/06/2025: Here you can find everything you want and expect in an excellent restaurant, starting with a wonderful welcome from the owner Mrs. Chiara and the dining room staff Mr. Luca, all the dishes are delicious made with love and presented with great care from the first to the dessert, it is impossible for everyone's expectations to be disappointed!! In the summer you can have lunch and dinner in the wonderful fresh and ventilated veranda/dehors!! During the week on weekdays at noon there is a menu at €12 EXCELLENT with top portions 👍Highly recommended to everyone 🤩🤩🤩

03/07/2025: Really excellent pizzas, soft and light, very digestible, with a vast choice, and with quality raw materials. It should be noted that there are also vegan ones. The menu includes other choices, including fried fish and meat main courses. The desserts deserve great praise, we ate a truly good lemon delight!!! The staff, needless to say, is super kind, even on a very hot summer evening.. the place is wonderful, you get lost looking at the beauty of the walls!!! Also open for lunch!!! Highly recommended! 😋

13/07/2025: We went for a pizza party with friends and colleagues. The food was good; the table management was efficient, and the atmosphere wasn't noisy. This place is definitely a favorite.
