20/07/2025: This is my third time dining at this restaurant, which is only called "Locanda." It's actually a refined establishment created specifically in part of one of the oldest nursery schools, with style and sophistication. The owner and chef, along with his wife, are a perfect, refined duo. The food is meticulously prepared with a rare delicacy. Top-notch wines and... even soft drinks for those who prefer them. I highly recommend it for lunches where you want to enjoy expertly interpreted Italian cuisine, with both meat and fish equally highly rated. And considering we're in Valpellice, that's no small feat! Try it and you'll agree!

01/11/2025: Welcoming, small atmosphere that feels steeped in history. The staff is friendly and quick to serve. The owner is friendly and welcoming. As for the food, the appetizers were delicious, but we were especially pleased with the meat: excellent service, with the option of cooking it yourself on the hot plate, and excellent quality. The same goes for the tartare, with excellent pairings!! The only suggestion we feel like giving, albeit lightly, is to leave a little more space between tables in the dining room. Otherwise, a great experience! Congratulations!

05/10/2025: A truly fantastic place, phenomenal service, and wonderful food. Both the owner and all the staff were incredibly kind. We ordered both pizza and homemade tagliatelle. Everything on the menu was very inviting, and we'll definitely be back soon. I highly recommend anyone visiting to stop by and experience the love this place has for food, service, and hospitality. 16/05/2025: We went to dinner at this restaurant on the suggestion of a friend, I must say it was a real surprise, being gluten intolerant I was already ready to eat the classic things that you are absolutely sure you are not in and instead I discovered from a very kind, super helpful and prepared waitress that the restaurant is certified gluten free and offers fresh pasta, bread, breadsticks, desserts all gluten free and all very good, (those who eat gluten free know what I mean). We ate very well and without any consequences, traditional dishes presented in a very pleasant way (the eye also wants its part) the grand finale was the zabaglione made on the spot a spectacle, good value for money, we will certainly be back.

11/06/2025: High quality restaurant both in the preparation of the dishes (very good first and second courses) and in the refined design of the restaurant. Excellent wine cellar. Service a little slow, the owner was the only one serving in the room (4 tables occupied) and naturally also managed the reception and payment. I don't know if there is usually someone to help her, but I hope so because waiting almost 40 minutes for desserts, at the end of the evening, is a little excessive. The desserts can be improved (strudel with incandescent and cloying chocolate, too bad). I would go back.

13/09/2025: This ice cream shop in Vicoforte is a sight to behold! Nestled in a magnificent forest, in a setting reminiscent of ancient baths, you can enjoy truly special ice creams: delicious and made by true artists. Truly, they're brilliant!

01/11/2025: A terrible experience, even on the phone. We called to ask for lunch at 2 PM, and the answer was extremely rude and impolite, even raising her voice, saying she "wouldn't feed us" at that hour. Such an arrogant and unpleasant attitude completely discourages us from even trying the place. Naturally, after a response like that, we decided not to go at all. Just one phone call is enough to understand that the hospitality here is not typical.

26/10/2025: Trattoria with welcoming staff. In addition to pizza served in the evening, the à la carte menu includes a selection of well-interpreted traditional dishes.

08/10/2025: It was recommended to us during a tour of the Langhe. Highly recommended! The very kind owners made our dinner memorable, in a well-kept and relaxed atmosphere. Quality ingredients, excellent cuisine, and excellent wines. Highly recommended, and I can't wait to go back!

31/08/2025: A great find near Bene Vagienna, stumbled upon by chance after a visit to a flea market. Authentic, genuine cuisine that you'll remember fondly, excellent service, and fair prices. Attention to detail, like the cover charge with very good bread and breadsticks (which isn't the case, however), customer service without stress and persistence in offering. Pleasant, relaxing atmosphere. Congratulations

19/08/2025: This restaurant serves fixed price lunch during midday hours. “Proposte del Giorne”(Offer of the day) is written on the blackboard and is offered when you already sit at the table. The lunch offer priced at the fixed 12EUR per person and consist of the fist dish (primi piatti) and second dish (secondi piatti) and bottle of water. In addition to the lunch set , you can order wine and dessert at additional price but still very reasonable. The place was fully packed during lunch , so please be patient to wait until seated. There are not so many staff, so expect some delay before you can order. Otherwise , the personnel was very welcoming and warm and very busy trying to serve everyone as soon as they possible can. We were happy to eat from limited lunch menu and try new things which we haven’t planned.

07/08/2025: Excellent osteria with old-fashioned flavors. We had the fixed lunch menu for €12, including a first course, a second course, and water. All the dishes were delicious and beautifully presented. The chickpea and bean soup was special. Try the desserts! The service was a bit slow, but everyone was very friendly.

18/05/2025: There are those who have always dreamed of having a tree house and those who lie. Parco del Grep is one of those experiences to add to the list of things to do at least once in a lifetime. Immersed in the woods, peace and tranquility have absolute dominion. The sound of the leaves moving in the wind, the singing of the birds as a sweet awakening, the orchestra of crickets accompany the evening, far from the traffic of the city. The rooms are beautiful, equipped with all comforts, but always respectful of nature. Francesco is a very kind host, he welcomed us and his story about the birth of the structure really moved us, the fruit of his passion. Also recommended is the breakfast basket, with typical local products.
