Volli Restaurant In Asti

After eight years of hearing good things about it, I realized I'd made the classic mistake: never going simply because it's in my city. The experience far exceeded my expectations. Keivan's impeccable welcome and the quality was evident in every dish. It's one of those places that reminds you how important it is to showcase the excellence we have right on our doorstep instead of always seeking it elsewhere. Every Asti resident should treat themselves to this experience at least once. Kudos to the entire staff for their passion, especially Chef Marco, a true Asti native. It makes you want to come back even before you've left the door!

Excellent restaurant in the city center. Excellent quality products, lovely atmosphere. Prices may be a little high, but recommended for those looking for a different experience!

The dinner we had at Volli was probably one of the best we have had in all of Italy, every single dish was phenomenal and the flavours were extremely balanced. They have the best sourdough bread we have ever come across And especially the service and attention to detail as well as how polite and knowledgeable our server Federico was, we’re completely outstanding. Definite recommendation to anyone staying or passing through Asti 20000/10! Absolute perfection

An incredible place in the center of Asti, all brick, gorgeous! The chef, very skilled with leavened products, his forte, delighted us with fantastic dishes. Special mention for Gyoza.

Had a wonderful gourmet lunch in this unexpected hidden little corner in Asti. Every plate was well balanced and offered a little twist of local flavors. The host was friendly and efficient, while keeping the dishes coming at a comfortable pace. I would have appreciated a notice that the cocktail was separate: I would have chosen a glass of wine instead.

An unforgettable lunch, everything was absolutely perfect, starting with the location, which was simply stunning, and then the super friendly welcome. Brilliant dishes. Highly recommended for anyone who doesn't want to eat the same old Piedmontese dishes all the time. In my humble opinion, this restaurant definitely deserves a Michelin star!
